I ordered an item to be sent as a gift. It was never sent and they were planning to keep my money and not let me know.

Tip for consumers:
It was a Christmas gift. Charged me - but didn't send and didn't think of refunding me unless I asked. Now I have to search for new gift -- but not from Macy's!!!

I purchased a nice ring that had multi stones and was gold, The center stone fell out, so I had a jeweler put in a better stone. Then the side stones started falling out. I sent it in for repair. They wanted $45 for the repair. I asked them what they were going to repair and they said they were going to check the mounting on the center stone, and clean the ring. For $45 and not even replace the side stone? Then they decided that since a jeweler had replaced the center stone they would not work on the ring, What gets me is that I called and explained what I wanted done and they told me to send it in. Waste of time and postage. So now not even knowing what they did, they are sending it back to me.

I've have had stones fall out of rings and bracelets -- It's basic junk -- if you do decide to purchase, purchase the extra insurance and then wear the jewelry everyday until the stones fall out and then if it's under 2 years they may fix it. (read the fine print on that warranty)

They do NOT have a phone number! The only way to communicate with them is through Chat. But, their website is so messed up. I could not sign in, change my password, or get the promotional code to work. It's very frustrating. I told the Chat rep, but they can't do anything but say sorry. I would recommend you purchase from Amazon that has excellent customer service.

I used it many times and had only 41 cents. The pop us says: "Get UP TO xx percent". Read that carefully. In my experience the "Up To" was zero. Also, all kinds of requirements. Receipts, monthly fee, minimum withdrawal of $20. And,,, then just try to cancel it: Instructions don't match the screen. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I consider it a SCAM.

Don't even sign up for Ibotta (Igotcha)

Verified site experience

Paid warranty is really useless. Paid warranty for 4 plants. Was able to get only two plants that I had to pay an additional $13.10. Was going to get 4, but will shop elsewhere. It seems the warranty should cover plants, not just amount paid. Also slow shipping.

Reason I chose this business:

Had a credit. Will go elsewhere for balance of rose bushes.

Replace ones I have.
