Strongly recommend to find an alternative to this website. They don't see a sale through and their customer service is arrogant and unhelpful.

Terrible seats
March 25, 2024

I booked our tickets for Shin Lim and I could only select a section not a seat. That should have been a red flag. Once there we were had to go to the ticket office and had tickets with seats assigned. The seats were not good, half of the stage was not visible. (See photo, half the wording is missing). People walking in were able to receive better seats. Not worth booking through Vegas.com!

Had a family emergency and had to cancel my reservation. I first called the Hotel I would be staying at and they couldn't find the reservation. Then I tried fo 5 hours to get hold of Vegas.com. I called multiple times and had to listen to the tedious ad everytime before IO was put on hold for 30 minutes a time. Then it just started going straight to voicemail and I left 4 of them. I also contacted their support adm sent an email. The next day I get a call from Begas.com and the woman tells me I was cancelling too late and would be charged a night. She tried to connect me to a manager and was put on hold again. I hung and she called back and said the manager doesn't call people directly which is ridiculous. The manager called me back and told me that I would be charged the first night without even listening to me. I hung the phone and will never use Vegas.com again. They treat you like dirt and expect you to enjoy it. Really makes you want to go to Vegas.

Consumer beware
December 9, 2023

Advertised 17$ room at plaza hotel dwntwn Vegas. I had chosen Tuesday thru Thursday night stay, when I hit button to book it and the website screen went blank, no double check of rates or taxes or fees and then I get an email for 150$ charge which I thought included the resort fee and the Vegas. Com fee. I was wrong, now I'm fighting to see an itemized charge for the 150$. Should have cancelled immediately and rebooked room. Live and learn.

I purchased 8 tickets to Mystère by Cirque du Soleil. The tickets came to $1,266.35 ( $137.47 ea + 19.29 service fee) and they told me the tickets were the same price as the direct website. After purchasing the tickets I needed 2 more and went to the direct site the same tickets were only $726.92. THEY OVER CHARGED US $539.43 TOTAL SCAM!

Total Ripoff
July 23, 2023

Vegas.com consistently has some of the worst ripoff prices for everything Vegas. Every time I plan a Vegas trip, I inevitably stumble upon Vegas.com "deals," and they are anything but. For instance, I'm purchasing Cirque MJ One tickets right now. The cheapest available seats on Vegas.com for the date and time I'm going are $112 each (before taxes and fees). However, when I go to buy the exact same seats directly from MGM, they are only $92 each (before taxes and fees). The total at checkout with all fees included is $44 less to buy direct from Cirque (MGM) than to buy from the shady middleman, Vegas.com. In my three Vegas trips, it always ends up being significantly cheaper to buy direct, despite Vegas.com's "best price guarantee," which only guarantees that they will refund you the difference later if you find a better price. However, customer service is nearly impossible to reach, so that refund is almost certainly not worth the headache. I can understand if other discount websites or loyalty programs might be able to beat their prices; but it is totally unacceptable to run a discount site and charge more than the retail price to buy directly from the merchant 100% of the time. It is borderline fraud to advertise discounted prices, then sell everything at a huge markup. Do not ever use Vegas.com. You will always pay more.

See below pics for price comparison of cheapest seats at Vegas.com and buying direct from MGM for the same shoe. Vegas.com charges a $44 premium markup for booking through them vs buying direct from MGM.

I booked 3 rooms through Vegas.com at the New York, New York hotel for a 5 day trip to Vegas. Upon arrival I was made aware that the hotel doesn't allow you to book a room for someone under 21. One room was for my 18 year old son. After checking his ID I was told he couldn't check in because of his age. I offered to use my ID and book the room in my name but was quickly shut down by the woman at the front desk. She said since the room was being held they couldn't rent it out to anyone else even though I had the app that showed it was me who paid for the room. I was told to contact Vegas.com to have the room put on my name. This was around midnight and there was no 24 hr support to protect customers from something like this. I had to book a new room through the hotel for the night out of my own pocket. I was offered a refund on the room but that wasn't until the next day and they did the payment could take up to 2 weeks to go back to my card. No offer to compensate me for the new room I had to pay for. No offer for a future discount for the inconvenience. Nothing.

Watch out when booking with this website because if anything goes wrong after hours you are completely on your own. Be warned.

So, lesson I learned in Vegas. Do not use Vegas.com to book anything. Went to see Cirque show O, sat at last row of lowest seating area and it was highest paid tickets of entire trip. I bought tickets to 3 other shows, with far better seats, and paid less. They claim they have cheaper or discounts, I say either use hotel concierge or contact show/hotels direct. Mindfreak was level 2 seating and LOVE show was literally 2nd row from stage, and paid almost half less. If you need ideas, use Vegas site, but book another way and save your money. Went to Hoover Dam, and on reality show tours...way better pricing. I emailed after about the concern of the cost, because I really had thought the price was half what they charged me...crickets. Rookie Vegas mistake. Save your money and use anyone else. So, additional info. These 2 tickets were literally 220 dollars more than anything else we did in Vegas. I did two 4 hour tours and sat 2nd row stage for Cirque Love... and paid under or right at 200. As I said, buying in hurry didn't pay attention to the end total, but that more expensive is beyond crazy. Reached out to them and they refunded me 36 dollars, half of some fee. I will take it, but still won't use them again. 36 whole dollars...

