I have been only to Richmond branch which is on a grate spot and very convenient for me. Everyone in there is super friendly and helpful. Rosie is amazing and very careful and making me feel commutable. They have good orange of equipment as well. It is growing business and i think it will just get better. So happy with the treatments. I haven't finish all my sessions for now but i'm sure i will have more treatments there in the future.
I have been having a nail treatment at vgmedispa after trying everything to get rid of an embarrassing nail infection and I am so happy to say the infection is clearing up and my feet look normal again! Please do not waste your money at this fraudulent company! It's an absolute joke they care only about the money and not at all about the customer! They will cancel EVERY appointment on the day, they won't rebook you, the staff are rude, they make you wait over 30 minutes for your appointment, after 6 sessions I've had NO results and despite several 3 page long complaint letters I've been refused a refund that is obviously due! It's disgusting the way they treat you!
I go to the birmingham clinic and have never had a bad visit. Absolutely lovely therapists and management. They take their time and are always friendly. I have recommended some of my friends here for the laser. Can't wait to try the skin peel I have bought.
Do not give this place your money. I purchased a package almost 9 months ago- and have still not had a treatment. On one occasion, I arrived at the venue to be told that they could not give me the treatment as the machine was not currently at the branch. The next appointment was cancelled the day before for the same reason. Eventually they were able to make and keep an appointment for a patch test and were insistent that I would need to pay hundreds more pounds than the original deal. Today I went for my 'first' treatment- arriving 15 minutes early, only to be told that I was in fact 15 minutes too late- which is half an hour earlier than the agreed telephone appointment time.- immediately I was told that to not totally lose the appointemt I was expected to pay ANOTHER £50! These people are liars and schemers! They will take your money and mess you around!

This was my fifth time at vg medispa. Whenever I go there Im always greeted with friendly faces and am always seen really quickly! The rooms are always clean when I visit. Each time I have a different therapist and today I was seen by Candice who was an absolute delight. She was very professional, very friendly and great at putting me at ease and making sure I was comfortable at all times. I will definitely be requesting her for my next appointment! Thanks!

I went for my patch test, staff and Manager were very friendly and spoke about the treatment I am having and went through other treatments I could have.
My therapist was very informative and made me feel at ease and I went away with all the information I needed for my laser hair removal, I will see how my legs get on and will look at having other areas done.
Can't wait for my first session!

I took up a Groupon offer and unfortunately wish I hadn't as the customer service is appalling. The manager at the Birmingham branch is rude, confrontational and aggressive. I turned up to my appointment completely unaware that they had cancelled it, without notification, simply because I put in a formal complaint about their customer service. They then threatened to stop me from having my remaining treatment sessions without giving a refund, when I questioned why my appointment was cancelled. There is no way of contacting Head Office directly so you can't escalate the complaint beyond the manager of the branch which of course is ridiculous as it means there is no accountability for the behaviour of the staff at the branch. Basically they take your money and have no interest in providing a good service.
Avoid this company - all they want is your money!

Unfortunately did not see the reviews before I booked! I would put 0 stars if I could.
The stuff is so rude and unfriendly, I had the worst experience ever with a girl from Lithuanian (can't remember her name) but I wanted to cry when I left.
Last Saturday was 10 minutes later because of a tube problem that I can proof and I missed my appointment so I will have 5 instead of 6 although I have paid for 6 and not for 5.
Btw this Saturday I waited 2 hours in case someone can take me when the treatment time I had tonight was for not more than 10 min

- They cancel on you due to shortage of staff; instead of having laser treatment every 6 weeks it becomes every 10-12 weeks.
- Rude staff.
- You will have a new therapist every time.
- After 4 laser treatments I only have a 20% hair reduction (if that).
I am very pleased with the treatment I have received from professional. The girls are all so friendly. I have had a course of Laser hair removal with Kirsty and Paige, I have seen fantastic results and have booked in for other areas.
Cant wait to be hair free in time for summer!

Their 48 hour cancellation policy with absolutely no leighway is ridiculous. I rang multiple times to cancel my appointment the day before my procedure because I had food poisoning and was not sure I would get better by then. No one answered. I left a message and did not get a reply to at least even inform me that if I did not turn up I would lose my appointment, and therefore the money I paid. I thought about still going in as I had heard no reply but knew that if I did I would have passed on what I had and infected others - which would be hazardous for their business. If it was any other company I am 100% sure I would not have been treated in the same manner. Waste of money. Waste of time.
I've been getting treatments from them for over a year now and I've always loved their great customer service, all the staff there is really polite and knows their stuff. Recently Tyla has been providing my treatment and she's a lovely lady inside and out!

I email to inquire about hair removal They called enthusiastically, manage to get payment from me and book my appointment without asking me if that time was suitable for me or not and they told me that I could call or email to change the time later. They scheduled my appointment to late feb. When I emailed to ask for change for an appointment, they replied very rudely by stating:"It is sooo busy the diary is changing all the time please call us today..."
Seriously, the attitude I can see from the wordings, especially the 'sooo', is really inappropriate and not professional at all. Don't do business there if you don't want to have a bad day by rude staff, extremely not friendly.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how pain free the lasers are at VGMedispa and at how effective the treatment was. I have booked further sessions! The staff are pleasant and friendly, in particular, the manager Karen, who is extremely professional and polite. Sarah, at reception, is efficient and courteous.
