I wanted a simple wedding dress which I could not find in person. I was recommended this site and spend hours pondering whether or not it was a good idea to order unseen.
This has turned out to be a wedding dress which has far exceeded my dreams and hopes.
My mum cried when she saw it on me - happy tears.

Order and measurements were checked with us, we were kept informed of progress and we received our dresses in the time given.

My daughter was getting married this year and it took me several months to choose the perfect dress for her big day until I came across Vbridal. I was truly shocked by how many extraordinary dresses they have and how cheap they are. I even thought that it may be too good to be true. But I was desperate. So I took my chance. Everything worked out. My daughter's wedding was a great success and I am really happy that I chose Vbridal. Highly recommended.
I must say I am very happy with this purchase. My wedding dress is very beautiful. The workmanship is good and the fabric is fine. However, the customer service is outstanding. Responses are always fast, efficient and polite. I accidently sent wrong measurements but luckily they noticed and contacted me. Thanks to their work I had the chance to correct my mistakes and now have a dress which fits like a glove. Thank you very much! Highly recommended!
I ordered my prom dress from them last year and it was absolutelyPERFECT! It was exactly what the picture looked like and was extremely well made. I have been looking on their website for a wedding dress and emailing them to wee what the dresses actualy look like becuase my body is very unforgiving so I need to see what the dress actualy looks like... anyways that have worked wit me so so so so so well! They have sent me pictures of the dresses in the manikin! All dresses they have sent pictures of look just like photo they post! I am still looking for the perfect dress but I will not go to a different website becuase of how good their customer service is!
I received compliments on the dress at my daughter's wedding. I was, however, disappointed that the dress was not as presented in the photo. The netting on the upper portion was white and not nude or a skin tone. You should inquire the customer what color netting they would prefer. The dress was still pretty and fit me very well. All those I have contacted with your company have been very professional, but there seems to be a slight language barrier at times.
I bought 2 dresses that were too tight although I followed their sizing chart. One dress though was cut very badly. When I approached them about the problem they were only going to give me a 30% discount. After negotiations they have refunded me the full amount
I did receive a full refund, and stuck with the most hideous dress I've ever seen. I will let my dog use it as a blanket this winter, that's if it doesn't scare him. Lol
VBridal has agreed to a full refund of the dress minus discount only after I made the below review and agreed to remove it upon receipt of refund. SMH. Let's give it a few days to see if I really get it. I did end up finding a really nice dress from a local vendor, which I ended up paying 8 times the cost of vbridal's dress, but it's very much worth not having to go through an unnecessary debacle. I will keep you posted.

My rating for this company and the quality of the products I received is -100. I ordered what I thought was my dream wedding dress to only receive the poorest replication of the beautiful dress on vbridal's site. The material was cut uneven in several areas, there were frayed strings every where, and get this, the front of the dress had a deep hole as if it was to be a pocket. Customer service only offered to refund 10% or give me 20% discount off my next order, asking that I understand their situation that dresses are made to order. A bunch of crap, I didn't get the dress I ordered, I received a damaged, poorly made, hideous dress that needs to be burned. Save yourself time and money, DO NOT ever order from this company. Now I'm forced to shop for another dress and my wedding is less than 10 weeks away.
I received order yesterday Jan 21,2016 and it didn't fit when I try to call customer service or email my message gets rejected. I'm very upset that a company that suppose to be there isn't when u need a quick return. Bad Review
Like most I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, however I am happy to say that my entire process was pleasant, my dress arrived exactly as pictured, the quality, fit and material are great!
I am very happy to say that my wedding dress is fabulous. It is beautifully made, well finished with delicate embroidery. The fabric is smooth and of high quality. And I LOVE the long train. My friends are all shocked by how cheap the price is for such good quality. Best website ever!

I was having a hard time finding a dress for my daughter's wedding and feel in love with a dress on the Vbridal site. The whole experience was great. One of their reps chatted with me to help make sure I knew exactly how to order. They asked for precise measurements and even contacted me when one of my measurements seemed off compared to the others (and they were right - I'd measured wrong. Creation and shipping were actually a little earlier than anticipated and the whole result is a beautiful dress that I'm going to feel very confident in.
I don't know where to start. I'm completely overwhelmed. The dress is simply the most beautiful thing I've ever seen or ever owned. The workmanship in the dress is over and beyond expectations. I ordered a wedding dress to be custom made. Not only was the dress inexpensive but it fit perfectly and its exactly what I wanted! I receive my dress within 2 weeks. It is super fast! The dress itself is also very beautiful. It is well finished with good workmanship. The chiffon material is soft and of great quality. I could not have possibly asked for more. Highly recommended!
When I originally placed my order I had no idea that it would be coming from Hong Kong. Immediately went online and read the reviews and begin to panic because the rating was so low. My son was getting married in a few weeks and I was really concerned that my dress would not make it on time or even get here at all.
