I purchased order with VIPME all the dress all beautiful and they fit me right for Asian women size 5 -6 very impressed design even delivery time that doesn't take so long as other website and quality of material is good and worth the price. So I order totally 8 dress love all of them! Very soon I will order more dress from VIPME

I ordered a dress & paid for expedited shipping ( item will ship within 3 to 5 working days.) I received it 3 weeks later because it came from HONG KONG. I got a size 12 DRESS with size 8 SLEEVES. Not kidding!

I was authorized to return it but they WOULD NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING! And THAT, my friends, is how they make their money. PURE Garbage workmanship/quality.

Even though I saw alot of bad reviews here, i still went ahead and order 3 dresses and shoes for my upcoming birthday and you know what? I was pleasantly surprised and highly impressed.
Even though I had a hard time choosing from the range of beautiful things on their site, I'm not disappointed by the ones I got. They fit nicely and the fabrics are to die for. I had to return one for a replacement, as the colour doesn't suit my skin tone and when I contacted the Customer service, they were so helpful and direct.
Also, The shipping was just on point as the things I ordered arrived at exactly the stipulated time.
It was indeed a nice experience buying from VIPME contrary to my earlier thoughts and I will definitely patronize them more.
I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM!

UPDATE: THEY FINALLY RESPONDED. HELPFUL HINT: message them on FB! They messaged me back on FB w/in one day and then I got the email with the instructions. If you want to save some back and forth, in your original email to them include your order # and exactly which items (with their size) you want to return.

I bought 3 dresses and want to return 2-- the instructions online tell you to email *******@vipme.com for instructions on returns (why they don't just post return instructions online or include them in your package is beyond me). I have now emailed 4 times with no response. I went so far as to also message them on Facebook AND email the head of investor relations for their publicly traded parent company. Hopefully that gets someone's attention, but I doubt it. In the mean time, I've contacted my credit card to dispute the original transaction. I plan to contact BBB if I don't hear back soon.

Do not give them your credit card! This is not even a real company. NO PHONE NUMBER... NO REPLIES... NO DRESSES ORDERED/MONIES TAKEN OUT FROM MY CARD. I GET THE IMPRESSION THIS IS A BASEMENT PHONEY FASHION HOUSE. THEY ARE IN FOR A SUPRISE. I WONDER EXACTLY HOW MUCH MONEY THEY HAVE GOTTEN FROM THOUSANDS (OR MORE) OF PEOPLE WHO THOUGHT THEY ARE LEGIT. I AM PRESSING CHARGES.

My experience with VIPME

My shopping experience with VIPME was really good, the website is easy to navigate and the design is nice, the clothes and accesories are beautiful and with a great quality, they have free shipping that gave me a great deal of money, and the discounts are great! Also they have a section with plus size and that its amazing because not all the online shop have it and the dresses are cute, more of a reason why I prefer this site, the only thing that is the communication is very slow, but I hope they improve that in the future

Thieves!

Ordered on Nov 3rd, never recieved. I called them and they said the package got returned to them, BUT THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME! It's now Dec 20th and and I have no refund from them still! Don't do it!

Buyer beware. It took me about 4 weeks to recieve my order only problem is i ordered 2 necklaces and only recieved one. I emailed customer service and got no reponse. Complete Scam DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I am going to write a very unflattering article about this company and publish in a well know magazine that I work for in hopes that they loose lots of business since they dont find it pertinent to respond to customer concerns and inquiries. I wish I could give them 0 stars because thats what they deserve

I bought 3 bathing suits the beginning of June. Unfortunately, I had to return two of them because of the inability to adjust the straps.

I sent an email regarding the return per their instructions. I received a prompt response (from Frank Lui) with instructions for this return.

The two items were sent back on July 5th to the address they gave me. I sent them the tracking number and receipt for the delivery via email. Based on VIPME, I would receive my refund within 2-3 business days.

I sent them an email requesting the status of this refund on July 15th. I expected to get the same quick response as I did before but I am still waiting for both a response from VIPME and my refund.

NO PHONE NUMBER to call, which is beyond frustrating!

I wish I knew about this site before I placed my order.

Sizes are very off (dresses run very small) and the fabric was not as advertised. I had to return the dress, and still no refund. I have a real bad feeling about this company.

This online store is just great for buying dresses and other apparel online. While I prefer the layouts of JCPenny's or Macy's, I have to say, I find that a lot of the stuff on this site is cheaper, and looks just as great as the regular stuff.

I like the dresses!

I have to say that I was worried when I first checked reviews here. But I cannot resist the beautiful dresses on that web site. I tried to order two dresses. They were shipped in 5 business days. In the mean time I emailed the custom service and I got a reply after two business days. So the service is better than many of the reviews mentioned.
After 3 weeks I received my order. The dresses are as pretty as they look like on web page. The one problem is one of the two dresses are too small although it showed to be "M". I usually wear "M", sometimes I wear "S". But this dress was like a "XS".
I emailed custom service to request a refund, and I got a reply with address that I can return the item to after 2 business days. After package arrived, I got my refund at the 5th day.

Basically I think I can trust their custom service. They did not respond as quick as some other companies but they did reply. Besides, I feel like the dresses that I ordered have better quality vs cost ratio than many other places.

What can we do?

Well since my last review on this company I finally did receive my order amd once again I was stressed out and disappointed! The dresses where not at all what was represented on the web site. I gree with one of the other reviews that mentioned that the garments were suppose to be silk but are not, or are of very poor quality. The garments are not of the material depicted. One of them is so rough it is like a burlap sack, and a patterned material this is suppose to be a gentle flowing material, the other was suppose to have a lower thigh length black shift dress and it is nothing more than a long t-shirt, the third is a white long dress, that is actually alright but the coverlet is off white making not in very good taste. When a company is allowed to advertise on almost every web sight I visit and yet misrepresent their products and have such poor customer service, what are we suppose to do to slow them down? I want my money back and we shall see how long that will take or if it will happen at all!.

The VIPME ring fulfilled all my expectations. VIPME is extremely helpful and professional. This is surely a rock of a ring and i have gotten many compliments! I've never thought I might have something thus nice. It is my dream ring!
Excellent ring, wonderful sparkle, wonderful quality, wonderful price. Very pleased all around. It sparkles everywhere. Excellent size, great eye catcher.
The ring is superb and i don't have any issues with it!
It displays wonderful craftsmanship & style. Indeed its picture on the website does not do its justice.
The ring match and quality are wonderful. The ordering method was very simple and the ring shipped just as indicated on the website.
