If you are looking for great prices, constant sizing, high fashion, and fabulous colors order from this company! Good customer service too! It's not silk and cashmere obviously! But I look fantastic in everything I've bought here!

I've ordered from Venus a few times. Pros-Their shipping is super fast. I get my order two days after I place it. They have cute stuff. Cons-they charge for return shipping. The clothes are cheaply made. Shirt sleeves are uneven, as in diameter and length. I recently ordered a cute polka dot top and the stitching was off, pattern was crooked. I ordered two of the same shirts in different colors, both shirts had one sleeve that was much bigger-uncomfortable and too noticeable to keep. Their sizes are not consistent. Their pajama pants run large when ordering a small.

Now you can look at the photo and try to justify the defect with positioning etc. so if you don't believe me, order one for yourself. Something of off. This seems to be common with a lot of their stuff. Hope they fix these issues bc they do have some cute stuff I'd like to keep.

To start they should be ashamed of their customer service. I've hand written complaint letters, messaged the help center and complained to customer service several times and was given automated responses as if i'm a robot. The clothes are made like complete crap, they never look anything like the images in catalog or online. I gave several opportunities and ordered many times but always ended up returning orders in full and have been disappointed over and over again. On top of that after explaining how frustrated and fed up I was as a card holder i was charged late fees for orders that I returned in full. Did they care, NOT ONE BIT! Returns are not free, so imagine paying shipping twice for the poorest made clothes and than get a late fee because you didn't want to pay your bill before the return was processed.

Paid express shipping - 15 days later no parcel goes into trace. Between account specialist who pick up the phone and answers email and the tracing department - no one has any idea what is going on there. Arguing with me that I did not pay for express shipping when it is on the invoice.
Order has now been deemed lost - waiting to go through the nightmare of getting a refund! - Very bad service - waste of time!

Their shipping charges are ridiculous to begin with; unless you spend $100 you're looking at $10 minimum... Wow, $10 to ship these paper-thin, ill-fitting articles of clothing that are stuffed in my mailbox. So one would think spending $100 to take advantage of the free shipping is a smart move. It is until you receive the low-quality messes in person, choose to return part of the order, and then realize an additional $17 has been deducted from your refund. Purchasing from this site is a gamble; if you do elect giving these thieves your business, I hope you enjoy your items enough to keep them because returning is a headache.

P.S. +1 as another customer who finds their customer service rude and unprofessional.

I'm a nervous wreck because I am getting ready to return 4 items that did nit fit. Already bracing myself for a hell process to get my money back after reading these horrible customer service/return policy reviews. I thought it seemed really strange that on the Venus website there are no reviews, and no option to leave a review either. Very poor business

I have NEVER had a bad customer service experience with Venus.com. Their team is always kind and professional, and goes the extra mile to resolve problems. I don't understand some of these reviews. I've called multiple times over the last few years and it always works out very well, in my favor. The clothing is perfect for large-chested women who don't necessarily have overweight bodies. Their clothing is flattering on "the girls" and makes me feel like a million bucks. Just follow the size charts and not what size you dream or think you are. Be realistic, order, and run with it!

This company will not accept your returns. I bought three coats and they were all cheaply made with terrible sewing. Buttons in wrong places, cheap scratched buttons, super thin material not acceptable for a jacket. They will send computer generated emails requesting more photos and never accept the return. Don't shop here. The positive reviews are because they pay people to write a good review. That bribing of consumers for good reviews is right on their website.

I have been shopping at Venus for a few years now and haven't had many returns. Clothes are amazing quality for the price. Customer service is always helpful. This is one of my top 3 favorite stores to shop at!

