Purchase of two lounges. One was great, the second had a broken leg. Still waiting to see how they respond to fix the problem. If it settled quickly I will be very satisfied. Been a week so far...

Have a 1 1/2 horse power pump. After running a couple of hours pump pipes blew apart. Probably my fault. Otherwise not too bad.
The "vidaXL Manual Retractable Awning 118.1" Anthracite" works, and is very nice for the price. The directions included are a little bit hard to figure out, but once it was up we were very pleased.
I love, love my new patio set. It makes me enjoy a "quarantine outing" during these times of social distancing. VidaXL updated me quickly about delivery and other details and the price was excellent.
One weekend of rain and the backing split and separated from the outside material.
Top tier was 6 inches smaller in length and with.
Velcro straps way too short, did not go on frame.
POOR CONSTRUCTION... holes were misaligned. My husband had to drill holes and use our own screws to connect pieces
DAMAGED PARTS... a large, side piece was bent so the lid could close properly.
INEFFECTIVE... the plastic insert holes were misaligned causing rips in the plastic. The zipper was difficult to zip. Water got into the plastic insert and our cushions got wet.
CUSTOMER SERVICE... offered a 1% refund, which was ridiculous. We settled on 50% and decided to use the piece of junk for storage in our garage.
BOTTOMLINE... don't waste your money!
Followed directions, put roof and sides on, and within 30 seconds it ripped! Flimsy garbage, I will never order from this site and am seeking a refund.
This was a huge disappointment. Not sure who provided all of the previous generous reviews. Made of cheap plastic. Hard to assemble. Final product is a mess.
Have ordered several items from vidaXL and there was a discrepancy in the sales taxes charged and one item arrived broken - then a Customer Representative called David called me and refunded me my losses in full - that gentleman REALLY CARES! I was truly amazed that in today's not so friendly world there are still extremely kind men like David truly is - this restored my hope for Humanity - THANK YOU David and vidaXL! GOOD PLACE TO SHOP!
Wrote and called MANY TIMES ! Washington State Sales Tax where I live is 8.5%, you charged me twice way way too much - received TOTALLY UNCARING answers just to get rid of me... one item was sent BROKEN to me - your employees DO NOT CARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Boxes dumped. No service. Have to assembly yourself. Difficult to do, lot of work. Be prepared. Better pay bit more and use other shop with service.

I will never order from this company again. The dog kennel was not made with very sturdy materials and the fence started coming apart in between the poles meant to hold it up and keep it together
Look great. There was a problem with holes aligning had to modify and one hand came loose, could not not reach screws to tighten, use glue. Handles should screws that are accessible.
We purchased 2 units for less than 1 would cost from other dealers. The cushions are a lower quality but easy to replace. Look great next to the pool. Would recommend highly.
Contacted customer service about the product arriving damaged. I included a full description and photos and never received a response (it's been 5 weeks). Very disappointed.

Defective products, Poor service
I ordered an outdoor lit Christmas tree. Within the 1st 24 hours the lights stopped working. I emailed the company asking for replacement lights. They told me told me it was not possible to get replacements, I would have to return and reorder. I tore the whole thing down (took 2 hours putting together and 2 hours to take down) and sent it back. I ordered another. 2 days later these lights stopped working. I emailed the company asking to either refund partial so I could buy replacement lights or either send me a return label. I was then told they could send replacement lights in 2-3 weeks. This is a Christmas decoration. It's only up for 4 weeks. I told them then to just send me a return label, like they did last time. I was then told that they had already refunded me. They got the ordered mixed up. I am 9 days past asking for a return with still no solution. They only respond in the middle of the night, so they are not US based. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience.

I had an issue with missing parts on an order. VidaXL made sure I was happy by resolving the problem.
I will definitely order fro this company again. They stand behind their word in customer service!
Spent almost $300 on six chairs total. None of them set square on the floor. And they're very uncomfortable. My guests are afraid they're going to break them. So am I.
Very pleased with this quality product. Exactly as described. Easy ordering process and fast shipping. Item well packed for shipping and arrived in perfect shape.
I reached out to support and told them that wind blew my shed away 2 hours after i put the last screw in and it was basically destroyed. They told me to ship it back which was impossible.
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
