Firstly laser is not pain free ever! It's just the setting on a low that wasted your session so they scammed you!
Also their small areas is one finger! What?

They are not able to handle their existing clients and want £39 for a finger laser! Don't get ripped off go elsewhere scam!
I had the same trouble as the lady above, nobody knows what they are doing, I have written, twice to head office to get my money back, and nobody has responded, I am now taking it to trading standards. These people have zero customer service skills and its all about the money.
Unfortunately my experience was extremely negative which I put down to poor management.
My appointment was initially at Kensington branch only to be notified a few days before the spa had moved to Percy Street. I turned up for my appointment at Percy Street only to be greeted by the builders as the spa was still under renovation and not ready.
The staff were very pleasant and friendly.
I wanted give this place a zero star but the minimum allowable is 1.
My whole experience with vgmedispa has been a very positive one. From the telephone call and email i was sent on booking which explains everything you need to know, to the treatment i just cannot complain. I am a lover of all things beauty and cancellations policies and refund policies are a common thing in alot of companies, if only you read the information! Thanks ladies and I will see you next time,

Accompanied my daughter to 1st appointment as was horrified to read the reviews. However, 1st impressions when entering were quite different. Welcoming staff, very professional reception & waiting area. Friendly & knowledgable clinical staff. So much so that I booked an appointment for myself. No hard sell contrary to the reviews online. Whilst the treatment room would benefit from a little t l c I was very impressed & no complaints for Leeds only praise.

Yesterday I went to VGMedispa in Manchester and had laser tummy tightening treatment by the fantastic therapist there call Dee. She was very helpful and gave me lots of information about the treatment and for my first time going for something like this, I felt very at ease and was happy with the whole process. I would definitely recommend trying some treatments here and will go back again in fututre. The lady on the reception was also very helpful and gave me lots of interesting information. So after asking VG Medispa for a refund and giving over a months notice that I would not be attending and wanted a full refund they refused to do so. Apparently their 'policy' is not to refund if you took a special offer. These people are criminals, I have never ever known anything so dodgy in all my life. Their reply to my earlier post looks very nice and twee, but the fact is they are scam artists.

The area purchased on Groupon was extra large with the back option chosen and you paid an upgrade price for shoulders and shoulder blades which is classed as a separate area. Laser hair removal works by destroying the hair follicle whilst it is in a certain stage of hair growth. All hair follicles will be in different stages of growth at any one time so multiple laser sessions are required to ensure the largest percent of hair reduction possible is achieved. We typically achieve 10% reduction per session with top ups then required hence the need for more sessions which we must inform you to manage expectations with results.
The laser that we use requires that clients are cleanly shaven as if the laser catches any hair at surface level a burn can be caused. I understand your frustration in being refused treatment and that the back is a difficult area to shave however we are unable to go around unshaven areas in case any hairs are caught by the laser and so must have a strict no treatment policy to ensure the safety of the client. Clients are advised to shave 12 hours before treatment, we cannot shave on site for hygiene and insurance reasons and due to high sensitivity of skin following shaving which can cause reactions.
I have reviewed your treatment notes and I can confirm both treatments were performed correctly. The lasers that we use (Alma Soprano Ice) are pain free lasers and clients report feeling a prickly sensation or no sensation at all.
In regards to our sun policy, this has been updated and four weeks is now advised either side of sun exposure whilst wearing high factor SPF and partaking in a course of laser and all clients are now being advised of this change.
Our Ts&Cs, that you were referred to on your original booking on 6. 09. 16, state that failure to shave for treatment may result in a lost session.
Your feedback in regards to the service received at the branch has been taken on board and I am sorry you were not informed of the lost session on that appointment and this has been reported back to the Clinic, we are hope that you will take us up on the offer of returning to the clinic.

I have been coming to the Manchester branch for a few months now and have experienced great customer service by Ayesha the receptionist, always welcoming towards me and greeted in a friendly manner. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and put to ease whilst having the laser done. Zainab did a fantastic job today and was very patient with me especially when the laser became quite hot! I've not noticed a huge difference from my past sessions however after today's session and a new technique applied, I feel will have made a huge impact and a big change to my next appointment in 4 weeks time. The setting was increased slightly higher and more time spent to laser away. Zainab is brilliant and I felt relaxed and comfortable with her. I would recommend VGMedispa Manchester to friends and family and continue to use them in the future.

I simply enquired about the service over the telephone as I was interested in lip filler. The receptionist Rebecca was very informative about the procedure and not pushy at all. In fact she was able to offer me a great deal for my first treatment. When I came into the clinic I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, Hannah. I am having six treatments on my bingo wings with the soprano skin tightening machine. The staff are very friendly and my therapist Sophna explains the process to you and is very helpful. Very poor service. I have spent a lot of time trying to contact them, with no success. They never get back to me when I leave a voice mail or send an email. What I want to discuss is the inconvenience they have caused by changing time to my appointment or cancel it. That has happened twice... two out of two prescedhuled appointments! As a result I haven't had my first treatment yet! If they fail to get back to me again I will have to chase it up further... :(
