BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER
October 18, 2021

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. There is no such thing as a certificate or license for a service dog or other animal. For an emotional support animal, all you need is a doctor's documentation. For a service dog please read the information on ADA.gov website which explains all the Federal guidelines for a service dog: Legally, anyone with a service dog or animal can only be asked two questions: Is the animal a service animal? 2) What service does the animal provide? That is it. There are no such things as online registries such as this SCAM operation on the internet, yet I was badly scammed by this online registry. Other online registries populate the internet. They are all FAKE. BY FEDERAL LAW, you can train the animal yourself, BY FEDERAl LAW there is NO special license or official documentation you must provide. BY FEDERAl LAW no one can ask what your disability is. BY FEDERAL LAW no one is allowed to ask the service animal to perform any tasks. This organization has very friendly and courteous customer service representatives who will take your money for a 'registration' providing you with an official looking but FAKE ID, an official looking FAKE CERTIFICATE and an official looking FAKE dog tag with ADA imprinted on it. They will try to sell you $200 worth of required 'items; such as special dog leashes, collars, dog vests, kerchiefs, bowls, etc. all with their emblem. IT IS ALL FAKE. I contacted the local SPCA and found out about all of this as well as the Attorney General Office. I was badly scammed by this FAKE organization. Please follow the ADA guidelines under the US Department of Justice Service Animals, Title II and Title III. Most places are ignorant of the law. I was denied entry to my own doctor's office, a local hospital, a pharmacy, grocery store and more because I had a PET. My service dog is highly trained. She is not a PET, she is a service animal. Do not get involved with this internet organization because they take your money and run with it.
