Hi! I booked with them directly laser hair removal back in July 2016 over the phone (they gave me the same discount as was on Groupon). After 2 weeks I changed my mind and wanted a refund. I was very surprised when they told me that the money was non-refundable. I already send 2 letters (waiting time for reply is 27 working days!) + I called Citizens Advice Bureau Consumer helpline. My next step will be court! So disappointed that VG Medispa don't respect their customers.
Update- On 29 Nov 2016 after reading bad review of VGMedispa on another site, I've contacted my credit card company who is now opened a dispute case for me. Maybe this will speed up the process of getting my money back!

Contact your bank for a refund. It's the only way to get your money back.

VGMediSpa is a con. Money is taken from customers without them ever completing the treatments. GROUPON are promoting this fraud. Thousands of pounds have been lost!

Don't believe me? Call Berkley Square 2nd floor reception and ask to be put through to VG Medi Spa. That's where the supposed head office is. It doesn't exist.

Unless you want to give crooks your money AVOID!

I went into the Percy St salon in London. I cant even be bothered to go into what happened. I didnt actually get round to a treatment as the reception staff were so rude. Reading other people's reviews on here and other sites, I agree. Whenever there's a negative review, its followed up straight away with a 5 star positive one and always written the same. "name"... ie... Dee, at "this salon. Ie: Manchester etc, is brilliant. How many staff do they employ to write these! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. No idea how this place exists!

I am so shocked by how I have been treated by these chapeskates. I was stupid to be fooled by how cheap it is not cheap if you get no service... it is day light robbery. Rude and nor signed up to any regulators im kind of glad I didn't get a treatment just want my money back now! Also very concerned at all the fraudulent reviews as ive been unable to write one on their website or facebook so clearly they are lying by pushing the good ones- is this not illegal? Groupon should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this company who are the macdonalds (or worse) of the beauty world on their site.

So happy with the treatment! I've had 4 sessions so far with Rosie and I've had amazing results! It's deff worth the pain lol. I was introduced because my mum bought me a groupon voucher for my birthday for 1/2 legs and after my consultation I then paid extra for full body. Even though I'm quite exposed during the treatment, Rosie made me feel very comfortable and not self conscious at all. It's been great chatting to her and getting to know her as well, which is a bonus! My under arm and bikini line hardly grow back at all now and I don't get any ingrown hairs or cysts anymore!

I don't usually write reviews... However as people are generally compelled to write negative reviews only, I would like to express my positive experience (and I probably represent 99% of most clients). I have been a client for 4 years of the London branch. I receive the top named brands (Botox/Juvederm and alma laser treatment) the prices are incredibly low, the customer service has improved and I have seen this small start up company grow into their own smart new premises in Fitzrovia. Well done and look forward to my next visit!

Disgraceful company, after 6 sessions of laser and over £800 wasted I have NO change and the same hair as when started the treatment, long time ago as they cancelled appointments so many times. The therapist where always different and every single time had to tell them where i was getting the laser done. Requested to see in what settings the laser was and was refused to show. Didnt feel anything during the laser like the machine was hardly working. They ignored my complains and i doubt their "head office" exists, they don't even have a phone number and letters no answered. Dont believe what they say in here, vgmedispa is made to scam people. Their procedures are cheap and horribly done, staff are rude and unefficient. Taking my issue to court after being advised by Consumer rights

This manager would not admit to a mistake she made, which was about to make me lose a deposit I had paid. Had Tania from the booking office not called me and completely changed my mind about this company in a positive way, i would be telling people to avoid VG Medispa completely. But thanks to Tania who treated me like a customer, as opposed to a worthless nobody, my faith in this company was restored and I'm carrying on with treatments in a different branch. Never go to the Richmond branch, its manager Paula has no managerial skills let alone any knowledge of customer service. She will not listen to you nor understand your complaints. She repeats a few lines she was taught to say and can't resolve an issue. She should be sacked and glad to see others have complained about her.

I had 2 appointments cancelled and third time lucky I attended the Poole branch yesterday(I paid for my treatment in May!) and after filling out a medical questionnaire was told that be because I had ticked that I had had cancer 5 years ago I would not be able to have my treatment(a glycolic facial peel) I had left work early to attend this appointment. Why did they not ask for these details beforehand. I also found the receptionist unfriendly, didn't seem To care if she was there or not. I expect my money back if not shall seek legal advice. So be warned

I book 6 sessions laser hair removal in Richmond with Sobhna. I had three already and I can clearly see the results. Sobhna is really nice and chatty, she makes you feel comfortable during the sessions for sure!

I was a bit skeptical about going to VGMedispa after reading reviews but I honestly don't understand it as I never had any bad experience in there.

I have had two sessions with therapist Jolanta at VGMedispa in Fitzrovia, London, and so far I've had a very positive experience. The location is central, easy to get to, and the reception and the therapy rooms look very professional. I had booked hair removal for bikini area and underarms, and Jolanta made me feel very comfortable by explaining every step of the process, and constantly checking if I felt any pain or discomfort throughout the whole process. I've only had two sessions so far and I'm really pleased with the results. Despite having shaved my arm pits most of my life, the hair growth slowed right down already after the first session. I am looking forward to seeing the result after all 6 sessions that I have paid for so far.

They use nothing short of bullying tactics to make you feel you have to purchase additional products and the service is absolutely appalling, untrained staff giving advice on medical procedures. Want to complain about the service, don't bother, they won't respond to you and when they eventually do they provide you with an address to write to to formally lodge a complaint. I wote to the head office 3 weeks ago, still no reply. This company should be forcefully shut down for unfair practice. DO NOT VISIT this company!