Whether buying new items, returning items (rarely) or asking questions, the people that work at Venus are thorough, courteous, friendly, willing to make the customer happy. The quality of product is consistently excellent, unique, modern, comfortable and beautiful. I am buying so many items from them I decided to open a line of credit! I am 62 years old. I live in Florida. The styles are flattering and wearable during any season. During this past year and a half, shopping for clothes practically didn't exist. Venus.com came through every time. I laugh when I receive a new catalog only to find everything I wanted already in my closet. You won't go wrong with this clothing line! Have fun :)

My husband surprised me by gifting this aesthetically designed ring from dressvenus.com on my birthday. I am very fond of finger rings and love to wear them with almost any dresses. This beautiful crystal diamond ring looks majestic while worn with an evening dress for a party. But the design is so simple that I can also wear it on a regular office day.

Low quality clothing

If you dont mind spending $$ for clothes that should be given away then you will be a very happy customer. How does a company have an entire catalog of "nice looking" clothing only to ship out total crap. Orders 5 items and have to send every single item back. Thin cheap material. Out of shape. Noisy pants. Weird smells. Second time I've had to send entire order back. Now I know why I never shopped them again after the last order. Never again.

I ordered a maxi dress from them and just a fair warning there pictures are sometimes totally different then the actual item. There was an extra piece of material covering the bust area that is NOT in the picture online. It's like they edit the models clothes to look a lot better then the real thing. So it's your choice if you want to chance it. I'm very disappointed.

Placed an order on Sunday paid for 2 day delivery, had to call five times to verify why my shipping and billing address was different (shipping to a friend for Birthday present). Finally got feed up with their stupidity will stick to my faithful online stores (Ann Taylor etc). This company is a joke must not want business.

In a word... awful.

I read all the negative reviews, ignored them and went ahead and placed an almost $200 Venus clothing order. The clothing quality is horrendous. I had planned to wear these clothes on a cruise I was going on... now the clothes are for cleaning my house. Thin, cheap fabric that barely held together at the seams. Threads coming out after two wears. I have one out of three bathing suits purchased that have survived. The clothes look so beautiful in the catalog, but are nothing even similar in quality in person. I should have listened to the other reviews. Much better quality clothing to be found at Ross, TJ Maxx, VS, Target. Even Wal-Mart. Don't waste your money, time or effort.

I ordered a bikini top, and by the time all is said and done it will cost me over $65 CAD with duties, taxes, shipping, and then conversion from USD. Unreal. I've written to them to try to cancel the order. I'll let you know how that goes. So far, very disappointed that my $25 top, costs $40 more dollars just to get it here. Not sensible at all.

Ever since I ordered at VENUS I always get compliments and the sizing is great! I'm in between sizing so I was a little nervous about the fit but looking at what style or material it's made out of really helped in my decision. Their clothes, swimsuits, & shoes are beautiful! Customer for life!

I have been shopping on the Venus website for years. Mostly swimwear, but recently purchased some clothes as well. The clothes and swimwear arrived in a pretty timely fashion. The quality of the clothing is horrible. I ordered smalls, which are too big, not sure if Venus has jumped on the band wagon of vanity sizing or what. I basically returned half of the order with their "prepaid label" provided with the shipment. I tracked the package and called Venus to be told it can take up to 21 days to issue a refund. Not to mention they take off $6.95 off of your return credit. Guess what Venus.com, you have made returns a lot of work for me! So now because their merchandise is poor quality and does not fit correctly I am being charged. Definitely would not recommend this hassle to anyone. I am going to make sure I spread my experience on FB and Instagram as well.

I needed to let fellow online shoppers like me know how happy I am with venus. The quality is decent as is customer service. I have ordered clothes that have been too big/small or not what I expected and returning them for refund or exchange has never been a hassle. Depending where you are shipping can take awhile but definitely worth the wait. Best site I have ordered from so far

Poor quality

My order arrived right away which was great! I even had a pleasant experience with online live chat with customer service. That sad, I was very disappointed with the quality of the clothes! The faux leather buckle on the flimsy cheap sweater will for sure only last one day! And the $80.00 coat I ordered was so thin! Word to the wise. When ordering bras. Order bigger than you are. They are NOT true to size! I opened the box yesterday and am shipping it all back today! Hoping I will get a full refund after reading some of the other reviews. Disappointed.
