Vince Camuto

I purchased two pairs of booties, one of them has a crooked sole and the other is too narrow. I looked for a return shipping label in the box, nothing. You have to print it oine and PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST YOURSELF on top of a "return fee"? Like what? Now I'm just going to bite it and be stuck with these shoes. Do not buy from this site, buy from Dillard's or Nordstrom, they have a great return policy.

I bought two pair of boots from VC and the heel plate (not the entire heel) came off both boots and both pairs. That is a lot of money I spent thinking I was purchasing quality products. I've had cheap pair of boots last longer. I normally do not write reviews but after contacting VC with no response to a solution I am extremely dissatisfied and I will let the world know that they do not stand behind their product.

Very unprofessional and down right rude. Doesn't let you get a word in edgewise and in the off chance he does stop verbally abusing a CLIENT who is PAYING him he just disregards anything you say by talking over you. Frankly this review is way overdue. My case was simple and I did win, no thanks to him. It would have saved me considerable money and a lot of emotional stress by going with a public defender. Worst experience of my life dealing with this man who has an over inflated ego for reasons I will never understand. He was over an hour late for my first hearing because he overslept and was putting his shoes and tie on as we walked into the courthouse. The judge did not take kindly to this and he offered no apologies whatsoever. I do not recommend

I recently purchased the Bevvisa Wedge Bootie in Tortilla. I typically wear an 8.5 in boots but I only had the option of an 8. They fit great! My feet are extremely narrow and I could tell the bootie would be too. If you have wide feet, these will not be comfortable for you. I wore them for the first time for several hours shopping. They never once hurt my feet. The color is versatile and these booties will be cute with lots of different things. The Vince Camuto website was easy to navigate, the order process was painless, and the booties came quickly.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Pair of boots that i order were expensive $264. VC sent wrong shoes completely different style. Contacted customer service after 30 min on hold finally I was able to speak with Laneesa Mcdonald. She ask me to take the pictures of the shoes and email to her. She told me she will process return by the end of the day (she inform me that refund will take up to 30 days) WHAT?. End of the day still noting. So i start return process on their website to return boots to DSW store. I didn't want to keep such a expensive pair of boots that i didn't like. Around 9 pm she emails me again asking for more pictures or she will not be able to process refund or exchange, by that time I already took the shoes back to DSW for store refund and re order a new pair. Also she was going to charge me $35 for shipping and $8 for return (who does that!) I'm hoping that DSW will send me correct pair of boots. VC shame of you you just lost another customer. I will never order from you again and i will tell everyone not order from you ether.

No matter how many times he threatens me with law suits or threatens to divulge my case, he is still n fact a sorry excuse for a lawyer. Condescending, Masonic and dealing. Not to mention he showed up to my court with his shirt untucked and his shoes untties. He was an hour late which has seriously impacted on my case. Say what you want you can any about me.! I made a mistake which I am paying full for and you get no consequences iln return to get new no consequences. I wish. I would've saved the paperwork. You have no business bein a lawyer. You destroyed 3 years of my life, those are facts. If I had saved the paperwork you would've been disbarred for aure

I purchased two pair of shoes for my girlfriend and had to return for a smaller size, I printed out a return label and opted for store credit but realized the shoes might be out of stock by the time I got the store credit so I ordered the second two pair in a smaller size on my card again. I called customer service and asked if the first two pair that I returned could go back to my card instead of store credit, she put me on hold for two minutes and saw my return tracking was due that day and promptly refunded my original purchase to my card and didn't charge me the return fee. Great customer service

Even if you're making a very simple, local return, they'll charge you $8 for a refund. If you don't want to get gouged, you have to settle for store credit.

I've never encountered a policy like this with other vendors, including international stores for whom returns are legitimately expensive.

This is just greedy and anti-customer. Pure and simple. Shop elsewhere!

My husband gave me some Over the Knee boots for xmas- they were cute, but didn't fit well so I tried to exchange for a smaller size. Had to call and email before I got any response- no exchanges, and that I'd have to pay return shipping and they'd credit my husband's card and I could re-order. Super annoying, but OK I played along, payed $35 to ship these boots back. Found some other boots on Zappos so I ordered them and got them 1 day later, and pretty much forgot about the Vince Camuto credit... until today. Just reviewed our statements for the 3 months since they received my return (I paid for tracking)-- no credit. So basically they stole $150 (plus the $35 shipping). Some of their stuff is cute, but definitely steer clear of ordering directly from them- they'll take your money.

