I've purchased cases from Velvet Caviar a couple of times, never had an issue! They're fast with delivery, the case always looks the way it does in the photo, and their customer service is AMAZING! The price is great for the quality you get, their cases are extremely protective. (Trust me I drop my phone a lot) I WOULD definitely recommend 10/10!

I used to always buy cases from amazon but they weren't that cute and always broke within a few months! But ever since I discovered Velvet Caviar, I never went to another place with different cases! At first I was skeptical because they weren't vey known and the cases were expensive but now I see why their cases are priced the way they are because they're freaking great! Their cases look just like the picture, the screen protectors literally protect my phone, and the phone case protects my phone. I have only dealt with a cracked phone once and that was when I didn't even know Velvet Caviar existed and that was back in 2014 and now after them I have never had a cracked screen or broken my phone! I would say that I own over 20 cases paid with my own money and I still have them and they still work perfectly! Thanks!
These cases are exactly what i was looking for in a case, cute and protective. I'm so happy i found this website and i can honestly say i won't be using any other cases cause no case could top these

Ordered off of an ad on Facebook on a whim. The website was easy to use. I loved that I was able to bundle my purchase and get 3 items for a discounted price. Once my order was confirmed I was provided with shipping information that I was able to track and keep up to date with my order's tracking. My order was delivered on time. The quality of the phone case and cover was exactly as described. I would order from Velvet Carviar again!
I have about 5 cases with them, always get compliments. Drop my phone all the time on the concrete and never breaks. Even the screen protectors are durable. And they always have coupons.
Not so sure what all these bad reviews are about. Seems fake to me. Velvet Caviar is a great company. I have about 10 of their cases for the past four years and they've never failed me. Customer service legit always on point. They are always quick to respond with any question I might have. Their cases are amazing to say the least. I literally dropped my phone twice yesterday coming in from the garage and dropped it once, face down, on to the tile in my laundry room and then again a second time, face down, on the tile in my kitchen. Both times, my phone AND the case didn't even get a scratch on it. Not sure what all these other reviewers are tripping about but VC is great and I recommend them to all my friends.
The shipping was pretty fast! Although there was a defect with my case I contacted VC and they were very fast with the response and willing to help me out. I was able to get a replacement all I had to do was pay the shipping! Awesome! The replacement came in pretty fast as well. Customer service and the cases are awesome :)
Due to my own oversight I ordered the wrong case. I contacted customer service and was answered promptly. We kept in contact throughout the whole exchange process, I received my correct case and received my refund no problem! The case was a little tight at first and made my buttons go off on their own, but about ten minutes of stretching it fits perfect and my buttons work just fine.
I've order many cases from here, from glitter to regular, and these cases are not only protective but GORGEOUS! Shipping is fast also!
Ive ordered multiple times & I receive my items farely quickly. All in good condition & after my first purchase, Velvet Caviar has been the only place I order my phone accessories. Never had a issue with a cracked phone because it protects it very well.

I ordered two cases, one for me and one for my daughter and we are impressed! Not only are they protective but the designs are so nice! I also preserved the ring that attaches to the back. Makes holding your phone soooo much easier. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
They have the cutest cases and they are very durable. Shipping is always fast. I can order something Friday and have it by Monday. If i ever had issues they help me to solve the problem easily.
I ordered two phone cases and they came in the days as planned on the website. They are beautiful phone cases and super protective. I've dropped my phone multiple times and these cases have saved my phone! They can be a little slippery to the touch but overall love them. Would highly recommend and will buy from again!
