I've purchased a set of Snoopy case, ring, holder and charm.
The whole experience was disappointing.
The products are very poor quality Customer service lie to their customers.
And they disabled specifically for customers with a bad experience the option to leve a review on "shop" app. By adjusting when customers can review when they have a bad experience.
I wanted to order over 100 cases to colugues and friends to an upcoming event. But won't be doing that.

I honestly don't even think they have half of what they claim is for sale, it makes no sense for them to not notify their customers if the item they purchased is out of stock, why did I have to contact them so many times before they finally said something and now they are trying to force me to spend money on something else?
Ordered iphone 13 case as it looked pretty on their website and paid $15 for international shipping. They shipped using DAI post, a shipping carrier that I have not heard before and after 14 days tracking said delivered. I checked and could not find my package. Very disappointing. Contacted both passport shipping and velvet caviar, they gave me the same stupid generic answer, to check with neighbours and wait for a few more days. Not helpful at all. I lost my money to these scammers. Useless customer service.
I messaged them about a defective item and they said it wasn't I showed them that the gray paint was showing and looked like the paint was not sticking in that spot
I order a case 7 days ago and paid extra for a quick ship (per website 1-3 days). Today is 7 days and I still have not received. Beware of purchasing if you are needing before you leave town. You WILL NOT receive in 1-3, nor will you receive in the 3-5 days. Very disappointing! Would not let me upload my tracking info.
I ordered a Portfolio for my daughter's Ipad. Never received it and when they refused to reimburse me or send a new one I ask my bank to do a do a chargeback on my account. They contacted me and said they would reimburse me if I cancel the chargeback. I did and they still refuse to reimburse me even though I produced proof of cancellation, a letter from the bank. They claim it's not done in their system. THE BANK said they never sent anything in their system that they are lying, STAY AWAY from them
Brought a case for my new phone on the Velvet Caviar website. Somehow, the wrong-sized case got added to my order and shipped. Velvet Caviar was completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. They told me it wasn't their problem. Issue remains unresolved. I recommend you buy from somewhere else…from a business that stands behind their product and systems and that provides satisfactory customer service.
My cat knocked my phone off bathroom countertop, which is about 3.5 feet high. The case offered no protection to my iPhone 13pro Max! The entire back of the phone is shattered. Thank God I had a screen protector on the front because it cracked it as well. The flooring in bathroom is wood.
They have cute wallet cases, and if you have a Samsung phone good luck being able to get one, they've been "out of stock" for over a year.
Shipping was slow but I received my iPad pro case and AirPods case. Both look great. However after three weeks the iPad case started to gray. No after six months the adhesive has worn off and it is now falling apart. Not worth $80.
I'm truly disappointed in this company. When they first launched back in 2014 I had ordered their red lip clear phone case for my iphone. It was a spurge for me because their prices were a bit high but it was all worth it because the quality of the case was perfect. My phone was always protected and looked fantastic that phone case lasted me forever. Years later I decided to circle back and order another case from them because of the great experience I had the first time. I ordered the neon pink case and again amazed and pleased with my purchase. Yet again I ordered their pink sweet heart phone case. That case was not only stunning but again great quality and shipping came quickly. I had tons of compliments about the case and with pride told them where to get it. I finally upgraded my phone and decided there is no other case I would want but a velvet caviar case I placed my order asap so I can receive my case the same time my new phone would come in the mail. Unfortunately my case did not come in time nor has it shown up yet or even at a reasonable timeframe not only did I order a case but I also ordered a case for my AirPods and a screen protector. I've complained to customer service not once but 3 times they didn't even as much offer me a discount code for the inconvenience. I am still waiting on my order which I placed June 21 it is "expected" to arrive July 7th. I am truly disappointed with this company and saddened by their poor customer service not to mention when they addressed me they even called me by someone else's name.