I purchased a pair of boots from the Vince Camuto website, but they were too big, so I needed to exchange/return them. Vince Camuto does not offer return shipping labels. You know, the labels every other merchant offers, and then they deduct about $12.95 (for the size of a boot box) from the refund. I had to pay $35.00 to ship the boots back to VC. I don't expect free shipping for returns (though, many merchants offer this), but to not offer return shipping at a reasonable cost is unheard of these days. I will never order from Vince Camuto again.

I saw a VC jacket on Macy's website. Wasn't sure of my size and they were out of both sizes I wanted to try. Was able to order them both directly from VC website, for $60 more than Macy's. 3 weeks later still no delivery on the jackets. I emailed customer service that I had the tracking info, though shipping updates had stopped 6 days prior. I asked them to request a trace on the package. They wrote back with zero niceties, just gave me the tracking number, which I told them I already have. I tried two more times with CS. The last person said I chose Surepost with UPS so that I could get free shipping and it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery. That was a complete lie. I only chose free shipping, there was no mention of Surepost or 6-8 weeks. I would not have made the order. I order from Macy's, Nordstrom, Lands End, etc. Everyone offers free shipping for orders over $100 (sometimes less). And, normal delivery is in 3-5 business days tops. Once I do get these jackets, I have a feeling I will struggle for my refund on the one that doesn't work out, now that I read other reviewers struggles with this company.

I love Vince Camuto shoes. I never write reviews, but this customer service experience deserves one. I ordered boots via 1day air mail ($27) to wear on New Years Eve. UPS did not deliver due to an incorrect shipping address. I checked my order to ensure I did not overlook info. All my info was correct, however, when Vince Camuto shipped my order, the apartment number was missing 1 number. 3 days later-still no boots. I emailed customer service to get a shipping refund. Their response was that it isn't their error so they cannot issue a refund. Are you kidding me? It sure wasn't my error! Maybe they should double checking shipping information before sending out their orders. Even though I love the brand, I will not order again. NO ACCOUNTABILITY! I will be telling all of my friends as well since they are dedicated shoe purchasers! So disappointed in what should be a higher end brand!

I purchased a pair of white heels that didn't look like they were designed for a bride. Ladies, if you are on the market for white heels, you know this is a challenge. Long story short, I found a pair I fell in love with at the Vaughan Mills location. Price was not an issue cause I wanted them so badly. I purchased them last year and this year, they ripped. The store manager turned me away calling the rip a "wear and tear". I contacted their C. S. by telephone and was told they have 1 year warranty with receipt. I got 2 different answers but both were rejections. Besides, they do not allow any returns or exchanges on purchase. My co-worker purchased a pair of ballerina flats to wear around the office (carpeted). The shoe peeled away from the sole only 1 week later. She too was turned away. The store offered to glue the sole lol

I placed an order 2 weeks ago that still had not shipped. I emailed and spoke with customer service and this situation has not been handled well. I feek like VC has, AT BEST, failed in providing timely and helpful communication, but more likely, been intentionally deceptive. Not what I would expect from this company. The saying you get what you pay for is not applicable here because with the service received I would expect Walmart or Dollar Tree prices.

When I spoke with customer service yesterday I was told the order had not been processed and no furthet information was available. I requested to cancel the order and was told I couldn't and I'm responsible for the cost of shipping to return the merchandise. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that she (apparently there's only one) was gone for the day and not back until Monday. Further, I was advised that the shipping department was my best option for follow up but that they were also gone for the day. This really confused me because later that night I got an email from the shipping department stating they had shipped the order. I guess they were still there, unhelpful communication or deception... you decide.

I'm honestly a huge perfume horde and Vince Camuto has some great ones. I love their subtlety (who wants to stand next to a person trailing a cloud of overpowering scent?!) and their staying power (you can still faintly smell it at the end of an 8 hour work day)!

Great designer with super stylish yet classic pieces. I own a few pair of shoes and some purses by Vince. They're very good quality and well made.
