I took up a Groupon offer and unfortunately wish I hadn't as the customer service is appalling. The manager at the Birmingham branch is rude, confrontational and aggressive. I turned up to my appointment completely unaware that they had cancelled it, without notification, simply because I put in a formal complaint about their customer service. They then threatened to stop me from having my remaining treatment sessions without giving a refund, when I questioned why my appointment was cancelled. There is no way of contacting Head Office directly so you can't escalate the complaint beyond the manager of the branch which of course is ridiculous as it means there is no accountability for the behaviour of the staff at the branch. Basically they take your money and have no interest in providing a good service.
Avoid this company - all they want is your money!
