I've had a few sessions here already (as part of a laser package) and I've really liked Candice. This is not the first time I'm getting laser done so I understand how the process works, but my previous visits to VGMedispa has left me a little uncomfortable as a few therapists really push you to buy other packages (and one even exclaimed how ridiculous I would look if I didn't get something else done...) and talk down to you about the process. Candice was very friendly and it didn't seem like she had a sales motive. She was different - the right balance between professional and friendly. I've even requested for my future sessions to only be with her!

Birmingham Clinic - Manager rude. Unacceptable customer service, They were demanding more money from me when I had already paid for my treatment upfront via groupon. Still shocked at the way the Manager spoke to me. Made a complaint via email. No response. I would not recommend this clinic at all! So unprofessional.

Staff are friendly and helpful at the Manchester salon. I dread my appointments due to possibility of pain but determined to be hairfree in my areas and find the staff put me at ease so I don't feel so bad once there.
I have results after six treatments on my lower legs. However, was alarmed to be told from my first appointment that it is likely I'll need more to maintain this. More money and more pre-appointment anxiety.
Having said this, I have had good service & when I've missed an appointment, used hair removing cream in between, or been late the staff have accommodated me. Thank you.

Read a lot of the reviews on here before I decided to take the plunge and was concerned that the Laser Hair Removal was being slated so did some research on the machines they use and they are really expensive and recommended by doctors so went with it and got treated in Bristol. Well the results are great and the girls are fabulous - so professional and friendly. Only thing was that the premises could have been nicer as they share it with a salon but apparently they are moving to a really nice clinic. I can't recommend this company enough - the deals are cheap but you still get treated like a really important customer and the treatment I had showed fantastic results

I had 2 sessions in VGMedispa Richmond in the first session the girl that was doing my treatment was not that much polite and she was trying to sell more session rather than doing her job properly, I had a deal with herself but on the first session she denied about some areas and she said that I have to pay more, she did my session in 29 minutes while I did 6 session in Birmingham VGMedispa and average was 45 minutes. My second session was with Rosie she did the best treatment I have ever had she was so professional and friendly and I wish my future sessions would be with her. All the star I gave to this center is only for Rosie and 2 star that I did not give is because of my first session and I think her name was Natasha but I am not sure.

You get a different person treating you each time and for the past 2 years I have seen so many people it's ridiculous. Appointment got cancelled and I am now facing 14 weeks between appointments and already the results are fading and it is only the 8 week. And this is not the first time this happens.
I am at the end of my patience and they are refusing a refund.
Not to mention that after 2 years of treatments the results are absolutely not great.
Unacceptable behaviour and absolutely no response from them regarding getting my money back so I can go somewhere where there are appointments and continue my normal schedule.
Very disappointed, I'll advise people to stay away from them.

I encourage anyone who had bad experience to claim money back from groupon or credit card provider or take them to court! Groupon vouchers entitled me to 8 sessions, yet they said it is only 6 on my arrival at my first appointment. Laser does not work! Not even the pedal works to start the machine. Hard sale on every appointment to sell more. I was asked to sign terms and conditions yet never was given a copy even though I specifically requested. I have sent 2 complaint letters demanding my money back, they are taking months to respond and ignore my complaint. This is not the business that should be operating and ripping off customers without consequences! Avoid all branches at all cost!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I

I bought a Groupon voucher for a six chin laser hair removal treatments, unfortunately by my mistake didn't check any reviews it was the good price. Came to the first appointment, therapist checked the area and said it will be not enough six treatment, she said I need to do twelve treatments to remove hair completely, stupidly enough I paid an extra around £180 to get an extra six chin treatments.

So far I had an EIGHT treatments and my hair still growing a lot, even more because I have to shave it every day, it's defiantly not working they using a lower settings to make clients to buy more treatments!

Plus most of my appointments were late for more than 20min, two of them were cancelled, one of them I had to wait for more than an hour.

Please do not waste your money by going here. I wish I had read the reviews before I went such a waste of money so disappointed.

AVOID!

I have been going to VGMedispa in Poole for treatment, a rather painful experience but so well worth it. Natasha is an excellent therapist and takes time to put you at ease. Everyone is so friendly and engaging, you are not just another number there, You are remembered by name and spoken to, if passed on the street. This is a little thing, but one that leaves you feeling special. I am very happy with the service, and the 'something special' on top is free and from the heart.

I have been using the Manchester clinic for back hair removal and I can't recommend this place highly enough.

The facilities themselves are excellent, clean and comfortable. The reception staff are always friendly and very helpful and the lady that performs the treatment, Dee, is superb. She's also friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and the results have been excellent.

My initial treatment was with Groupon and I had intended to wait for another deal on there, but my experience so far has meant that I'll be booking my further treatments directly with VGMedispa.
