I'm a firm believer that your phone case says a lot about you, and I've had the ongoing struggle of trying to find a beautiful phone case that will protect my phone as well. After seeing ads on Facebook I finally ordered the "Holo Black Marble" phone case for my galaxy s8+. Anybody who owns a galaxy with the edged screen knows how hard it is to find a good case that is raised up and will protect your beautiful screen from chipping and cracking. I was nervous ordering a case from a brand none of my friends heard of, but I'm so glad i did. It's even more beautiful in person! I've had non stop compliments everywhere i go! If you're looking for an adorable, protective phone case, Velvet Caviar is the right choice! The price may be a little up there, but you truly get what you pay for.

So I'm really not one to leave reviews! I will say the case does not sparkle like it does on the ad or on the website.
It does not allow to post pictures on these reviews or I would.
The case is pretty but not anything like they sell it to be! And not for the price i spent and the quality i expected.
I would pass and just but a pretty case somewhere else! Not even going to try and return it. The review I'm seeing here is it's not very easy!

The cases I bought which were for a Samsung 9+ were pretty. That's about all they were cause they didn't fit my phone they swear up and down I ordered s9 cases! Why, would I do that when I know what model my dam phones are. So I hit them up asking to exchange them for the right size, they told me I had to do another order pay another 44.00$ for the right ones, then they will send me my new cases and refund my first order. Who the hell does that bulls***? Just exchange the damn cases for the ones I wanted and that's that, they told me they couldn't do it that way so I sent them back for a refund. The hell with this policy it is stupid along with the wrong size cases they sent me! I will never order from this stupid company and will stick to amazon from now on, I should of stuck with them in the first place! So no take my advice it's too much bulls*** for what you are going to pay, so nope let it go!

I purchased a case because I thought it was beautiful. Like many others, had issues with the volume buttons, and reached out wanting to return it because I found it annoying and ultimately didn't love how the case felt in my hands. I received a prompt response with a video to help guide better use of the buttons. I begrudgingly gave the case another shot, and had it on my phone about 24 hours. Got the buttons to work the majority of the time, but still had issues with them working consistently. I ultimately decided still, I didn't like the feel of the case in my hands, so I wanted to go ahead and try to return it again. They wouldn't let me because it was "used". This is a BS term, because I'm guessing that as soon as you mention you don't like how it feels on the phone, they're going to tell you it's used because you took it out of the package. Their return policy states "pristine condition" and unused. I am stuck now with a case I will never use and I will never purchase from them again.

So I was really excited for my phone case to arrive! It finally did and I immediately put it on my phone. I have the iPhone 6s Plus. I preferred the black holographic case which is beautiful. The biggest issue I have is that the volume buttons and the on and off button are super hard to press. They dont catch on so Im constantly stuck on the phone screen trying to get it to shut off or turn on. And then we I do get it. The volume button gets pressed and it just is really annoying. Thats the biggest glad this case has. At least for me. Im almost to the point where Im just
Not going to use the case anymore. Because when youre in a rush. Theres not time to play with the buttons. The phone just had to stay with the home screen open and its annoying. Sadly with this experience I wont waste 25 dollars plus shipping on their cases again.

I am so pleased with the customer service and fast replacement of my order. Something had gone wrong in the shipping of my order and it ended up being delivered to the wrong address. I emailed them and immediately they got on the case and had my order reshipped - it came to me within 2 days.
I've ordered from the company a few times and the quality of the cases is unparalleled. I think this whole incident was just a fluke accident but I sincerely appreciate them re-sending my order so promptly and will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

When I made my first velvet caviar purchase, I ordered the wrong size case. As soon as I realized my mistake when I received the case in the mail I reached out to customer service via email and immediately I got a response. When I purchased a new case in the correct size they sent me a return package slip so that I could return the original case and get a refund. I was supposed to mail it back in 5 days, but due to some unforeseen circumstances I did not make it. I reached out via email again asking if I could still return it despite missing the deadline, and they were nice enough to say yes, answering me back the same day. I am so grateful! Not to mention - I LOVE my new case. It's cute and protective and I have received so many compliments on it. I will most definitely be a returning customer.

