We have had a mixed level of support from Visualsoft, without doubt the support need to improve. However, the support we have received from Leigh Davison has been off the scale, this guy is on another level and a credit to Visualsoft. Matty Pearson is also another good one. These people are the reason we haven't gone elsewhere long ago. This is a great company, it needs more great people like these two guys, thank goodness they are there.

A massive thank you to Leigh. When others have struggled to understand the issue and try resolve it, all it took is one phone call to Leigh and he understood everything and sorted it out immediately. I hope he never sees this review as he could actually think that i like the guy... But thank you for resolving the issue so swiftly.

At the time of writing this review Visualsoft have restricted the access to our website for 6 days. They have demanded the immediate payment of outstanding fees or they will be pulling the plug.
Suffice to say that the reason we have unpaid fees on our account is a combination of ineffective marketing + website abundant with problems + extortionate hosting fees.
The fact that they retain the power to restrict your access and use it as their biggest threat when it comes to demanding money from you speaks volumes for the mindset of the company.
When things go wrong just bear in mind the leverage that Visualsoft have over you.If they are capable of doing this to a client that has been with them for the best part of ten years and collectively spent over 100k, then all i can say is you have been warned.

We have worked with VisualSoft for the last five years developing our online site www.JulesB.co.uk into a major Independent Online Retailer and have been delighted with the support and success we have had. We recently have launched 4 international sites built on a fully responsive format and look forward to launch our new UK site within the next three months.

Staff at VS are always positive and proactive in developments and support enabling us to constantly update and optimise our site.

Would just like to say thank you to Leigh from Triage & Telephony. We had a problem with the site and he was able to find the cause of the issue and come up with a solution in rapid time. Once the main issue was resolved he continued to work on it until a full solution was reached. He also kept in touch via phone to let us know what was happening. Much appreciated Leigh.

Fantastic Service, Highly Recommended!

We have 6 different websites now with Visualsoft which are absolutely fantastic, they are shaped to our every need all at affordable prices (Especially when you consider all of the features they have!). Anything you need they will be able to do, so don't hesitate to speak to them. Our business has absolutely flourished over the past few years thanks to them & the support and after-sales is fantastic!

Great Service from Conor
September 16, 2022

Conor Cooke recently became our eCommerce Strategist and I have noticed an immediate improvement in the service I have received. He is very proactive in contacting me with ideas and nothing is ever too much trouble. I genuinely feel he has our best interests at heart, which is very important for me from a 3rd party provider.

Slight technical issue over the weekend and throughout the Saturday and Sunday responses from Jamie were fast and helpful with nothing a problem, actually listening to what the issue was and showed a genuine interest to understand how that could be resolved. It was resolved on the Sunday morning - great service.

Great Customer Service

The support system at Visualsoft is always efficient in dealing with any changes that we wish to make to our site. We have always had a good experience with our account managers during our time with the company, and our current account manager (Stephen Chilton) is always at hand to answer any questions we have in an incredibly helpful manner.

Great personal service

Amazing experience
November 7, 2019

I went live with my website from visual soft last week. And I must say the whole team made it very easy and enjoyable.
I had quite a few requests as I wanted my website to stand out a lot more from other websites in my trade.
I'm totally overwhelmed with the outcome, and the whole team have been so professional and helpful, Rachel Ingram and Laura Buckell helped me every step of the way throughout the design and input of stock. We hit a few hurdles and every problem was solved very efficiently.
Jason West with his ongoing help from start has been amazing and giving me ideas I've never thought of myself hopfully for a long relationship to a very successful business.

Must say IM EXCITED!

If you want the best eCommerce Platform look no further than Visualsoft

We have used Visualsoft now to create and develop all of our four ecommerce websites for us and most recently bedsos.co.uk

Why do we continue to use Visualsoft?

Simply, they are the best at what they do.

The designs are bespoke to your brief and the order fulfilment system is superb to run the business on a daily basis. They have round the clock support and are always pushing the boundaries in development as the internet continues to change. This allows us to improve and develop as a company too.

We have gone from a standing start and expect to hit over £1 million turnover next year so I would just like to thank the staff at Visualsoft, thank you

An excellent company
April 29, 2020

We've just launched our new site TuffTogs, which is our second site with visualsoft. In a time where the country is on it's knees, working with the has been a dream. Sam Grady who was our Project Manager was on hand at all times, to oversee, chase and help get our website live on time. She was always polite and friendly and professional to work with.

Our sites are on the 'shared success' platform and once you understand the way the development of your site works and the huge amount of post launch flexibility your site has, you will really benefit.

Of course there are cheaper compnaies around, but Visualsoft really are excellent.

I called in and spoke to Leigh from the Service Desk team and explained the problem we have regarding sales and discounts. Leigh listened to the problem, understood what we required and came up with a solution all in a short space of time.

Terrible Company with no interest in resolving serious issues for a client that has spent tens of thousands of Pounds with them.

Project over-ran by over 7 months (what was supposed to be a 3 month project so 10+ months). Very sad and lame excuses where made. 1 - Horrible lock-in contract. 2 - £60 plus VAT charge to lift a finger ( including to fix mistakes THEY have made in development. 3 - Arrogant Directors who turn their back on you and leave in the middle of a conversation as they are not happy with customers calling up to complain

3 - Don't be deceived by the nice designs they make. They are nice on the outside but they essentially charge you tens of thousands for a re-hashed version of OScommerce (open-source free shopping solution. This is why they will not shos you the back-office system before you purchase)

You have been warned.
