I purchase a dress but it was TOO SMALL and the fabric was AWFUL and cheap! I received the item after 18 days and when I wanted to return the Item they did not give me the return address (they did not reply my emails! Despite they mentioned it the website that for any return I should email them and ask for the return address) BUT DID NOT ANSWER! And now it is over 28 days from shipping (I've received the item a week ago!) and I cannot be refunded anymore!

They say their phone hours are from 6 pm-midnight PST but they never answer the phone. They claim they will answer email within 24 hours and it takes them 55 hours to respond. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS! HERE TO STEAL YOUR HARD EARN MONEY!

I would not recommend buying from this site. I purchased 6 dresses from them, expecting 10-15 days for delivery. On day 15 I emailed them to ask about the order. I heard back the next day, and they said that unfortunately two of the dresses were no longer available - and I could pick two dresses for up to $10 more each than the original dress value and they would then express ship the items. So the order hadn't even been packaged let alone sent and they hadn't reached out to me at all! I was leaving on holiday so would not be around to collect the dresses even if they were planning to express ship them, so I asked to cancel the whole order. The required an explanation which I provided and they said they would cancel and refund. They said it will be applied to my credit card and could take up to 30 days! I need to cancel my credit card because I left it at a bar, but I can't because they will only refund it to that card! I have sent two emails this week asking where the refund is, and they have stopped replying to me.
I HAVE NO vested interest in this or any other fashion sites since I have never tried them out before.
Due to a friend birthday party, I took courage to work through VIPme online store; I found a White Deep V Neck Backless Bodycon Party Mini dress which took my breath, and I made a contact with the customer service and was responded to in less than a minute.
I placed an order for the party dress, and it was delivered to my doorstep in 13 days though I instructed them to do so. To my greatest surprise, it was free delivery.
After putting on the dress, I was stunning and look sexy on it.
However, the stitching seem undone and the fabric will rip if treated roughly, but they're problems that can be fixed and are sort of expected.
Their fashion products are inexpensive with some great deals on those clearance racks! All the regularly priced dresses are amazing with lots of discounts.

I ordered my purse on July 29th and today is Aug 25th, and guess what I am still waiting. I contacted them after 10 days and they apologized, and told me to wait another 10-15 days. They also offered me a 15% refund when I get my order, asking me to not ask for any other refund. So I have been waiting patiently, but the event that I needed the purse for has passed. It has passed the extra time they told me to wait. I am seriously pissed and feel like this Vipme thing is shaddiest website I have used to order online. The tracking number is bs, and it leads you to some other tracking website thats in another language. I will NEVER use this useless website ever again.

So I FINALLY got my clutch bag. It is a really nice bag (wish my mother had the chance to use it). By persistently communicating with VIPme workers, I got a legitimate tracking number, and received my bag in the mail a few days ago. I am happy with the purchase, but not with how long it took (basically a month). If I ever do buy an item on this website (which I doubt I will), I would order my stuff a month or two in advance.
On the positive note, the customer service reps. Were very responsive to my emails. Now I'm just waiting on the 15% refund.

I ordered a dress from VIPme with the hopes that all of these negative reviews were just a collection of the worst experiences and that ordering from this site would turn out okay... but silly me:-( My dress arrived on time but it looked NOTHING like the picture and was clearly one of those very poorly made knockoffs from China. The dress is so thin and cheap looking that it is completely see-through and absolutely not wearable in public.
That would be fine and all if the company had anything resembling decent customer service... I have sent them more than six emails in the 10 days i have the items with no response, past the sorry that you were not happy with your order.
