Why is it that if your 16 mins late you lose a session and if they keep you waiting more than 30mins we cant complain?
I am 21 had trouble finding the percy st branch in London and I lost a whole leg session. Its so unfair as they did my arms and said will do not do legs as i am late... I am 21 took me ages to save up. Genuinly got late due to a new bus route... manager not very helpful at all
