I bought a Best if the Face palette which looked like it would be a good travel size. No! Every single one of the products is shiny. I know there was a highlighter, but if you use all of this product, you have a shiny plastic looking face. The photos are misleading. I definitely wouldn't spend another dollar on Laura Geller product.

The delivery time as expected-shipping within 3-5 business days. I placed 2 separate orders within 3 days. Both orders were shipped together. I love the products, the sales, and the colors I selected matched my skin tone. I will order again and again.
Initially, I tried Laura Geller products purchased through Morning Save - 2-3 times over the last 3 years. I loved those products and decided to order direct from Laura Geller.

For the price you pay would have thought the pallet of 31 eyeshadows would be protected. It was not and damaged. Of course customer service stinks. So done.

I purchased 2 products at the recommendation from a friend. One was a compact facial makeup. The compact broke within two weeks of using it. I was told that someone from customer service would call me back with the resolution. No one did. I texted customer service again recently and was told that it was past the timeframe of a refund or anything they could do for me but they would give me a 40% off coupon on a new product. I don't want a new product I just want the product to be good, sadly I will never order from this company again

I received my makeup but it was busted. I tried to return it on numerous occasions but the site has it set up so that you can never return it, despite paying for it. No customer service number and the chat DOES NOT WORK. Buyer beware!

I purchased a lipstick deal on July 21. They were supposed to send me a tracking number, never did. By the first week of August, after many emails to them, I filed a complaint with Paypal for non-receipt, since they took my money. Paypal contacted them, They told me it was delivered on July 25 and gave me a bogus tracking number. This company should be ashamed for doing customers out of money for products they do not intend to deliver. Do not do business with them even if you have a credit card or place you can request a refund when you don't receive the product. I am just disgusted with them. For $12.74, they decided to rip off another customer.

Purchased laura geller makeup from qvc at the beginning of the year. Didn't get a chance to try it straight away. Really disappointed the lip gloss broke and could not use it. Will never Purchase her makeup products again

I have never used Laura Gellar products, and I won't, because the reviews I've read speak volumes about the product and the customer service. I'm sure the products are no better than what you can buy at the drugstore.

I ordered from this TERRIBLE company within 5 minutes I realized I ordered the wrong color! I contacted them and asked them to please exchange the color for the right one (this is before it shipped)! They said NO once you order it cannot be canceled, edited, etc.! I said that is ridiculous! It hasn't shipped yet and it's the WRONG COLOR! The customer service rep pretty much told me too bad! I haven't received it but I will not open it when it comes and immediately send it right back! They would rather go through the trouble of exchanging it back and forth rather giving me the right color from the start! If it was a few days later I could see them not exchanging it! BUT IT WAS 5 MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED! If they were the best cosmetics in the world I still wouldn't order from them due to the way I was treated!

Once your email address is on their mailing list you are stuck indefinitely. I attempted unsubscribing a dozen times. I even spoke with a company representative about this. This company needs to be blacklisted for their deceitfulness!

Customer service keeps giving me gift cards for my trouble! I was charged 1 1/2 months ago! Still no makeup has been shipped! Their site says "unfulfilled" under my order. Yet they promise orders to ship 3-5 days after your order is placed.
I get constant texts daily to use 30-60% off coupons, yet so many out of stocks! I'm so upset at this point, I will never order from them again! This is the worst experience with an online order I've ever had!
They've given me so many gift cards for my "patience"
But why would I use them when I can't even get my first order?! Ugh!

I placed my order with Laura Geller and was excited to try the things I was supposed to get. Today is exactly a week after my credit card was charged. Most companies I order from do not charge for products until they ship. No mention was made on the website about delay and I paid for 3 day shipping, too!
I don't have a photo or video because nothing has arrived or even shipped.

I am 63 years old & have tried baked type makeup before & hated it, I didn't really like this either until I used the sparkle hydrating primer first, OMG it was a game changer for me, the primer feels so delicious, my skin just drinks it in.
It really made all the difference in the world with the baked make up. My face feels & looks younger.
I really love the 25 pallet eyeshadow also, it is like an eyeshadow for dummies palette lol, it has a row for base, for lid, for crease… makes it really easy to look like I had it done by a professional lol.

My 1st order was everything I expected as far as quality and what the video showed. The Baked To Go Balance-N-Brighten matified my face and made it look FLAWLESS! The Gel Eyeliner 5pc Collection is absolutely wonderful. Loved every color. The waterproof lip liner in Sassy Spice is a very neutral nude with a tinted of color and definitely very waterproof. The retractable airbrush kabuki brush & full face powder brush is a great buy with great quality. My 2nd order is running late. I was able to speak to someone, Mia, thru virtual text and was given a gift card because of the delay. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for. I've not had any problems with the makeup and am satisfied with the Customer Service I was given. Looking forward to my other products.

I ordered the bake and brighten foundation not thinking about my dry skin. It was awful for me. I did an exchange and will get the hydrating foundation instead. I did not have to return used product which with some companies you do.
I love the spackle primer 1) I love the name 2) it changes the glow of my skin. Love it.
I love the marble lipsticks. So light, not sticky, and the colors are beautiful. Ive been in the skin care industry for a long time ( 47 years to be exact) so I'm always looking for new and exciting products.

I ordered products on May 3rd. I can't get anyone to tell me where my products are. Email response is generic and nobody available on chat feature. The only response I have received is when I told them to cancel my order since it hasn't shipped and got an immediate response of NO. They sure can tell you no quickly but won't respond to tracking. Bad customer service!

I ordered the baked foundation, buying the hype and misleading ads. I used it alternating with other make up depending on the day. I've had some issues with my eyes hurting and drippy nose, which is not the norm for me. I realized it happened only when I used my Laura Gellar products. I did some research and found out they are not recommended due to several toxic ingredients. Oh boy. I recommend avoiding these products. Now.

I actually like the products. The ordering process is the absolute worst. Dishonest company. I ordered a large order on 40% sale, with expedited shipping. Never arrived. Contacted customer service. They send "form"responses, telling you there is nothing they can do to assist you, but feel free to reach out by chat. If you do that process, chat sends you to the same people in customer service, called " back-end department" now. It is a constant cycle of lies. No way to speak to a live person. I made a 22 item order and received 3.5 items. The.5 refers to a 2 piece set that arrived with just one piece. They could care less about helping. It's a scam company.

They do NOT have a phone number! The only way to communicate with them is through Chat. But, their website is so messed up. I could not sign in, change my password, or get the promotional code to work. It's very frustrating. I told the Chat rep, but they can't do anything but say sorry. I would recommend you purchase from Amazon that has excellent customer service.

So disappointed with Laura Geller. I did purchase the baked foundation and brushes; found I need to use other brushes to blend. Plus they offer great deals but too many products out of stock. I feel it is a type of bait and switch promo. Order 1 item and they "bait" you to buy other products even if you do not need. Laura Geller is a fraud.
