Great Customer Support

Independent jeweller

As an independent jeweller, we needed a website, normally i work on trust but sadly i got my fingers burnt using friends for a website design.
My time is really limited with being hands on in work so it was an absolutely refreshing experience dealing with visual soft.
Computers aren, t my thing but they walked me through the various stages at my own pace, making sure i was happy with everything.
You have a dedicated contact who forms a healthy relationship with yourself so you can speak to them about anything.
The amount of extra advice & help i, ve had at no extra cost has really helped,
Your hand is literally held until the site is working & they stay with you

My account manager is stephen chilton who along with his team have been a fantastic support

Good service

Having worked with many other ecom platforms in the past I was a bit nervous to be using VS initially however the experience has been great - if there are ever any issues (which there are going to be from a realistic perspective!) I am able to feed these back openly without this being any kind of argument and they quickly get resolved. Our key contacts always do whatever they can to assist us and give us honest alternative options to the way we can be doing things - thanks Carla and Chris!

I can't praise Leigh from Triage and Telephony Support team highly enough!
I contacted him with a problem that I have been having on and off for a couple of years.
He quickly got to the bottom of it and also suggested some changes to the layout, which have definitely made a great improvement to the look of our site.

World Class Company

Can't compliment Visualsoft enough. We've had world class customer service, support and couldn't be happier with the new website. Our account manager is both friendly and incredibly productive for us, always trying his hardest to grow our business through every channel. Since making the move to 'Shared Success' ~6 months ago we've been overwhelmed with the sheer quantity of great advice, support and technical information that we've received from the whole team at Visualsoft. 6/5 stars from us!

Good for the rich
May 13, 2015

I think they are a very good company-ONLY IF you have lots of money available. Been with them for over 2 years now, and pretty desperate to get rid of their tight control. I am paying tons for things that really shouldn't be charged. After lots of complaining they made everything that takes under 30 min free, but anything slightly longer than that costs you a lot.
So if you are a very successful, rich company, they can definitely do a great job for you, otherwise steer clear because you literally get stuck in their web of paying for every minor change.

Been with Visualsoft for quite a few years now and the support we receive is second to none.
Anytime we need help there a call away, even on a weekend or a bank holiday.
Also can we say our managers Carla Taylor and Chris Hunter are brilliant with us and the help and support from these guys is brilliant.
We would recommend Visualsoft to anyone looking to get a beautiful website and get great support from the team.

Visualsoft's homepage is just as good as the work they produce. The site is perfectly designed and showcases the award-winning portfolio of eCommerce websites they have built.
My company hired Visualsoft top produce an eCommerce website for us and the finished product was brilliant. We now have a stylish, cutting edge site which has boosted sales not only online, but in store sales have improved too. Anyone looking for a website design company should check out this website.
