Shipping was very fast and the quality at this point is very nice.
First of all, this is lower cost slicer, so it's hard to be super critical. It does a great job on cooked meat. Did a pretty good job on frozen meat (slightly thawed). One pro tip is to grease the tube that that slicing platform rides on. It makes it easier to move the platform and if you're fighting that, you will get bad slices. Another gripe is that while cutting frozen meat thinly for shaved steak or chicken, you will find yourself putting pressure on the meat towards the blade. This will push the width of the slice further apart. You will need to re-adjust often. Otherwise, this is a fantastic slicer and especially fort the price.
A good starter set for the price. Remember we only get what we pay for this is one of them. Had to file off some burrs and the bits are unevenly sharpened one not even sharp at all still might cut. For the price and what I'll be doing with them it will be good till I can afford a few good ones.

Just ordered an ash vacuum, it showed up the next day. It works good but I've only used it a few days. So we will see
We received the trap in a timely manner. However, in trying to assemble the product we realized the bars were bent. I had to get an engineer to basically redesign the trap. Very poor workmanship!

Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board. Why do I have to pay for parts when I just bought it and doesn't work. Don't buy anything feom this company. Takes them 2 days to reply then just say the same thing over and over.
