Really not happy!
Had a site built and was misled and misinformed from the beginning. Ended up costing a lot more than was originally told had a lot of problems since and regret having it built. It works pretty decent but not amazing cost an absolute arm and leg for anything you want done to the site as you have basic control over your site because theyve restricted how much you can actually do. All the internal stuff they will overcharge you for when you need anything doing at all. If they gave you 90% control and not 10% of your site you would be able to do a lot of the work in 2mins for nothing. Had many problems and they always have excuses and blame it on other things as opposed to taking responsibility. My site has been down several times now. No apology, no money knocked off the extremely high hosting costs. Nothing! Ive been quoted a fraction of the price everywhere else and guaranteed better quality too. Also I said that I might find somewhere else to host my site and was met with if you leave us we put your site on a disk. Then they basically dont care. They offer you no help thereafter. Absolutely disgusted. AVOID!

Small Business Review
As a small business who has been with Visualsoft for three years, I have always been more than pleased with the help that they have given me.
I had no internet knowledge before I joined Visualsoft other than sending the odd email to a customer, so the thought of launching a website for my shop was quite daunting.
However I have found the whole process quite easy with the back up of my account manager Stephen and his sales support team.
They have always been there for me to make every step of my journey as easy as possible.
We integrated our website with Amazon just over a year ago and have been successfully receiving sales ever since.
Next month we are going to integrate our Website with EBay to create more sales and after that my Visualsoft managers wants us to consider Frugo which is another selling platform that Visualsoft are now working with.
I feel that we are constantly moving forwards with our website and increasing sales due to the help of Visualsoft's forward thinking account managers and sales team who are always there to help us.

The support team is fantastic, Ben from the FED Implementations Team is always quick to resolve any queries I have, really helpful and reliable whenever I have any questions!
We've been having ongoing problems with VAT on postage being charged/not being charged or incorrectly shown on invoices for UK, EU and Rest of World since our website went live almost exactly 5 years ago. We've had five support tickets for the same issue in the last 18 months. For an inexplicable reason, it works for a period of time before going pfft and breaking again.
Finally, after all this time, we have managed to get the problem fixed. I cannot rate Visualsoft, the company, highly because this is something that has been causing intermittent problems for five years which have caused significant problems for us to correctly account for VAT that should have been charged but wasn't or appears to have been charged but hasn't been. However, as of today and entirely thanks to Leigh from Triage and Telephony Support we finally have the problem fixed and we cannot thank him enough for achieving this.
We're not sure why it's taken five years to get this right, particularly as it appeared to be correctly working when the site went live, but the very fact that it has periodically broken over and over and over, clearly suggests that it was the IT equivalent of duct tape and cable ties that had been used to make it appear that it was working.
A big personal thank you to Leigh for his efforts to resolve this problem.

Quick and efficient help from Leigh in the Triage and Telephony Support team with a technical issue I had. Received a call within 5 minutes of raising a case and issue sorted within a few minutes.
Like many others, I am really disappointed by this company, I live locally to them and from the outside they look like a professional, honest company, however this is not the case, was told my hosting would cost be less than we where paying before which has infact ended up costing us 4x as much each month, adding a free wordpress blog cost us £500! The backend is very basic, you are unable to change basic aspects of the website such as adding an image to your homepage! By far the worst thing is their support system which is basically a way for them to make money, I wanted an image removing which to be completed required them to remove one line of CSS code (takes maybe 40 seconds to do) and they wanted to charge me £40+VAT. Everytime I have asked for something to be fixed or changed I receive a quote! The only way you can leave a review on their trustpilot page is by asking them for a code which is how they control that profile to only have positive reviews, all in all I feel like my website has gone back 10 years, stay away from this company!

Answer: I run a multi-million pound platform and have been in the process of migrating our site from Visualsoft to Magento for the last year. I must say this has been a nightmare from start to finish. Non of the fault lays at the door of Visualsoft however, its purely been a Magento/developer issue. We felt we needed a change of platform after 2 years of success and at the time it was right for our business to "jump on the "Magento train" since we wanted to be in complete control. Anyway after a year of turmoil we may not be moving after all. I have personally overseen many migrations in my career as a head of Ecommerce and this has been a journey to say the least. Answer: Legit. However, it took them nearly 2 years to solve what should have been a simple issue before our website finally went live in October 2016. Have done 2 websites with them. Highly recommend NOT using a combined admin panel as that has given us nothing but issues since the second site went live 5 years ago.
Answer: At the time (2014/2015) they were one of only three platforms offers we could find that would integrate eBay, Amazon, an own website, with Paypal, Royal Mail, UPS/DHL to streamline all the processes into one. We now have a separate site on Shopify which is different and relies on Apps for various parts of integration but it does the same job
