I do graphic and marketing design, I have used VistaPrint on couple of my projects, I had a client that uses the popular Script Biloxi for most of their promotional products, Vistaprint doesn't have the Font, or the option to upload very limited. That's pretty bad..

ORDERED BUSINESS CARD MAGNETS-AS THE DEALERSHIP i WORK AT WAS HAVING A BIG SALE mEMORIAL dAY WEEKEND- AND i WANTED TO GIVE THEM OUT. I PAID AN ADDITIONAL 11 DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING TO MAKE SURE THAT I GOT THEM. WELL I DID NOT RECEIVE THEM- ON 5/22 AS PROMISED. I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THEM AND I GOT DISCONNECTED. APPARENTLY THAT IS HOW THEY DEAL WITH DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THANK GOODNESS IT WASN'T SOMETHING LIKE WEDDING INVITATIONS THAT I TRUSTED THEM WITH. JANE

We have had ongoing problems with Vistaprint's website with technical problems that been ongoing since 2018. We rely on the bookings page that we have on their website. There have been a number of problems from bookings not been sent to our email address, this seems to be ongoing. Today we can't receive any booking as their website won't even let you make one. When you call Vistaprint the standard answer seems to be it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. This is not good enough. Over the past 3 years, we have been using their website I estimate we have lost Approx $60.000 and have had lots of stress. If I was to use a website for bookings it would not be Vistaprint. I find them the most useless company that I have ever dealt with.

Also on and around 22/Feb 2020 ordered some printing and paid with my visa card. When I checked why my order had not arrived I saw that it was still in checkout even though I had paid and that it said so (There were funds available on my card). When I called the same old story its never there fault, I re-ordered my printing it will now be late for an event that is been held where I live. I asked if I could have a jpeg of the design so that I was able to print some temp black and white copies to cover me I was told no.

I googled companies that sold USA made masks. Vistaprint came up. I decided to shell out the big bucks for my masks to use at school, work in a school system, and got my shipping notice. CHINA! It is STILL in China and i start next week. Found 3 made in the USA for the price of their shotty 1. RUN RUN RUN. BUY USA.

Vistaprint is the best

I have made over 30 t-shirts & a calendar from Vistaprint and have been satisfied every single time! A couple times, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size, and they let me keep the wrong one and sent me the right size for no extra charge!
I RECOMMEND VISTAPRINT TO PEOPLE ALL THE TIME!

This is the worst company I have ever seen till yet.

I ordered embroidered shirt first time from vistaprint on 12th april till yet I havent got my product till yet.

They say we deliver in 7 days its already 12 days past

Very bad service. Very very bad experience with these guys...
NO DELIVERY TIMELINE
I will never recommend anyone to place order with this company.

I have used Vistaprint for over 10 years at least once a week, spending over $300 a week. Yesterday they changed their site from an Excellent Working Website into a Disastrous, Buggy, Unworking site with NO warning and clearly No beta-testing.
How any executive at this company cannot be jumping out of windows or silently crying with their head on their desk is amazing to me. The entire team responsible for this shocking mess should be fired.
What makes me mad is I KNOW how hard it is to build a great business. And once it's built, the EASY part is just Running it. That's a walk in the park compared to building a successful business. So how someone tasked with that small and easy job can take all those years of hard work it took to build it, and send it down the toilet because they're too damn lazy to check if their systems Work before switching them is simply astonishing! I'm actively seeking alternative printers after being a happy and loyal customer for 10 years. WOW how Bad is that website department? Astonishing incompetence.

A fraud

Having to advertise our activities we decided to use Vistaprint, unfortunately none of our orders was fulfilled. Vistaprint is selling items they don't have. This is a fraud.

Never again

I will never order from vistaprint again. While making up my holiday cards, I was first making my cards through shutterfly. After realizing how expensive it would be to just order 20 Christmas cards, I looked on google for another source and found vistaprint.

At first I was so excited to see great prices for holiday cards. I was soon fooled when standard shipping ended up costing $10! Seriously?! When I got the cards in the mail a week later, the pictures I used on my cards appeared much darker than what they looked like on my laptop, AND my envelopes never came! I called vistaprint immediately and all the woman had to say was "oh, sorry". She said she would ship the envelopes out to me using expedited shipping. Apparently their expedited shipping is still 5 or more business days because the envelopes wouldn't get to me until 2 days before Christmas. I'm so angry because not only did ordering 20 Christmas cards cost for than $20 (btw, I used a template that was on clearance. Plus $10 shipping), I now have to go out and buy envelopes which were supposed to be included in my package. Next Christmas I will be sure to use shutterfly.

I have been a customer since 2013. I not only have my website with Vistaprint but I have purchased business cards, pens, flyers, signs, etc.

My website was set up for automatic payment. Recently they have been having some type of system issues where they email me saying my payment declined and my website was being cancelled. I would reach out to them and check with the bank. Each time there wasn't an issue with the bank it was with VistaPrint. Throughout this headache my website always still worked.

