I had ordered a pair of boots that were great but too small in the calf area. I requested a returned and received smooth instructions and return label. When it came to getting a refund the option was there but I instead exchanged it for another pair of boots which worked perfectly. The remaining balance was deposited right back in my account. Very smooth and easy process with communication throughout.

As always, great products that I just love. I've been putting in new orders every two weeks or so. Everything looks as described, the packaging is sturdy. The products themselves are high quality. I actually have another order I'm waiting on now! I get lots of compliments on the things I wear that I have ordered. A couple of work friends told me recently that they have put in orders themselves.

I ordered several items & loved everything. The fans are awesome, the T-shirt & hair accessories are cool too. I wish the coffin hair barrettes had the snap going the opposite direction, but they still work for most hair styles. The only things preventing me from giving 5 stars are that the order took longer to arrive than anticipated, and that I wish more of the items were available in 5x. I would love to get many more of these styles!

Crotch tore from pants first day. Told it was outside their return window. Cheap material and poorly designed stuff that doesn't hold up. Looks good, but poor quality. Company will not stand behind the warranty. Do not buy.

Product was as described, shipping wasn't bad, and came with lots of extras that I really enjoyed! I wish more companies gave out extras. Definitely makes you want to buy more things just for that. And the items came in beautiful bags, secured well and looked beautiful (: I ordered a purse and wallet. Would definitely purchase from this company again!

Just received my order! The stickers look great and for all four sets great price. Also got the quoth the raven tee love the texture i was worried i wouldn't because of sensory issues but its not a problem, i also love the way it sits on me i purposefully got it in larger size to help passing and it looks great! Shipping was expensive and took a while but thats manly because of distance and can't be helped everything was packaged nicely and nothing was damaged definitely recommend ordering from here.

Good customer service. My purchase was delayed in shipping due to a weather emergency and customer service reached out to me to let me know it was delayed and that if it didn't move soon they would replace the item.

10/10, i love the hoodie, its comfortable and warm without being to warm. Would have loved softer strings on the hood but the strings are long enough that the tougher thin material of it is not an issue. Was happy to see that it arrived safely and even a day early (the delivery email and text message was appreicated! And the extra additions added is very much loved. The packaging is also super cool!)

It's always scary dealing with online company's. I looked up the company and was glad it was stateside. The ordering was easy. And everything came within the time frame. As a buyer, the transaction was smooth. The only real complaint is on a shirt I bought. I always buy a larger size from an online retailer due to the fact the the sizes listed are NEVER correct. The shirt I purchased ovesize to fit in the shoulders and chest. Unfortunately the length of the shirt is short. I wish the shirt length was described. Maybe it was and I was to lame to see that. Anyway, I'll be making purchases from you in the near future. I have directed some of my friends to your online store.

I'm obsessed with all things VampireFreaks! I usually get my stuff from Spencer's but wanted to come direct to the source. My only issue with my purchase was that the leggings are SO small. I wear a medium/large usually, but here I think I'm going to be in a 2xl. Disconcerting, to say the least, but everything else I've loved.

I am absolutely thrilled with the shirts I got from VampireFreaks! I have to wear long sleeved shirts due to my sun allergy and I was so excited to find so many shirts with the things I love! I've never been able to find anything else like this! Definitely will be a favorite shop from now on!
