This was my second purchase with Velvet Caviar. I bought a Cotton Candy Camo XS case that happened to be 40% off.

This time my shopping experience with them was fantastic. It was even better than the first time. Shipping time was quick and Velvet Caviar has dropped their shipping price to Australia slightly. It only took 7 working days for the case to arrive.

I love my new case. It looks exactly like the listing on their website. The fit is good. It's protective but I can still take the case on and off the phone easily. All buttons work fine. The fact that I got it in discounted price is also bonus.

I bought my case and screen protector before I looked at the negative reviews. Or made me worried and upset seeing how many people disliked this company. However, my package was shipped within the time frame that they gave me. I even emailed to double check, and they replied promptly and they were very friendly. My case works perfectly, and looks wonderful. No stretching necessary, and the buttons do not stick. The screen protector is also amazing. No bubbles and it went on very easily. I would definitely recommend Velvet Caviar, and will be buying from them again. It's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be.

My Velvet Caviar Experience

I received a beanie hat from Velvet Caviar for Christmas. Initially I wasn't happy with my product because when the pompom came it was crushed and tad bit smaller then I expected. I emailed them and let them know about my concerns. Lexie was very understanding and offered to send me a brand new hat. That made me happy because I always wanted a beanie hat from them. Even when issue came up with mail carrier they still offered their assistance... i ended up locating my package. My hat was perfect. In the end I will say it was great experience. Not
A lot of retailers/businesses that actually care about their customers. I felt that they treated me very kindly and showed me that it's not just about taking customers money. I will be shopping with them in the future.

I have never written a review like this, but I wish I had read other reviews before I ordered from this site. I got 2 very pretty cases, but they are missing an insert that goes around the rim of the phone inside the case. Hence, they are too large for the phone. I have been emailing for over a month and have gotten NOT ONE reply from them. NOTHING! NADA! If you feel lucky, go ahead and roll the dice. Odds are if something is amiss with your order, you will never hear from them again.

These are absolutely beautiful cases but I am thoroughly disappointed in the product itself. The buttons don't work and despite 'stretching the case' as the company suggested for over 1 hour it still doesn't work. There is simply not enough material on the inside of the case for the buttons to reach the actual buttons on your phone despite one's efforts. I bought two cases and I'm really disappointed I can't use them because of this manufacturing issue that seems to be very common according to most reviews. Beautiful designs yes, but absolutely a poorly made product.

Like most of the other gals leaving reviews, I am not one to leave one but this needs to be put out there. I am BEYOND disappointed with the company and how fake they are. I placed my order for 1 case during Black Friday as I have just treated myself to a new iphone XR (which is glass front and back) and I have yet to get an actual non robot response from the VC "team". I placed my order on Nov 23rd (which is a Sunday and I know nothing happens on Sunday) however, on VC's website it states that the order will be processed the following business day which is Monday. Monday - Thursday comes around with no upadte what so ever, I decide to email the support "team" and am informed that they are very backlogged due to Black Friday. I say I understand and wait a few more days and email again requesting an update. 2 days later, I finally get an email back with some tracking info, that was on Dec 4th. I was sent the tracking finally and since then my package has been showing "In Transit To Carrier's US Operations Facility". Strangely enough I JUST checked the tracking and it has finally made some movement. Not sure when I will receive it but I have been waiting for 3 weeks today to see an actual update. This company is not worth the $#*! $#*! customer service or shipping. If you want a cute case, for a good price, I would recommend AliExpress. Please save yourself the time, frustration and effort and just order from somewhere else. If there was and option for 0 stars this would be applicable.

I recently ordered a Flying Money iPhone 6s case and as soon as I saw it I was in love! The packaging is beautiful and goes into great detail about the significance of the case and what kind of protection it'll give your phone. I have the case on right now and have dropped my phone since then and it is doing me justice, lol. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for phone cases, I haven't tried their other products but I plan on it!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am the kind of person that goes online to check reviews, sees negative ones, but think it's a 1 in 100 case and it probably won't happen to me, and I order anyway. If you are that type of person, please please please do not take the negative reviews you see here with a a grain of salt.
I ordered from Velvet Caviar on the 25th of November to Canada, as of today the 15th of December, it still hasn't come. In fact, it hasn't moved since the 10th. My package regularly doesn't move for up to 4 business days.
I've emailed Velvet Caviar countless times and each time they send me a link to track my package, like they didn't just send that to me before.
This morning, they had the audacity to send me an email asking me to review the product I ordered, as if I had received it. They don't even know who has received their product and who hasn't.
I'm pretty sure my package isn't ever going to come judging by what other complaints have said and people's similar complaints in their Instagram comments, so I'm going to file a complaint with my bank to get my money back.
Velvet Caviar is a scam, they've done this to many people. It seems like they genuinely allow some people to get their packages so they can have some good reviews sprinkled in, but for most people you will get your package much later than stated when you ordered, or you will never receive it at all.
Please don't give this company your money, there are others who sell similar products that will get you your product on time, and won't have terrible customer service.

I ordered on black Friday when they had the combo deal of case, ring, and screen protector for 30 dollars. It took about 9 days to be delivered here in Maryland. The case is what I expected with both quality, and looks. I am very happy with my purchase.

I will have to agree though with the comments about shipment tracking on their website. It doesn't seem to update until the package is delivered. It kept saying the package was in California up until the day prior to delivery. I was able to track it via my ups account tho, so it wasn't a huge issue for me. I have nothing to say about those that never got their package. I did research prior to ordering, because I had only seen the ad on fb and nothing else. It does seem, from my research, is that they do seem to have issues but for the most part most people end up happy with their purchases.
