I saw a VC jacket on Macy's website. Wasn't sure of my size and they were out of both sizes I wanted to try. Was able to order them both directly from VC website, for $60 more than Macy's. 3 weeks later still no delivery on the jackets. I emailed customer service that I had the tracking info, though shipping updates had stopped 6 days prior. I asked them to request a trace on the package. They wrote back with zero niceties, just gave me the tracking number, which I told them I already have. I tried two more times with CS. The last person said I chose Surepost with UPS so that I could get free shipping and it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery. That was a complete lie. I only chose free shipping, there was no mention of Surepost or 6-8 weeks. I would not have made the order. I order from Macy's, Nordstrom, Lands End, etc. Everyone offers free shipping for orders over $100 (sometimes less). And, normal delivery is in 3-5 business days tops. Once I do get these jackets, I have a feeling I will struggle for my refund on the one that doesn't work out, now that I read other reviewers struggles with this company.
