I am attempting to return the dress I ordered for my son's wedding - pictures are required - I did not order a custom fit dress. Sizes are deceptive and over all the quality of dress was not good. The issue was resolved with Vbridal offering $110 credit for an over $140 purchase to avoid sending it back.

Affordable price and quality delivery service- I have come to know all these from one of my friend who has recently got married. And he was right. I got my staff in time. Luckily I did not need to change any staff.
As like other reviews I was sceptical about ordering online but am happy to say that I was absolutely amazed at the dress that I had ordered. It was exactly like the picture and made so beautifully. Customer service surpassed any customer service I have ever received with an online purchase. As most people dont, I did not read the processing time before purchasing. Between tailoring and shipping it's approx. 16-21 days and I ordered 18 days before an event. I emailed them 5 days after order to express concern with delivery date and within one day got a response and was told they would do everything they could to get it to me 2 days before the event. At that time I modified measurements as I decided to measure myself since we were cutting it short on time and wouldnt be able to get it altered here. I was told they would adjust the measurements no problem and it would still be on schedule. Dress arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated! The dress is EXACTLY as pictured and the quality of the fabric is exquisite. Fabric is silky yet thick enough to give breast some support and measurements were perfect.
L-O-V-E the dress!
I ordered a dress online. Total came up to A$350. After reading negative reviews I quickly cancelled my order and followed up with an email asking for full refund. They responded by offering freebies which I declined. Then they ask for my reasons for cancelling eventhough I have stated it when cancelling order. I was assured of "quality-guarantee" but still I insisted I did not want to proceed with my order. Finally they agreed on my full refund. I received it 2 days later in my account.
I'm one of the lucky ones. To have paid A$350 for a dress made out of regular fabric would not have been acceptable.

I ordered my wedding dress from Vbridal and it came to my door a few weeks ago. It is breathtaking! The workmanship is excellent and absolutely worth the money. I checked the size chart and ordered size 8 because I never tried custom size before. The dress fit well, but I still needed to make a few adjustments like expected. It fits like a glove now. I can't wait to wear it on my big day. Will certainly order again!

The dress was very nice, good quality and looked very much as the picture. The skirt was somewhat seethrough though and I would recommend adding some extra layers too it. It could be helpful if they would also recommend a good petticoat.
Vbridal was very helpful when I got a high customs fee. They gave me back 30% of the customs fee in cash and 70% as a coupon. I would recommend this site to others, no doubt about it.
