I have tried many pressed powder compacts, looking for better coverage. I ordered the brighten and color correcting compact and the first time I used it, I was blown away with how flawless my face looked. It is not heavy, does not settle into the fine lines, but give a lovely glow. I have paid much more for compacts in the upscale stores and never gotten coverage this great and perfect. Even my husband commented on how smooth and nice my face looked and he did not even know I was using something new. I will never buy any other brand but this one. The website makes it easy to choose your perfect shade and the price was really good too. I have no idea why there are all these negatives about it because it is the best product of this type that I have ever used.
I ordered and as of 20 plus days still haven't received my order. I did track it and doesn't look like it has made it far. I don't have hope at all to the point. I will most likely return it without even trying it. I don't feel like I should have to wait a month to get my foundation in.

I ordered eyeshadow and foundation. Only received eyeshadow even though tracking says both were delivered at the same time. I emailed customer service 2x and received no response. There is no phone number to contact them. From reading reviews, it seems this might be their normal practice. This company is a scam and it is stealing money from consumers by not fulfilling orders but lying about doing so and then keeping the money customers have paid. I will continue to write these reviews anywhere I can until something is done about their deceitful practices.
I ordered three products three weeks ago. I got an email over a week later that a product was sold out and my card would be refunded. No problem, right? Wrong! When I finally do you get my order, the item that I was told was sold out was the item that I got. And the two items that I was supposed to get, I never received. Even though the tracking number is for those two items. Can I get anyone in customer service to email me back because they claim they're so busy right now. It's just so frustrating. I wish there was a customer service phone number. I feel I would have been better off getting the products anywhere else. But I actually do love her makeup & spackle.

I cannot unsubscribe from Laura Geller's emails. I hit 'unsubscribe," and it takes me to a sales page. I am interrupted daily from this lousy email that I can't get rid of. Studies show it takes 20 minutes to refocus after being interrupted. This site is wasting my precious human attention. I even tried sending a message and it only took me to a Zen desk bot which I still couldn't unsubscribe from. To top it all off I never subscribed in the first place. SPAM, SPAM,SPAM

I suffer from a very bad case of melasma and I've spent hundreds of dollars on makeup to try and hide the black spots. This is the only product that had worked for me, even my daughters have told me that it looks veru natural and that that I don't it hides the spots. My orders have come as promised and on time and I'm very pleased. On my second order one of the brush broke and I sent an email asking them to replace the item and got a response right away that my order is on its way free of charge. I'm not kidding I've been through so much with this melasma situation and finally I've stopped looking for alternative products because I found just what I needed.

Took forever to receive my order. When I received it an item was missing. Contacted them twice. Still waiting. Bogus company.
I made two separate purchases (just one day apart) on Laura Geller's website and paid the extra $3.99 for 3-day shipping. After 5 days, I still don't have either order. I have written to LG customer service several times asking for a refund on the expedited shipping since that clearly never happened and not only have I have not seen any refunds, I can't even get someone to respond to me. They keep sending me customer service survey to let them know how they did. LOL. Since, I've never even heard from anyone, no idea why they want feedback on their service. Moral to the story, do not waste your money on quicker shipping and good luck if you ever need help with anything at all.
3-5 business days is what the agreement from the company is... not fulfilled. Do not care how good the product is I will not be ordering from them again! Repeatedly told that I would receive tracking information because it's now the 5th day...3-5 is the agreement and have had no shipping info at all. I could have orders another product and had it days ago. Maybe you should extend your delivery time so that people aren't let down. As a beauty company you should be more interested in elevating women instead of playing them around and letting them down. Smh laura geller!

I originally ordered medium foundation. It was super dark. So, I exchanged it for light. It too was extremely dark and orange brown. Don't they understand not everyone wants to look like a clown?! Some complexions have a blue hue, not yellow.
I purchased the powder but felt it made the lines on my face look worst so I returned it via USPS. I emailed 9 days after the tracking info indicated it was received at Barbara Geller's location. I sent numerous emails asking about my refund. Getting nothing but the run around. Even telling me there is no record of my order. I'm really annoyed. I just want my refund now. I would rather the product and customer Service at a 2 out of 10.
I received damaged makeup, they emailed me and situation was not resolved. No replacement or any communication. Tried telephone and voicemail all filled up. What a way to run a company. Will never buy again!

I order the 2 pcs SET of foundation and brush. I received only foundation which is not the correct color as ordered either. I tried to find and contact customer service and no response no phone number. I tried using the form with the email I recieved with the order confirmation to open an inquiry the only response I received was a response asking me to rate my customer service experience...ahh what customer service?!@ Won't be ordering again that's for sure!

I placed an online order with Laura Geller beauty products and decided within minutes to cancel my order. I tried chat but that didn't work so I used their process for "contact us" and received and immediate bot response with a pre-filled templated indicating they do NOT do order cancellations. This experience tells me that this is not a legitimate company. I think it is fair to note that the company that actually owns Laura Geller products is owned by AS Beauty. Which in my opinion is a shell company because their customer service is so bad!
I'm 74 and don't like foundation. I saw an ad and decided to buy the baked makeup set. My skin looks awesome with this makeup on. I like powders more and this has exceeded my expectations. It goes on smooth, doesn't cake. It looks natural. I love it and I'll be trying more of the products.

I'm frustrated, disappointed & VERY upset with my last order.
I was NEVER notified & I was charged for the 2 "Party in a palette Guest of honor 4 Full Face Palettes" wich I ordered for my nieces and the girls were looking forward in receiving them...
I had to call to let them know my order was incomplete, to find out the 2 sets ordered were no longer available and never received an email notifing me not being available...
Plus, the amount being refunded was LESS than what I paid!
How convenient for them:

* I had to correct them on the refund; based on the actual dollar amount I was charged and I paid...
This is bad advertising!

Bad advertisement...
Besides the terrible customer service and nonworking customer service phone number, her products have something in them that causes your skin to break out. Lack the coverage that it's advertised that. Funny that all the ads that were coming up on my Facebook feed and Instagram feed, have suddenly and suspiciously Disappeared.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have no way to contact them if something is wrong with your order except by email. I have sent no less than 4 emails because there was a missing item when I received my order. In my email I said I either wanted the primer sent to me or a refund. The first and second email I received were canned emails where they told me how to return an item for a refund. Cannot return item you never received. No response to 3rd email.
To top it off I was allergic to foundation. Eyes swelled and matted over. Actually had to go to doctor.

I can't review the actual product since it never made it to me yet. My order was placed on February 5th and nothing. When I reached out to customer service I was informed that it may take as long as 5 business days to ship. I finally asked for a refund since I'm now out of the country for 3 weeks but have heard nothing back. However, I am still receiving 3-4 Laura Geller marketing emails per day which is VERY annoying.

I ordered the baked and balanced foundation in fair. Never received my order, although they had NO PROBLEM taking the money right away. Kept emailing and asking when I would receive my order just to receive computer generated responses. The 800 number that was listed DOES NOT WORK! Had to dispute the charges with my bank.

Only received half my order. After several emails someone finally answered that the product was on backorder. I should have been notified that product was out of stock before ordering so I could have gone another way. Still waiting a month later to receive the product. Never again will I order from this company. First time ordering and the last.

I really like this product. The color match was right on! I really love how it does NOT settle in lines and wrinkles – which makes you look a bit younger. I also love how it does not feel like you have anything on. I will buy again, plus I love the blush, bronzer, lipstick and eye liner as well as their make brushes!