I purchased a hologram heart case a little over a month ago. Right after I purchased mine, they released the new and improved version. The older one I got had zero screen protection and was about the same quality as a case from five below!
It was sort of cute, with the little hearts suspended in liquid, but all the edges were cheaply sealed and had visible glue. Yesterday (after zero phone drops) I was taking a picture and the liquid leaked all over my hands and arm. As I tried to remove the case, more liquid gushed out every time I pressed the edge to try to get it off my phone! Now my brand new phone has rainbow discoloration in the right hand corner of the screen, that resembles an oil spill. I'm so mad! Wish I never purchased this case.

I got the blue opal marble phone case. Not worth the $25. It looks like someone spread a high quality image too far out and it looks all blurry. I could have done this myself for $10 or less. Does not look any where near as pretty as it appeared on IG and honestly regret investing so much in a low quality flabby case. The only reason I'm giving it a two instead of one star rating is because the pop socket it great and looks like how the phone case should have appeared. Shipping was alright got here a day late but overall took about a week which is pretty standard. Now I know to never buy into anything that is overly hyped up in Instagram. It's all over priced BS.
EDIT: Left a review on their site directly and they deleted it within 5 minutes. If i could give 0 stars i would. Very dishonest company and respond to criticism with "We appreciate your honest feedback. Our cases are made of high grade TPU material with a unique laser printed pattern. Real marble would be expensive to produce, would easily crack, and almost impossible to find in such unique colors. Please keep in mind that we do not enhance or edit any photos. Please also note that the case may appear slightly less vibrant depending on the brightness of your screen. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email if you have any questions. I hope this helps :)" The few low star reviews that got by all stated that the image quality was absolutely awful considering the price is $25 for some flimsy distorted hunk of junk. No one is asking for a literal marble phone case. Just not some phone case that freshman in a printing class in HS can make for free and could probably produce something with much better quality. I'm so disappointed about how dishonest they are.

I have ordered phone cases from VelvetCaviar twice. Once, one of their marble cases, and the second time one of their glitter/liquid cases. I have been happy with my purchase each time. These are definitely not the most protective of cases, nor are they meant to be. Each time I've ordered, I have received the item within 4-5 business days. The first case I ordered, the marble one, looked pretty much as described - maybe not quite as colorful - but what are you going to do about that. I get compliments on it all the time, and have definitely dropped my phone multiple times while using it, and it's been fine. The glitter case I ordered is really fun, but it does not have front bumper coverage. Other glitter cases say they do, but the one I specifically ordered does not. Overall, pretty darn happy with my purchases and I will continue to order from VelvetCaviar.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. This business is a joke. I ordered a case for my grandma over a month ago and it has still not turned up. I've contacted them several times regarding an update and they never responded until I sent them a strongly worded email to which I got a reply saying "it looks like it will arrive soon! :)" i waited two days after that and it still hadn't turned up. I emailed them last night asking for a refund. They replied with "because it is in transit and arriving soon we cannot process a refund :)" . I'm now taking this matter to the ACCC and have told them so. Absolutely disgusted by the customer service. 10-15 days delivery my $#*!. NO APOLOGY nothing! Just condescending smiley faces. If the case does ever turn up, they better hope it is bloody amazing.

I was very excited about getting this case, however that excitement was quickly extinguished upon its arrival in the mail. The promotional pictures online are either edited or they use a high quality print run on cases photographed for advertising purposes, because the case I recieved had a pixelated, cheap print quality. Not at all like the cases depicted on the site. I assumed this was a mistake, and maybe I recieved a defective one- as there are so many 5 star reviews on these marble cases. Also not the situation. Customer service refused to send me a replacement unless I forked over shipping charges (and ate original shipping costs, as well) and also informed me, after looking at print quality photos I emailed them, that they saw no issues with the case and that is just how they look. So in a nutshell- if you're ok with false advertising, poor customer service and a case no better than the made in China crap at mall kiosks, then by all means- purchase this case. Also ask yourself why they appear to have no lesser rating than 4 stars... smells like rating edits to me. I doubt they'll post my review.
