What can i do to get the grig ring to stick? Mine came in and its falling away from the case as soon as i pick it up?

If the case is rigid or felt it will not stick. Any other surface just rinse the ring slightly and let it air dry then it should stick

Hello Amberlynn! I'm sorry to hear about the ring issue! We suggest that you make sure you press on the back plate of the ring from all edges and hold it for 20-30 seconds. Also, check to make sure the ring is sticky on all areas of the adhesive. We also suggest leaving it applied to the case & under something heavy overnight!
The rings adhesive is meant to stick on any of our matte or gloss cases. It's best if you apply it immediately and press down on it hard to ensure it sticks firmly. However, rest assure the ring should adhere properly to your case if it is from Velvet Caviar :) Let me know if this helps!
