I've been going to this clinic for a good while now, and I have to say that Therapist Dee is the most lovely and genuine person. She makes you want to go back for more treatment largely based on the fact of how understanding, professional and caring she is. I have never once felt uncomfortable there, even in my first session she knew exactly how to calm my nerves and make it a more comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this clinic, once you start you won't want to stop! :)

Diana was so welcoming and professional and made me feel very comfortable. She asked me if I felt any pain or discomfort throughout the appointment. She could not have been more pleasant and caring. I really felt she gave me all her attention. I I would highly recommend Diana at Richmond Branch.
Also I'd like to mention I had a good communication with Anna and she understood my needs and suggested the right treatments for me.

I had the pleasure of having Dee today at the Manchester branch. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the whole process in detail. I even bought more services, excellent service by staff and treatment. I would recommend for laser and tattoo removal so far, but I am sure i will by buying more treatments.

I have been for multiple sessions and at each one I have experienced extremely rude staff. After insisting on an evening session I was made to book a lunch time session. I had to rush from work to get to the session, was only five minutes late and then denied my treatment very rudely by the girl behind the desk in Percy Street. I lost the session.

The laser hair removal has given me a cold sore and seemingly permanent acne, which has now gotten so bad that I have now been denied my most recent session because it will 'burn the skin'. I expressed my frustration as was met with an extremely rude attitude from the therapist. Instead of then discussing my options in private, she then took me upstairs where she talked loudly in front of many other customers about my problems and made me feel very uncomfortable. Upon eventually leaving the spa, the rude girl behind the desk (whom I describe above) said 'bye' in a sarcastic sneer.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely disgusting! This so called "spa" is a con! Please please save your money and go else where! The "vgmedispa" had an address of a different spa under a different name with different contact details! When ringing to enquire this staff were rude and very quick to get you off your phone so as to avoid confrontation. When ringing the spa that they gave the address of they said that the other company is "temporarily there", absolute rubbish. They grab your money and run! Lost just under three hundred pounds, am very very angry. This is a watch dog case!

I used Manchester clinic for laser hair removal, it was my worst ever experience as staff did not know what they are doing, they just try get more business by pushing you buy more sessions rather than focusing on actual treatment. For 1st three sessions I was treated by three different staffs and for last three session I was treated by a lady called Dee on my complain she was not good either but better than 1st three. In every session they took 5 minutes to treat my upper body and 15 minutes to convince me buy more sessions. Would not recommend to anyone Don't waste your money.

The first available appointment was over three months away. After confirming on the phone is was informed id receive an email confirmation... no email. On Friday I received a text informing me of an appointment the next day. I called them to say I didn't receive an email for the appointment rude women said nothing they can do... she apparently sent another email while on phone didn't get that either... she blamed me, worst company ever... they also charged me for the appointment. DON'T EVER USE THEM worst mistake of my life.

LEEDS branch are incredible! I had a bad experience at another branch, but switching over to Leeds is the best decision yet. Karen is a wonderful manager - she understood my concerns and rectified them. She realised how stressed out I was and did everything she could to sort my issues. Margareta is fabulous at what she does - she lasers each area of the body using her expertise and always asks the client if they're happy. She does everything she can to make sure the treatment is worthwhile! I can now say I'm really happy at the LEEDS branch.