I want to like this company because the cases are so cute but unfortunately I can't because the customer service is trash. They say that you can email them and they'll respond within 24 hours but that definitely doesn't happen. Also, don't say that you can change your order if you have a problem with it if you email them ASAP because they definitely won't respond to you at all. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
I ordered aa case to fit my iPhone12 Max Pro. They sent me the correct color but a case for iPhone 14. I asked for a return label and not to be changed the $5.00 restocking fee. I get an email asking for a photo of the case. I sent it. Today they want a new photo. I guess somehow, they think my phone either shrunk by an inch or overnight the case grew an inch. To send a customer the wrong case and then harass them about returning it shows what a shady company this is. I guess I am just stuck with a case I will have to throw away. Stay away from this company!
I have bought many velvet caviar cases before and though they are cheap and way over-priced, I thought they were cute. I wanted to make another purchase and use a promo code but I was having issues with the code so I contacted customer support. There was an obvious glitch on the website.I was aware of the promotions as I have worked in retail before and know how promotions/codes/coupons work. I told them what had happened and asked if they could help me. I got a response from Kim telling me to submit my order and let them know and she would retroactively apply the 20%. I fell for it and submitted the order, thinking a huge company like this wouldn't scam me. I then sent back my info on the order like they had asked me to do. I then got a response back from a different member, saying they couldn't do this. I replied by saying I was already promised the 20% would be retroactively added. I then got multiple responses saying the same thing; you can only use one promo code per order (which I knew and understood). What I had asked was not breaking the one promo code rule. A different member replied every email rather than one member. I tried to tell each one what had happened, and they were no help. This person Kim had told me to submit my order, knowing she couldn't add the 20% retroactively. After getting these responses I asked to cancel my order, which they told me I could not do. Do not listen to the customer service, they will promise you things and then scam you. Be careful with this brand, I believe most of the positive reviews are fake. Their products can be found on Aliexpress and shein etc, they just slap their name on it. I work with consumers every day and I know how to accommodate and make them happy. I also know that when something is promised by an employee, that it has to be fulfilled, even if that employee did not know better and made a mistake.I've never had a problem with customer service teams ever.
I ordered a case and I also paid for fast shipping and then I got a email saying it shipped to the wrong address and so now it's saying I have to pay for it to be shipped again. And the adress I put it for IS my address. So when I tried to get it re shipped it's saying my information is incorrect but I literally checked it letter for letter. So there's nothing I can do now and I just lost like 60 dollars and there's nothing I can do.
Over the weekend, I accidentally ordered a case in the wrong color. According to their site and their confirmation email, the only way to make changes is to send a message through their web portal, which I did. Since it was the weekend, I didn't expect a response until Monday. On Monday, I got a shipping notification but the tracking site said the item could not be found. So I responded directly to the shipping notice email to ask if it was cancelled and received a reply that they had never gotten my message to cancel the order. If I wanted my money back, I would need to return the order and I would not be compensated for shipping. This could have been avoided if customers were either allowed to cancel their orders themselves or chat with customer service in realtime to immediately resolve issues. I followed their instructions but their web portal apparently didn't work, so I have to pay for that.
I haven't received item for $12, they re sent it when I asked for refund n then when I didn't receive that one they would not refund n blamed me. Also u have to pay for shipping to send back... So u basically pay almost whole amount to just keep it.
I bought an iPhone case for my wife for Christmas. After she opened the gift and tried to put it on her phone, we realized it was for the wroing iPhone model. I wrote an emailt to Velvet Caviar for exchange information, and after acouple of days they replied telling me that it was past he 14 days window after DELIVERY, and they would not exchange. Again, this was a GIFT that was under the tree for probably at least that much time. This is ludicrous. Never buy anythiing from Velvet Caviar!

Also, check to make sure the ring is sticky on all areas of the adhesive. We also suggest leaving it applied to the case & under something heavy overnight! The rings adhesive is meant to stick on any of our matte or gloss cases. It's best if you apply it immediately and press down on it hard to ensure it sticks firmly. However, rest assure the ring should adhere properly to your case if it is from Velvet Caviar :) Let me know if this helps!
