I like this company and their products. I purchased an outdoor lounge. There was a simple issue and they fixed it immediately. Next year when I replace my pmastic outdoor furniture I will use them and buy acacia. I love the look and the comfort.
This is not a reputable company. I stayed on the phone trying to get a return label to take to the UPS store. Just received a run around from 2 people. All they did was lie to me. Of course, I was told lthat they are emailing it to me and I sat by the computer hitting yhr refresh button. You are then put on hold forever. I was then told they would schedule a pick up that did not need a label. Put on hold again and this time no one came back on the line for over 1 hr. I am going to the NC attorney general's office about this company.
The sheesham desk is perfect! It arrive quickly and was easy to assemble. The natural variation in the wood tone is beautiful. I feared the wood may appear too yellow and orange (more like cedar), but that was not the case. The tones look similar to unstained ash and walnut. The desk is both modern and slightly rustic, and the size is perfect (not too big or too small). I highly recommend this desk!
Just received my vidaXL Triple Wheelie Bin Shed Anthracite 90.2"x30.7"x47.2" Poly Rattan.
Installation sheet is missing some important steps. After I get in contact with VidaXL they reassured they will make updates to the contents to make the installation easier. The overall quality is ok but I experienced some issue with the main structure especially with the screws used to close the top covers. After the installation is complete the overall structure needs to be adjusted a bit to make all alignments you need for the front and top covers to close properly. Customer service was very responsive to my concerns and gave me also a partial refund to compensate some of the issues I encountered.
My advice is to take your time for the installation and have someone with skills in assembling similar things.
The Cage itself was cheap and flimsy and the instructions were poor
For what we paid for this product I would have expected a sturdier product and better instructions ~ my guess is that it won't last long outside
I got the single swing and frame for my grandaughter. I was able to attach a baby swing on it because she is 10 months. When she gets bigger I can put the swing it came with on! Perfect for grandparents that don't want a full swing set!
I sent a picture of the garbage can shed that I bought which was not functioning. I've asked to get a refund and the customer service wants me to disassemble the huge product and put it back in its original box and haul to the UPS store and return it to them in its "original" form in order to get my money back. This is almost impossible since I spent more than three hours to assemble the product. When I told the customer service that I can't do that the answer was we are sorry but that's the way it works. I don't know what to do with this broken product. Very very disappointed at the product but more than that at the dismissive customer service.
Item had small dents on the metal frame and the corners looked like it was used. It had scratches and scrapes. The customer care dept called me immediately and corrected the transaction with mutual satisfaction. Will shop again with VidalXL!
I tried to order an item but they said that it wouldn't be available for months. I canceled the order and my money was finally refunded THEN two months later this business took out $125 from my account AGAIN. It has now been 3 weeks and they still will not refund my money.
I ordered a desk from VidaXL a few weeks ago. It arrived very damaged and also missing parts. I was told that they would arrange for a time with me to pick it up and then would send me a new one. On two various days they planned with me a pick up day during which I had to stay home all day, as the package was supposed to be picked up from me between 8am and 5pm. Both times, nobody ever came. I was not given any sort of refund. A huge waste of my time and I also still do not have a desk now which I had planned to get at the time I needed it. I cannot contact VidaXL by phone because their number does not work! If this was a respectable company they would offer me a full refund for wasting 2 days of my time (while I was waiting for their promised pick up of the damaged desk) and also for having to repackage the product myself and for going weeks without the item I have paid for. Instead, I have now been told to send it back myself. I live alone in a city and have no car and the package is too heavy for me to handle alone. I am extremely frustrated and do not recommend Vidaxl to anyone.

I recently ordered a pool cleaner from vidax.sk (the local website) i was a little apprehensive as i had not heard of them before. However they were the cheapest by far for what i wanted and gave them a try.
I was very, very happy i did, i received a confirmation email with a tracking number, when the parcel moved (dispatched from Austria), i got an update, and a call from the courier on delivery day. I was completely happy with the service, and the product. Excellent.:-)

This was the worse shopping experience known to mankind. I am trying to return ONE ITEM and no one has been able to give me direction. It's been over 2 months of constant emailing with NO RESOLVE. I have been sent self addressed labels so that the package would be From ME and TO ME making it impossible to send back. I have communicated with at least 15 people who can't seem to get one thing right, ‘how to return an item'. They even made an arrangement to have someone pick up the item and then said they do not have that service. NEVER AGAIN. I am working to make their incompetence public.
First item was left by carrier in the rain and package/item was saturated w/water, item was ruined. Contacted vidaXL -I'm unable to download pics to send via email which was a requirement and they couldn't send me a number to text pics to I was unable to return. I then told them to remove my profile/info from their site and then they offered to credit the $10 item. The item had taken several weeks to arrive anyway and was charged for it immediately upon winning the auction. Between long delivery time and the hassle w/my very first purchase I only give them 2 stars as eventually they offered to refund the $10 - told them to keep it and though I couldn't remove my profile I deleted what info I could.
I purchased 2 tents from them. One I returned within the 30 days and 2 months later I still have not been refunded my money. The other tent I put up to see how it would look for my wedding and then had it in my garage until I needed to use it. When we went to use it on my wedding day the poles bent in and wouldn't support the tent. When I contacted the company they offered me a $35 refund or to replace the broken parts, which aren't in stock and they don't know when they will be back in stock. I paid $152 for a pile of junk and $88 never refunded. Not worth it. Do not buy. I wish I didn't!
The product it self is not bad and was easy to assemble.
Although the shipping time is horrible. When I placed the order ityyssays 4 days shipping. The next day after the purchase, I was checking the status online. It says 14 days. What happened to the 4 days?

I ordered it but UPS failed to deliver it all. My order was sent to UPS, delivered in 3 different packages, but something happen between VidaXL and UPS. Now UPS delivered one to the wrong address and another one us lost on it's way to me. I did get one package 9 days ago. Still waiting on the outcome of the other 2 to see if I get it or my money back to re-order and try again. The one package I did get was just what I wanted.
I ordered a pool side solar shower from VidaXL, and I received a shower that clearly had been used. It had signs of rust in the faucets, wrench marks and teflon on the fittings, and scratches on the body! The box, that said "new shower", had several incompletely removed UPS labels! I returned the shower, following VidaXL instructions, and 11 days afterwards I have not heard from them neither received my reimbursement.
I am trying to return a item that I am dissatisfied with, I am still waiting for the return label! I would never order from this company again. As of April 27th 2020. I have still not received my refund!
The gate was of good quality. Only negative was the directions and the fact that part E was predrilled at the bottom in the wrong place. Came in good order and promptly. Better instructions would also have been helpful.
Instructions were pretty clear and they went together fairly easily. You will definitely need two people to put these together, especially the taller ones. Cons: we were shorted on hardware on almost every bed we ordres and had to run out to the hardware store to get more pieces.
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
