US Service Animals

I recently used US Service Animals to get an ESA letter for my dog, but I was very disappointed with their service. The process was frustrating, and their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. When I asked for a refund due to my dissatisfaction, they refused to return my money. I would not recommend US Service Animals based on my experience.

Order Number *******. I cant thank you guys enough! The cost was great. I will save money by having done this immediately and my dog is certified! Thank you so much! Emotional support dog is real valid and saves me housing costs and eviction federally. Your people walked me through in minutes and did it for me. Very professional lady who helped me! She called me back in a month when I had the money on time and made everything possible. Totally worth it. Sheridan was my agent who helped me! She was amazing. I got a certificate, formal I'd card, collar, medallion and help! Thank you so much. I will do the video help online training course soon when I have money in a month asap! The proof attachments sent in the email stopped my apartments from charging me! Coda and I are greatful.

When looking into which service to use, this company got back to me quickly and was able to effectively help me get my animal registered. The woman who helped me over the phone was easy to talk to and had answers to all of my questions! This process was overall so much easier than I expected it to be thanks to US service animals.

Even though i wasn't ready to admit i have a mental health issue. I didnt feel under pressure to disclose any information. Other than the required questions for the evaluation. Everyone was kind. Caring and understanding. And having this service available probably saved my mental health. Allowing me to keep my pet helps tremendously against the stress and depression of losing a valued member of my life!

Real service dogs have to go through hours of training in order to become service dogs, and you have to be disabled to have one. They do not have to be registered under federal law, and this website is charging you money for a fake certificate and ID that makes you think you can take your dog anywhere you want. They only want your money. If you're genuinely interested in getting a service dog OR emotional support dog (two very different things), then talk to a healthcare professional. You may think you're doing no harm by registering your dog and taking it anywhere you want, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. Your untrained dog could easily be startled by, or be aggressive toward a real service dog in public. This distracts the service dog from doing what it NEEDS to do in order to keep its handler safe. Please do not buy from this website.

I don't know why it's hard to get a refund i told them people wouldn't let me do short rentals or rent a house with my letter i just want my money back im going through a hard time and I need my money back

Contacted US service animals for a Service Dog letter. Was taped in the initial conversation so they know what I requested. Waited for a call from Nancy Spitzer who denied my request. Said she could not provide that without Cerification of my dogs training. She fully understood what I asked for. Not ten minutes later I received a notice that she gave me an ESA letter. I did not want an ESA letter nor did I ask for one and now being charged the full price for what they wanted to give me. I feel baited and switched. I asked for my money back but was denied. I also feel the medical Profesdional Nancy Spitzer commuted an ethics violation knowing she was putting me in a position of being charged for something I did not ask for. She refused what I asked for and I have that on tape. This company preys on mental health patients because we are vulnerable.

Do not use them. Company is a rip off.
I ordered an esa letter, I was told I would speak to qualified doctor. I spoke to an assistant lol received letter, letter looks janky as heck. Doctor is not even in my state. DO NOT USE THEM!

My apartment wouldn't accept the letter they wrote. I've tried twice to get my money back. They just don't ever reply. If you live in Michigan, don't use this company.

You do not need a ESA letter, go to your Mental Health doctor. Get a letter from them take to your land lord and give it to them ADA by law, will back you up save the money for pet food, this crap that the ESA letter is like a prescription, is crap

I just wanted to write this review to inform you all of how amazing of a doctor she is. If you need an ESA letter for housing, this is the place.

Spoke with an an actual therapist who provided me with an official letter. Everyone I spoke to was kind and very helpful.

After 24 hours of hassels I had to cancel my entire order and look for another way to get my dog trained and certified. Terrible people!
