Absolute scam! £215 has been taken from my account for 4 laser nail treatments and first appointment set for 19th July. I was then called on the very same day and my appointment was cancelled as allegedly the laser machine broke. I then had to chase repeatedly to have more info and reschedule appointment. After lots of contradicting information and being called "darling"by people I never spoke to in my life, I was told the earliest they could fit me is 10th August. When I asked my money back, they said they could not give me my money back! I am now seeking legal advise

I have been supported by Koko at VGMedispa in Fitztrovia, London and really wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you for the warmth and openness. When we, as women, go in for treatments, it can feel like a vulnerable position to be in, but Koko was incredible in terms of her information, friendliness, and treatment. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and was incredibly efficient. I will definitely be recommending to others and will be going back to her for future treatments.

Thank god I finally finished my course of 6 treatments!
This clinic was a complete ripoff place they purposely keep the strength low of the laser so you will keep to book in more sessions!
I know this as I had the same treatment in another clinic before vgmedispa and this was so less effective.
When I asked what strength they were using or if they increase them on every visit they just fobbed me off.

The manage Karen is very rude and stuck up! Only speaks to you on your last session to try her best to con you into signing up again...

BEWARE AND STAY AWAY

Farhana, who is one of the therapists at the new clinic in Richmond is very professional, thorough, friendly and efficient.
She runs you through step by step about what she is going to do next, and the reasons for it.
She also gives you very detailed instructions on what to do and not to do before your next appointment. (you get those in a document that runs for several pages but hey, you forget after a week or so).
I am very satisfied and will recommend the clinic to my friends.

Medispa booking staff Julia or Karen, book appointments, take the payment for the appointment and then follows the appointment confirmation with rules that should have been pointed out at the time of taking payment on the phone. Worse still, I informed the booking consultant (so she calls herself)!, that I have Lymphedema of the legs and she booked me for Sclerotherapy. This is a procedure that can actually cause my condition to worsen as it can introduce infection to my legs, so should never have been sold to me, coupled with all the negative reviews from other Medispa customers, I have asked for a refund and refused because I had bought 'a special offer.' I have threatened to prosecute them in the small claims section of the county court and contacted my bank, so we shall see what results and I will keep you all posted!

I have been having treatments with birmingham clinic for a while. I have never had a bad experience and i think if you are aware of the polices and terms and conditions you will not have any problems. I have had different therapists but have always felt comfortable. The reception staff are always polite when they rebook my appointment and always tell me about the latest offers. I am having some good results on my legs and bikini

I have called to enquire about a treatment that I have seen on Groupon and the first thing I know, the manager of the Birmingham branch tries to talk me into booking ''a very special deal'' over the phone :) hundreds of pounds worth sessions... (how generous!?) for a treatment I know nothing about...
And she quickly points out that it is a ONE TIME OFFER and I would not be offered the same deal if I did not book within half an hour (oh no :(( really...? I must sound like I'm 12)

Next, I googled to see some reviews and came across disgraceful stories.

It is a shame that Groupon does not take notice of endless poor reviews / complaints and continue doing business with this company.

I am doing laser treatments with them... for the 1st and the last time.
Very unprofessional, rude staff. Problems with appointments (shop up once and the beauty was closes so I waste my time!) Very unfriendly people on the phone with attitudes
I won't recommended and won't come back. On top of that the treatment doesn't work at all. I am doing a bikini laser at different salon and it worla perfectly, upper legs at vg spa no results at all. Not even one hair fell off
WASTE OF MONEY, KEEP AWAY!

If you go to the Birminghma Spa turn around and leave. In this 'spa' holds THE worst manager (Karen)! She's rude talks down to everyone and thinks she's superior. Never received this type of experience in my life, her and her co workers will scam you for money, they do this by changing the dates of your appointment for you to then fork out another £50 to even get a treatment, if not it's a lost treatment (The Consumer Act 2015 states to get your money back if you do not receive your full service) and they won't refund it back. Go to your bank and get your money back. If you want laser or IPL please go else where do not come here it's a scam. They're unprofessional, rude, have NO people skills what so ever and will scam you. Please go elsewhere!

I have been coming to VG for some time now having treatment for a nail fungal infection...

This was the first time Nisha has treated me and I want to say that she was excellent

She spent much longer on the treatment... informed me clearly the status of the infection and gave great advice and I thought that the service with her was excellent

The level of professionalism at VG... is always good I feel... but Nisha raised the bar

I have been having laser for some years now. Over the past year I have been attending VGmedispa in Manchester.

By far one of the best clinic I have attended. The staff and knowledge they carry about all the services the clinic provide is commendable. I have learnt a lot about laser myself. I have to travel 1 hr to get to the clinic but it is so worth it.

BIG shout out to Ayesha and Dee for always taking care of me and my mum who also attends. You make our journey worth it!