A few days ago I got an email saying my website was being cancelled yet again for non-payment. I figured it was the same scenario, so I checked my website and it wasn't working. I reached out to VistaPrint and I was told my payment didn't go through. I explained that it's the same card they've been using. The customer service rep told me that the reason my payment declined was simply because I didn't have enough money to cover it? That's how you treat a customer of 6 years that has NEVER missed a payment?

It took multiple chat sessions, a conversation with a manager and 3 different forms of payment to get their system to work. It's insane! I wasted more than an hour of my day trying to get my website up.

As soon as I can rebuild my website somewhere else I will be leaving. I am looking right now. They will not get another dime from me.

I've used Vistaprint EVERY YEAR for 14 years to create a mug of my dog from a puppy until now,"found a better place"
The prints on my mugs have been nice, afew grainy but I was not unhappy.
However, their shipping is on the high side and just way too many product promotions before you can actually check out and pay.
Also, they just don't stop sending emails at least 5 weekly, I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND STILL RECIEVED THEM, finally, I had to add them to my spam box which is always full of email from them for the same items at same prices

I was looking to put an order in for Spot UV Business Cards as their pricing was very reasonable (on sale for $37cad for 500 qty). The only problem was - I want to submit a separate file to indicate where the gloss will be printed (as you would with any other print company out there) and there was no way for me to do that with their submission process.

I spoke to a "specialist" via live chat for an hour and it absolutely went NO WHERE. Not only did she have no clue about the printing nor design process of Spot UV while pretending she did, she started giving me attitude in the end by saying, "this is why you should have shown me your designs first" when I was only looking to get answers before finalizing my files. In the end, her solution was for me to spend extra money on design help when I didn't need any.

I spoke to a second "specialist" via phone the next day, hoping to get a more direct answer from someone with actual knowledge on the topic of printing. At this point, I should have gone with another print company already. He had no clue either. I showed him a mock-up of what I want as my final product and he didn't even know what a mock-up was, assuming it was the print file itself saying, "your design is crooked." Needless to say, I gave up at this point.

Vistaprint, how about having "specialists" who actually specializes in the services you provide? Thank you.

I see you took steps to produce the masks with requirements of AFNOR for European and specifically French buyers. I bought one of your new masks - and I'll check with AFNOR if it is really confirmed. And you better be correct. Otherwise I'll not only make it public, I'll report you. There's also false advertising in issue. And one more thing, I'm sure that you are aware that every European country sent a LIMIT PRICE for the masks. Maybe there's no limit in Netherlands where you hq is, but in Italy, Spain and in France there's a LIMIT PRICE on masks - between 5 and 7 euros, 5 in France. All companies who are taking advantage of health crises and putting their prices for masks higher and propose massive distribution facing real trouble in the courts. An example - Adidas in France is selling masks according to these regulations - 5 euros masks, in pack of 3. Very pretty masks, by the way.
So you are proposing 1 mask for 17 euros, and with the logo for 20 euros. THAT is still against the law and still ugly way to take advantage!
How about this "valuable" public note and the report about your violations?!

PS I'd highly appreciate if you'll leave this "valuable feedback" nonsense for yourself. This fake politeness is another way to show how you disrespect and abuse your clients! Never had a journalists on your back uncovering your illegal ways to conduct business in Europe and taking advantage of health crises before?! I doubt that!

Vistaprint proposed on their web-site a polyester masks to public. You should be ASHAMED of yourself! You are selling to people an item without any respect to the standards! These masks DO NOT SERVE TO ANYTHING! Even dust can come trough. Standards developed by FDA in USA and AFNOR in France. Yes of course to make 4 layers cotton mask with filter in the middle cost much more... Plus indeed it is much more costly in production. Yes, Let's take advantage from the social crises and just earn money, and sell to people something totally useless so they can get infected with the virus wearing this product. And you are ok with it?! Shame on you! We are not buying from you anything anymore!

TERRIBLE!

I have ordered thousands of items on Vistaprint. Today, I got less than half my items delivered and it said that the whole order was shipping together AND there were some items I ordered that were no longer in the order on the site. There was no phone number on the site. All you could do was request a call back. I started a chat and asked for the phone number. They gave me one that only led to a busy signal. I requested that call back. They called AND THEN KEPT ME ON HOLD! I old the chat agent and she called me. Awful! She told me (chuckling) that if I had ordered the items they would not just disappear from the order. I asked FIVE times to speak with a supervisor. The agent said she would put me on hold for 2-3 minutes. That was the first 5 minutes on hold. She came back on and said that she would try again. That was another 5 minutes. I finally hung up. I hope I get my order...at least what is still listed on the order...and then I will NEVER order from Vistaprint again. There are too many other less stressful and better options.

This migration is a disaster. My site on Wix will not load as a secure HTTPS site, My google rankings disappeared as my site was down for multiple days as Vistaprint and Wix failed to notify mne that I needed to change my Name Server setting with my domain host. To top it all off my Vistaprint Email is down as Vistaprint did not provide TXT, SPF and MX records to Wix. I get bounced between Wix and Vistaprint customer support, with no resolution. One of the Wix support team member was venting his frustration at the overwhelming number of problems due to this migration and lack of coordination between the people responsible for the migration. The migration team should be FIRED! Unacceptable level of customer disruption and unaccountability.
