Outdoor hydroponic setup was too hot and root rot was a thing. A thing of the past I should say!.25 HP chiller gets my water down to 65 with zero problem. Small until, super quiet! :)

I hate to be "Karen", but when Vevor says 30day free returns, that means No returns, they try to give you $19 back, then $77- my wife is still in the process of trying to get her money back for a chiller that is still in box, after the experience I've had with trying to bargain to get my money back and the product is damaged, came in a damaged box and Vevor will bargain with you to give you penny for a dollar! Same your money and WASTED time to try to return their product, good luck if you try to return, you must waste hours to get your money back. My wife is still dealing with them to try to return a product that is still in a sealed box! Buy from elsewhere, trust me on that!

Purchased a 0.33hp water chiller, I live in Tx, decided to order 1.5hp due to weather, I'm trying to return their product which is STILL IN THE BOX, unopened, and they won't refund me back my money! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THIS IS VIOLATING THEIR OWN 30DAY free return policies, they try to offer me $100 in return and are telling me that they "can't guarantee" me that the product will reach back to them without being damage! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO RETURN THEM! I will post on all my social media platforms and make sure the word spreads!
