I ordered this grass scythe and paid good money for it, but it's a P-O-S! It came with a screw with a square end to fit in a round hole in the long pole. Then the end of the scythe has a flat end to it to supposedly fit into a slot on the pole, which it does NOT! The first time I used it, it flipped around completely! This blade is extremely sharp and could have done some real damage to my leg, thank God the brush stopped it from going any further. I either want a replacement that fits the slot in the pole and a screw with a locking washer and nut, that also fits into the round hold on both the scythe and the pole! OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! It came with no instructions, no order id number... NOTHING!

I ordered a gazebo out of 84 parts 63 were missing. After 4 phone calls, and 4 hrs later they said they would ship the missing parts... well 10 days later I called again and they told me they were out of stock of the parts and they LIED and the parts were never ordered! I did get an email from some "concerned employee" I emailed them back NEVER got a response or any kind of soulition!

Handsome table.

The item is great looking but was damaged in shipping. I had to take it to a metalworker to bend the iron back in place so it could be put together. I needed it for the wknd that I received it so I didn't have time to send it back and wait for another. It really is a great table! I would definitely recommend it.

I love the deck chairs we bought. Beautiful by the pool! However two of them broke a week later. They won't sit in the "upright position" and fall back to "recline." The company determined they would replace them after I sent a video of the problem; however, we threw away the boxes. I cannot buy boxes to ship them back - they are gigantic. I asked if I can buy two more deck chairs on my credit card, have them delivered, and use those boxes when they arrive to ship these two broken ones back. The company can then credit back my card and all will be well. It's an easy way to "exchange." They said no. What a racket. I'm scared to try this approach without their consent in case they refuse return and I'm stuck with paying for five chairs instead of three. They're pretty pricey. I wish they had a customer service department that would make this right. How can they not understand that I don't have two gigantic oddly shaped boxes. The way they are now, they are super dangerous. No one can sit in them because they can be slammed back. I want new ones. And perhaps the weight limit is low - I will make sure no men in my family sit in them! I'm going to call them one more time and suggest I drive out to the warehouse to exchange them in person. If not, I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I can't keep these dangerous chairs the way they are now. Hopefully they will reach out and I can change this rating to a 5! PS. When I try to write a review on their website, it says there is an "error" and it won't let me publish.

Four months ago, I purchased a brand new brushed aluminum aviator style TV stand from Vida-XL on their eBay store. When it arrived, the item had suffered some damage during the manufacturing process, and when I submitted photos with a claim, Vida-XL promised a partial refund adjustment.

Except that instead of sending a refund to my original method of payment, they sent me a PDF of a form that literally said,"We admit we owe you $xx." The company called it a "credit note" and claimed that eBay could use the form to send funds back to my credit card. That is not true - eBay flatly stated it was worthless and they could do nothing with it. Multiple emails later, and Vida-XL wanted me to give them access to my bank account, which is fraudulent and a violation of eBay rules. They claim they cannot cut a paper check and mail it to me, and they claim they cannot refund to my original method of payment, which even eBay disputes. I have had to file a claim directly with my credit card company to get my refund. Their I. O. U. "Credit note" is a worthless waste of time, and my TV stand is still damaged. I should have returned the whole mess.

Bottom line, Vida-XL is a shady company with poor product quality control and abysmal, incompetent and even fraudulent customer service. Do business with them at your own risk!

vidaXL US attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Amazining new look in my backyard

Not great quality

Looks very nice but the little bamboo pieces break easily, especially on the bottom and the paint chips quickly as well. I don't think it will last more than one summer, which is a pity.

Order received quickly. Instructions fairly easy. Assembly took a few days, but not an unreasonable amount of time. Most difficult part is sliding the screens in the slots for the sides and top.

Rusted 1st day, flimsy gates don't line up straight, fake latch does nothing, it doesn't hold gates together, wind can blow them open. Overall cheap crap that should have cost $40

Don't buy from vidaXL

Order came damaged and missing one box of order. NEVER responded by phone or email to correct situation. Cancelled payment but spent $60 to send the mess back. They should have reimbursed us.

This is made with plastic fittings that break.

This is not a solid product. Plastic parts that break easily used in adjustment settings. Similar products use metal fittings. Buy another brand made without plastic.

I was willing to pay $114 for the chairs but then they added 12% STATE TAX. That's crap, my state doesn't charge that much tax. Ended up paying $131. Never do business with these people.

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I received an entirely broken dining table, and the process to try to get a replacement was horrible. Their phone lines don't work, their chat representatives are not only unhelpful but downright hostile, and their email communication is either late or nonexistent.

It has been over 3 months since my original purchase, and I have yet to receive a fully functional table. Through painstakingly slow email comunication, I was able to get two replacement tables and several additional parts, all of which have arrived broken (the box does not even say fragile on it) or worse, incorrectly made - screws don't match, drill holes or entire wood blocks are in the wrong place, and items are covered in bird poop! And worst of all, the customer service agents are rude and unapologetic, unwilling to resolve the situation or compensate me in any way.

I don't understand how this company is still in business. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing elsewhere.

Good and bad

Purchase of two lounges. One was great, the second had a broken leg. Still waiting to see how they respond to fix the problem. If it settled quickly I will be very satisfied. Been a week so far...
