Birmingham VGMedispa - My experience with laser in the past has been very painful, so I was sceptical at first. I was very pleasantly surprised at how pain free the lasers are at VGMedispa and at how effective the treatment was. I have booked further sessions! The staff are pleasant and friendly, in particular, the manager Karen, who is extremely professional and polite. Sarah, at reception, is efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend the Birmingham Branch!
Terrible experience. Please note that all positive reviews here are clearly written by the same person. All state an employee name and that that person is the best.
On arrival they were extremely rude and said I didn't have the appointment I knew I had. WHen I said I knew I had the right date and time, she said "people always say that". Then she discovered I was actually right. But no apology. Whole appointment was very rushed. They obviously forgot my appointment. Treatment did not work. Waste of time and money. Unfriendly. Staff. I am currently undergoing laser hair removal in the manchester branch. This is my third session with Dee and I am already amazed at the results. I am having my full legs, under arms, face and neck. Dee is very attentive and reassuring during the process! I could not recommend her enough!

I visit the London branch and have done for a while and have never been disappointed by the service. They have had staffing problems but the girls there are great and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. I recommend to everyone and look forward to coming in and seeing the great results i am getting

The clinic itself is quite clean and staff reasonably friendly however I would strongly recommend NOT booking a set of treatments. They have issued too many groupons and the wait time to get an appointment is about 3 months which is too long for a set of laser treatments which you need every 6 weeks. I would definitely not use again.
Dee preforms Hollywood & pa laser hair removal, she makes the embarrassing appointment very bareable with her friendly, professional manner. She gets it done really fast and really puts me at ease! Highly recommend.

I had really bad experience with this business. My appointments were cancelled several times because the machine was broken. This meant I couldn't have the full benefit of the treatment. I asked for refund and unpleasant journey with their customer service started. Not only they were not responsive but also liars and willing to do whatever it takes to make you give up your payment. I eventually managed to get most my money after I started a legal case against them. My advice to those who are having hard time with them at the moment. Don't waste your time (you will never get sensible response from *) and claim your money back in court. If you don't know the procedures just ask your local citizen advice bureau.

Rosie is an amazing laser hair removal beautician, she reduces pain to minimum with her professionalism and care. She also makes you feel comfortable with her friendly and kind manner and you can relax despite of the nature of the treatment.

The girls that carry out the treatment are really friendly & you feel very comfortable. My 1st 2 appointments I had Dee & today I had Kim both are very nice - which makes a whole lot of difference when you are getting something like laser hair removal as it it so personal!

I recently had lip fillers at the London branch Tottenham Court road, not a very professional lay out and a little bit of a wait but so impressed with the results they talked me through the whole procedure bit by bit n made sure I was comfier able with what was going on! I started my laser hair treatments 7-8 months ago and I have seen fantastic results on my legs. I have been treated extremely unfairly and am very disgusted at the way I have been misled by this company! As a means of rectifying the initial poor customer service I had received, VGMedispa promised me a free laser hair removal session plus a free glycolic skin peel to make amends to the situation at the Richmond brand. When the time arrived for me to arrange a glycolic skin peel I was rudely rejected by their staff! How is this trying to rectify the situation? I mean why offer me something and promise something if you can not fulfill your promise? I am utterly disgusted by this company and would suggest anyone to stay well away and for groupon to stop doing business with this company!

Please avoid, booked through Groupon paid upfront and had to call 100 times to get an appointment, had to deal with rude staff and the treatment was a disaster! They refuse to refund, i´ll take them to court, please avoid like the plague
