I am still waiting on my order I haven't received my order status . They do not have a telephone number nor will they respond by email. I am hoping and praying that they send me my item. I placed the order in June it was process iJuly 6th 2016. I havenot received the item yet. I am guessing I will receive the item 20 business days from July 6th 2016.
Never again.

A regretful customer
I ordered a dress on line and it looked beautiful. I paid extra to have it shipped to me quickly for my son's wedding but it took weeks before I heard anything and it arrived in a box smaller than a shoe box and was really ugly. They don't have a website to get a refund and I couldn't even contact them to see where it was. I would not recommend anyone to order from them. They just take your money and keep it.
The clothes are reasonably priced, I could hardly make a quick choice, the reason is, they are all beautiful. The shipping was fast and was well packaged. I have worn VIPME clothes for a while and am glad I made the best choice making order from VIPME. I'm very pleased I finally have a place I can trust to buy my clothes. I must confess I spent a long time looking for a shop that will not only provide good products but also excellent services when I came across VIPME my search ended. Thank you, VIPME.com. The rose gold necklace of vipme that I received, is however smaller than I imagined. The design is beautiful for an evening out but wouldn't wear on daily bases. I guess you have to be careful when you wear it, because it comes of easily because it has loose kooks or claps to close. For the price it was good.
One month after I ordered my dresses from Stylewe, I found them half price on VIPME. Same model, same pictures, same everything except the price. So I wonder if they are actually the same company... Great business strategy though.
I knew the Asian size runs small, so I ordered size M even though I usually wear US size 0. I was quite satisfied with the dress I received from stylewe, but i'm now hesitate to purchase from VIPME because of the 1 star reviews here. And I don't what size to pick because this website actually says size S equals to 0~2...
Hadn't heard of company before, came across it on Facebook. I ordered two bikinis and I loved them both and the quality. I ordered two, one in a small and one in medium. As its American sizes and I'm from the uk, sizes were a bit out. In uk im small, but the medium fitted me better, but the small is still wearable. I loved them, and quick delivery and good value for money products. I would order from the company again.
I made a big mistake and I place a bit order. The delivery was almost one month later. The quality awaful. The sent me clothes that I haven't even order and above all I have to pay for the shipping. Huge mistake
VIPME.com is a site for women's clothing and accessories. It is fairly priced and has a wide variety of items. It has everything from outerwear, to seasonal wear and underwear. Accessories such as bags, purses and shoes.The site is pretty well organized and has tabs for each of the important categories. They have featured items on their site, which are discounted and "events" that are highlighted in the site. All in all, i'd recommend it to a friend or someone has to get a good quality gift to someone.
BIG TIME SCAM! Returned dress and they charged me for the return! Bought it for 27.99 plus shipping. I paid for return shipping and a fee too! Dress 27.99 I only got 21.99 back. I paid shipping and they took 6.80 for I guess a stocking fee. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I certainly won't! Margie
I found the site to be very easy to maneuver and appealing. I found some great merchandise on there and found the product to be just as good as the picture. Everything fit well. My only complaint was shipping took on the longer side.
Vipme was suggested to me by my aunt since shes a shopaholic especially when it comes to online shopping. I ordered a midi dress from the new arrivals of vipme. The size I ordered was 8 but the size I received was 10. I immediately contacted their customer service who responded quickly and offered me to replace the dress so that was a plus.
I have a tiny leg and a skinny body needed to find a fushia sandal to go with a pink cute gown color for a weeding and i only had 3 weeks to get them, i pay for the express service and i had both my shoe and dress within just over a week, i was highly impressed.the cloths were perfect made including the sandal it was beautiful and well presented when they arrive they were made beautiful, made with a soft leather and they were sooooo comfortable. I bought them for weeding, and i wore them up to 13/15 hours and they were comfortable and never hurt my feet once. I will be wearing these sandals at every opportunity!
I can't wait until i have saved enough money to treat myself another pairs and a cute gown from vipme fashion, I have a few design and ready to buy! I have even said to my hobby if he doesn't know what to buy me for birthdays and Christmas he can buy me voucher of vipme. I have already recommend them to my friends and family and will continue to do so.
I placed an order prior to reading the reviews. After I read them I started to panic. I send VIPME an email requesting update status on my order I received a prompt response. I received my order unfortunately some items didn't fit so I have return them so I emailed VIPME & they responded promptly with instructions on how to returned I have just received them today & will be returning them. So far I have not encounter any problems with them. Will update after I return my order.
I don't usually give review, but, on the other hand VIPme was remarkable to the point that I needed to! When I order one of my dress from VIPme, The dress I ordered for touched base in around 2weeks and it is the speediest order I have ever done. I got the ideal size I ordered for and it fits truly well. I have no dissensions at all I'm very fulfilled and satisfied with my purchase. I can prescribe it to anybody.

I ordered A dress and it was a 1x because that's the size i'm in now (dropped 109 in 3 years). They sent me a dess that didn't fit by the arms. They prommised me a 5 day shipment. I had to get on their case about it.
I purshaded 2 swim wear for my trip 3 weeks ago, at the moment I still waiting for my shipping. No comunication I have sent nomerous emails and has made phone calls to that number on the WS and Nothing! This is a scam I will report on this to the police. Is not professional that people spend their money and nobody reply back. At the end I know I will have to go to the mall to get a swim wear for my trip. People do not buy nothing from this WebSite.
I recently ordered a cap Sleeve Bodycon Mini Dress, Classic gold color from VIPME for my party! I followed the size guide on the site and they were perfect. I received the dress and the size was just as it was on the site. I had to order the 8 because I needed the length, but it turned out the waist was a bit big, I called customer service to return, which they agreed but due to the closeness of the event I couldn't return it, I had to take it in a bit. It ended up fitting perfectly, the dress was of excellent quality. I wore it to the party and had multiple compliments! All good at the end!
I ordered a dress. Told me i would receive it within their standard shipping time. When i didn't get it they told me they hadn't even shipped it out! I told them i didn't want it but, despite my previous emails to them, they shipped it anyway. I told them i wanted a refund. They said they would process the refund and i would get it within 2-10 days. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't seen the refund. I finally received the dress and, while I ordered a size 8, they sent me a LARGE! In the real world a size 8 is NOT a large.
They don't respond to emails or phone calls. They list a number in California however I should have known better when I saw their customer service is available from midnight-6am. They are running the company out of China.
I don't care if their prices are cheap. Even if they gave this away for free it's not worth the frustration.

I am a dress size US 6 and usually buy US sz 8 to be comfortable. The LARGE did not fit. WAY too small. Could not even zip up. Sizing chart definitely incorrect. Not worth waiting one month for.

I waited for over a month to hear about a delivery slot only to find out that I was being charged import tax. By which time I'd cancelled the order. Customer care has ever emailed me back
Answer: I have never been given an authorization to return the items I did not like (which is what my invoice says they require) nor have they given me a shipping address to return the items to. I have sent them more than six emails in the 10 days i have the items with no response, past the sorry that you were not happy with your order. Please let us know what u did not like about the items and which items you wish to keep. I emailed them the response right away and they never answered any other emails.
