Can't return. Can't call. Impossible to talk to anyone. All they do is send you a link and no one helps you.
I suffer from a very bad case of melasma and I've spent hundreds of dollars on makeup to try and hide the black spots. This is the only product that had worked for me, even my daughters have told me that it looks veru natural and that that I don't it hides the spots. My orders have come as promised and on time and I'm very pleased. On my second order one of the brush broke and I sent an email asking them to replace the item and got a response right away that my order is on its way free of charge. I'm not kidding I've been through so much with this melasma situation and finally I've stopped looking for alternative products because I found just what I needed.
Besides the terrible customer service and nonworking customer service phone number, her products have something in them that causes your skin to break out. Lack the coverage that it's advertised that. Funny that all the ads that were coming up on my Facebook feed and Instagram feed, have suddenly and suspiciously Disappeared.
I ordered & receivered product. THEN I started gettng marketing emails almot hourly. I contacted & asked that they send 1 to 3 a week or not at all. Got a snippy reply back"you won't get any more". Decided product was wrong shade & was willing to bite bullet to order different. Coudn't log into account (hmmm did it get deleted when I complained?) Selected product - RE-DID for a new account (didn't get any message info already used - so guess 1st did get deleted by them). While on site say they accept return on makeup if wrong shade/used - since NEW account doesn't have info on firt order I send message via their web site explaining account -no access & needing number of firt order to start a return. Got an auto bot message asking to rate customer service on my request. WTH - nothing was/has been done. Thought maybe I should change "subject" from "return" to somethig else. So I did & sent again - same crap - auto bot message wantig to know how they did. Got another email sent direct versus website - AGAIN for 3rd time. I am now searching for a phone # & after I get the mess straightened out I will NEVER deal with them again & make it a goal to rebuttal any positive comment I see about their customer service. Their product - meh, so-so but since I am dealing with some skin issues figured I try it - ot helping/not hurting & feel could get same results elsewhere cheaper!
Not worth the price even with sales. I have found ELF products to be a lot more effective and with better results. Just hype. And I really wanted to believe these are great products, but just another let down.
Bought the Balance N Brighten and the brushes. This powder just makes blotches on your face. Contacted them to request a refund to find out they will replace it with another product and will not refund. Why do I want another product when this one did not work?
Order has not been delivered. You can't email this company as the address does not exist.
They took my money & have had no contact whatsoever. Stay away from this company!

I'm 74 and don't like foundation. I saw an ad and decided to buy the baked makeup set. My skin looks awesome with this makeup on. I like powders more and this has exceeded my expectations. It goes on smooth, doesn't cake. It looks natural. I love it and I'll be trying more of the products.
I purchased the powder but felt it made the lines on my face look worst so I returned it via USPS. I emailed 9 days after the tracking info indicated it was received at Barbara Geller's location. I sent numerous emails asking about my refund. Getting nothing but the run around. Even telling me there is no record of my order. I'm really annoyed. I just want my refund now. I would rather the product and customer Service at a 2 out of 10.
I received my order, didn't like the items, and went to do a return. They're online return system kept telling me the items were unreturnable. I tried to email them, the only way to contact them, but they kept sending me robo emails with instructions on how to return the item. No one ever contacted me, I emailed them every day. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM... THEY WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS!
I can't review the actual product, as I have yet to receive anything. I first ordered it on 10/27. According to the tracking info they provide, it sat in York, PA for several days. Finally I gave up checking on it. Today, I checked. It went from York, PA to Las Vegas, to Tacoma, WA - about 40 miles from me - to Spokane, WA - about 600 miles from me. If it ever shows up, I'll try to post an update of the stuff. If you want to buy the makeup, and you have an Ulta near you, it would be faster to drive there.
I bought $71 worth of makeup. BIG MISTAKE! THIS STUFF IS AWFUL. DOESNT COVER AT ALL! I THREW THIS JUNK IN THE TRASH! I WOULDN'T GIVE A STAR AT ALL! YOU ARE A JOKE!

I am 78 yo and wanted a make up that was easy. I ordered a kit that included a base, color correcting foundation, brush, & blush. Instead of the base I received a highlighter which I did not want. I tried calling all the phone numbers I could find and I could not speak to anyone. I tried sending an email but it was returned because they said my email was not correct. I purchased the product because if I did not like it I could return the product and perhaps it would be worth trying. I started to read the reviews and it was dismal. I also found out that they had a Better Business Bureau rating of "F". The more I read the more I thought I should have checked the reviews before ordering. I called my credit card company and started a dispute.

I really like this product. The color match was right on! I really love how it does NOT settle in lines and wrinkles – which makes you look a bit younger. I also love how it does not feel like you have anything on. I will buy again, plus I love the blush, bronzer, lipstick and eye liner as well as their make brushes!
Tropic hues is not a good shade at all. So pink. Even the models look clownish. You have to do better than this for your kits.
The envelope is not bubbled and as soon as I open it, I knew it will be broken in pieces and it was (it didnt have a label showing "fragile". Waiting for my refund. The items were too small, I was expecting bigger products for the price I paid.
If you purchase from QVC or LG they may break. Laura Geller would not replace. Not good customer service.
