I tell people everything I buy from Vevor has been great. I haven't made any large purchases from Vevor but items I have purchased in the low price range up to two hundred dollars have been very good.
Ordered March 27th, Said to expect delivery by March 30th. Shipping tracker information was a little slow. Cutter went from Texas to New Jersey, then to Illinois? Cutter arrived on my front porch at noon on April 1st (still a very quick delivery).
Cutter was well packaged. Price was just over $200 (including Illinois sales tax). Price seemed a little too good so I checked several YouTube videos reviewing their experiences with the cutter and all were positive, I had never purchased from Vevor but I decided to take a chance.
Some reviewers complained the pressure gauge did not give readings in PSI, but mine does.
Some reviewers mentioned that the supplied air hose fits too loose on the supplied barbed fittings and leak air. They still do.
As far as those supplied barbed fittings, the supplied regulator seems to have 1/4 inch NPT (tapered} ports for the inlet & outlet, but the fittings appear to be 1/4 inch straight threads making for a loose fit.
The brackets that mount on top to wrap all the cords around are a little too short. If they were an inch or two longer, they would hold all the cords in place better,
As for how it operates. Its been almost 20 years since I last used a Plasma Cutter (and that was a Lincoln "pro" unit where I worked) so I'm a little rusty.
I only tried it on 240 volts plugged into my 50 amp welder outlet. First I set the air to 60 PSI and amps at 35 to cut through a 13 gauge (. 072"/1.83mm) steel angle. It cut through with no problem.
Then I set the air to 65PSI and cranked the amps all the way up to cut a 1/2" bar (actually. 520") and it cut through that also. It wasn't the cleanest cut, but I'll chalk that up to rusty technique. Overall, as long as this unit continues to perform like this, I think I got a good deal.

Vevor Destroyed My Trust – Worst Experience as a Business Owner I own multiple restaurants and have been a returning customer with Vevor—but after this disaster, I'll never buy from them again. I ordered two machines. One came damaged beyond repair, and the other never arrived. I contacted customer support immediately and was met with scripted, robotic replies. Every day it's the same copy-paste message:
"We'll contact the team."
"We've marked your email as top priority."
"Please be patient." It's been over a week. No action. No working tracking number. No replacement. I provided photos, tried to upload a video (which failed), and asked multiple times to speak to a manager or receive a phone call. NOTHING. Meanwhile, I have a grand opening next week and they're asking me to wait 10–15 days or fix the item myself. Absolutely unacceptable. Vevor doesn't care about loyal customers or time-sensitive situations. They just take your money and disappear when problems arise. I've ordered many times, but this is the last. I'll also be sharing screenshots and this experience across all platforms. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in the U.S.

The cart was exactly as described. Felt that the jigs for the tires were an excellent guide for size very easy to put together. Just what we were looking for.

7 weeks and still waiting for them to refund or replace the faulty item. They are not helpful and offer part refunds which is not acceptable - who would accept a 20% refund, it's disgusting. When something has a warranty it should be refunded in full or a replacement offered. It is completely ruined so repair is not an option. Avoid this company at all costs. Shocking. Purchased a VEVOR Portable Storage Shelter Garage Storage Shed and not even 8 months after purchase it's falling apart. Terrible after purchase service, have been chasing a replacement or refund as it has a 12 month warranty but getting nowhere after 7 weeks of follow up. Don't waste your money.

The user doc is typical Chinglish. If you know what it's trying to say you'll be ok. It seems to me that companies tyhat are marketing Chinese made products need to seriously engage people that are English speakers as their primary language. Dont rely on AI, or other marginal methods of writing documentation. Then have an editor read whats about to be printed/posted.

Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board. Why do I have to pay for parts when I just bought it and doesn't work. Don't buy anything feom this company. Takes them 2 days to reply then just say the same thing over and over.
