I ordered a dress online. Total came up to A$350. After reading negative reviews I quickly cancelled my order and followed up with an email asking for full refund. They responded by offering freebies which I declined. Then they ask for my reasons for cancelling eventhough I have stated it when cancelling order. I was assured of "quality-guarantee" but still I insisted I did not want to proceed with my order. Finally they agreed on my full refund. I received it 2 days later in my account.
I'm one of the lucky ones. To have paid A$350 for a dress made out of regular fabric would not have been acceptable.
