This is my new favorite hoodie. Extremely comfortable and warm. A little tight on the bottom but I kind of like that.

This site has great variety! I really did like everything I wanted to buy it all, I filled up my cart to my budget of what I could try to take out of the cart lol I got a lot of jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, no earrings) and it was definitely not the quality I didnt expect cartier but I really didn't expect wish quality. If I would've seen the jewelry in a store IRL I wouldn't have bought almost all of my cart. Everything else was good.

Very courteous and kept me updated on my shipment, it was pretty slow but that has more to do with the holiday season than the store, good quality products all around.
Though I was initially sent the wrong item, an email was ready and waiting for me the next morning during their business hours. As soon as the situation was explained a shipping label was emailed to me & the correct item was sent out I believe by end of that same day. End result was exactly the item I wanted, and a great experience with VF customer support.
I found a bag from Killstar that I wanted, but it was cheaper through VampireFreaks, and I'd rather support a smaller business. I'm so glad I ordered from them and I will definitely be ordering again! They shipped quickly, sent an email to make sure the transaction went smoothly, and to see if I had any questions.
