I have been having laser for some years now. Over the past year I have been attending VGmedispa in Manchester.

By far one of the best clinic I have attended. The staff and knowledge they carry about all the services the clinic provide is commendable. I have learnt a lot about laser myself. I have to travel 1 hr to get to the clinic but it is so worth it.

BIG shout out to Ayesha and Dee for always taking care of me and my mum who also attends. You make our journey worth it!

Laser Hair removal, a total rip off, botox lasts 1 month, the Salon in Poole is just outrageous. They have a Facebook page where you can not leave reviews, I wonder why? And they use a software called Phorest software a marketing tool especially made to improve bad salons reputation. Pathetic We all should go to their Facebook and say what we think and post REAL reviews! '

I attended the Manchester Spa to receive treatment. Firstly the so called therapist (con artist) tried making me pay out more for additional treatments before i had even had my first one. That's before saying i needed a certain cream that only they sell to help between treatments.
I attended further appointments-that's when they weren't delayed, cancelled or incorrectly put into the computer system (my appointment cards had a different time and date to what they had entered on their PC), yet their mismanagement led to me having to pay out more money to travel to Manchester for re-arranged appointments that were THEIR FAULT!.
At each further appointment they kept saying i would need more treatments and that i only had to the end of the day to take up one of their so called offers. The therapist would also constantly ask me to review vgmedispa but i refused to until i had received all treaments.
Hundreds of pounds later and still no results with regards to my problem area. These places shouldn't advertise guaranteed results when they clearly can't even guarantee good customer service, let alone effective treatments.
Don't be conned by this organisation!

It was told my skin and hair were perfect for the laser treatment. After 6 sessions no results, my hair became even worst because of the shaving. Every time I was asking why I didn't have any results, they came back with different excuses and basically it was my fault (I didn't shave well enough or I should have shaved only once a week, than another person was saying once a month, hormones problems and so on.) I spent 1000£ and each appointment, if I was lucky, was scheduled in one or two months time between each other.
After I've formally complained they started treating me in a very rude way.
What was scaring me is the way different beauticians used the laser, some of them used if to the highest intensity some of them were saying the intensity is not important. They just have no clue about what they are doing. I was honestly scared to get burbed at some point.

This is the worst place I've ever been to! Do not trust them... I agree with other reviews they should close down. The receptionist at the precyy street salon was very rude... She shouldn't even be working there customer service was not handled well! I lost my session cause I was 15mins late! I even called in earlier to let them know I was bloody lost cause of the change of location. I would consider carefully before you join them! Waste of money, there are so many other nice places out there. Train your receptionists! Cause they all seem to have different opinions. Disgraceful

I have been having hair removal laser treatment at the Richmond Branch, Sobhna has been my therapist throughout and has given the most efficient and professional treatment by always making sure I am safe and advising me at all times. I have now started a new treatment of Harmony Clearlift 6 wonderful sessions, I have had the first session which went really well, I also have booked 6 sessions of N. I. R skin tightening. Being a mature lady and former smoker Sobhna has her work cut out for her, I have great faith given the good results so far. I am so looking forward to the end results.

This company is a joke. I booked four laser tattoo removal sessions. I was sent home on my first appointment because I was on anti biotics and at no point did the staff tell me beforehand that I couldn't be on antibiotics whilst having treatment. - (A complete waste of time) I tried multiple times to book an appointment and was told all their laser tattoo staff had left and so had to wait until they recruited more staff. (They don't always pick up the phone.)I got through to them by email and they claimed I've had all four of my appointments. I emailed back stating this wasn't true and to check their records, I also offered proof. They counted the time I was sent home as having laser treatment and the appointment I missed. I've not had a reply after three emails.

AVOID VGMEDISPA! I've been a customer for more than two years and have seen three managerial staff changes and three venue changes, each of which has been worse than the prceding one.

The staff in 2014 were sensitive and helpful. In the last six months, a new manager has taken over (after their third move) and they are absolutely HORRIBLE. Incredibly rude, cancel appointments at the last minute and then penalise you if you're a few minutes late. During their last move, they didn't send any notification that they had moved across London causing me to miss my appointment (not to mention wasting my time off work) because I had gone to their 'old building.' They have absolutely no customer service skills and are openly hostile to customers while trying to coerce them to buy more sessions. Spend your money elsewhere, VGMediSpa is terrible.

After having my botox injections, kim did say i might need a top up, but it needs 7-10 days to see how it settles, i rang back after 10 days to add a top up, because first session hadnt worked at all. I was told i could re book with kim after her hoilday. Then the assistant manager rang & left voice mail to say the length of time was to much & i wouldnt be able to come for my free top up, i would be charged, after 9 phone calls back to them, another appointment was never made! Not a professional place at all. Waste of money. Still not answer to my messages!

UPD: Still NOTHING! I have been to their Richmond brunch 3 times already. I have contacted their head office. I have send 10 more e-mail to attract attention. NOTHING! I have nothing else left but to report them. Treating me like a $#*! for my own money!

Since 24th June I am trying to contact them in order to sort something out.
I have called more than 20 times and sent more than 30 e-mails. Silence! Total silence!
I've been to their office in Richmond and they keep saying that they don't have an access to a customer service.
Such a disappointment!

I had a Glycolic peel treatment performed in the Poole clinic by Aimee. It was my first one so was a little nervous of what it would be like but it was amazing! Aimee went through the processes and what i was to expect as well as giving me great insight and knowledge into my skin and what other treatment would benefit my skin more! She was enthusiastic, bubbly and professional and I would definitely recommend the poole clinic, the therapist Aimee and the Glycolic Face Peel as my skin feels like a babys bottom and is glowing and has helped massively with my post acne pigmentation spots and blemishes! Thank You!