The site changed the date of my tickets multiple times after selecting the day. I wanted I didn't catch it on the final checkout. Got tickets for the wrong day. Only? For them to inform? Me. All sales are final so I had to buy tickets twice.

Hello Christopher,

I am assuming you are referring to the "myVEGAS Slots" game? Vegas.com is an online Travel Site; we have no affiliation with the "myVEGAS Slots" game. You may have better luck contacting them via this link I found - https://playstudios.helpshift.com/a/myvegas-slots/

F Vegas.com
January 29, 2023

I am at the Mandalay Bay waiting to see Santana. Turns out the table I reserved for dinner and show I bought at vegas.com was neither. The "dinner" is a voucher for $30 to use at the house of blues and there is NO table for us. I remember very specifically picking a table stage left. Nope. They offered us an upgrade for a table for $400 if we share the table with other people. Supposedly our tickets are standing general admission. Why they would pop these tickets after we specifically were allowed to pick a table is very clearly a scam. FU vegas.com everything in Vegas is a scam, 3rd time here. Will never return.

EDIT: To the person who messaged me down here from vegas.com Thank you for your interest. I am home already, anything you would do now would be useless to me. What you do is false advertisement, plain and simple. I know when I have been scammed. Will never use your site again and I advise others to do the same.

Miranda Lambert
December 5, 2022

I loved what I was able to see before I was kicked out. This was a trip that was planned for months with my daughter and granddaughter. We came all they way from Georgia to see Miranda. I booked a VIP table and when we arrived they sat us in regular seats. I complained that this was not correct, showed them VIP tickets that clearly stated VIP table and security would not listen. So I sat down because we really wanted to see the show. When the show began 4 twenty something's stood up and blocked our view. I asked them to sit down, they rolled their eyes and said no. So I asked security to have them sit down, they said no. So I simply complained that they put us in the wrong seats and now we can't even see the show. I asked for a refund since we did not get what we paid for and was told that I would receive a full refund and was only refunded half. So they took our tickets and I was told we would have to leave. Very disappointed. This is by no means Miranda's fault.

Partial refund with vegas.com
November 29, 2022

In July 2022, I came upon vegas.com through the Rakuten website. I booked a full trip for two people for direct flights from Philadelphia to Vegas and vice versa. I made room reservations for four nights and five full days at the Paris hotel. I also purchased two tickets for Aerosmith and two tickets for Cirque du Soleil. The trip was scheduled for November 25 through November 30. In October I got an email from vegas.com to notify them regarding a change to my itinerary. American Airlines rescheduled my departure flight with a layover. We were not happy with the change. Tina from vegas.com said that I had seven days to decide. Initially she told me I would only get a refund for the airline which would've been approximately $1080. My trip was around $2400. Several days later, when I called back, I spoke to a different agent who told me that I could get a refund for the entire trip, including the insurance I purchased. She said Cirque du Soleil is usually nice about refunding tickets but she was not sure about the Aerosmith tickets. I canceled the trip. About a week later I got an email stating that the booking office at Park MGM would not refund the tickets since it states on the website that the tickets are nonrefundable. I paid $230.09. I tried to go through the booking office myself, but they said that they would not refund the tickets since it was purchased from a third-party, vegas.com. I did go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. Vegas.com. Waited til several weeks later to respond, which only gave me 1 day to try to find someone who would want the tickets. Ultimately vegas.com should have refunded the money back to me especially since the entire trip was refunded except for that purchase. I am definitely not happy with this company. Would not recommend going through their website or travel agency to book any future vacations.

Their site errored out during the purchase of a handful of tickets to a show that was a week away. No indication that the transaction went through, no tickets, no confirmation email, nothing. I went ahead and bought some tickets directly at the venue.
Later I found out that I HAD been charged for the original tickets, and they would not give me a refund because the tickets "weren't cancelled". They were never purchased to begin with!
I disputed with the bank and vegas.com provided the bank with FABRICATED RECEIPTS for the transaction! I ended up paying over double for these tickets. The customer service experience was horrible, with endless hold music and very unfriendly call center staff. Again, buy from anywhere else but this low-effort middle-man and save yourself the money and emotional stress.

Veagas tv show
October 11, 2022

I can tell you why the show flopped. Have any of you watched the show from start to end? I don't have seizures but after watching it for couple of days I felt like I was getting ready to have one. Way too damn many flashing lights, too many changing scenes too fast! Slow the beginning and ending a whole lot. I enjoyed the show except for having to look away during those times. The only thing worse, for me, is watching the ASPCA commercials. Please get someone else to fix those horrible scenes and you'd have a hit show. Thank you. *******@yahoo.com
