Incapable of delivery UPDATE

Once more no letter was delivered. Just a slip stating its on final notice to be sent back in the next two days. So, now I need to get myself down to the office and grab it between returning to work and the injury I'm still recovering from which is the whole reason I needed it DELIEVERED to me. Fingers crossed on that. SO glad we have this whole mailing system in place so we can see the potential of it doing its job while simultaneously watching it catch fire and rot from the inside out as it spits in our face and does a jig. Truly a sight to behold.

Waiting on an important letter that is special delivery which I cannot pick up in person and now three times IN A ROW its not been dropped off. I even had to special request for its redelivery. I specified a day meaning, logically, that I WILL BE HERE. I even left the door open and stated in the request that it would be. So, generally just a knock or a shout and I'd be at the door. This is a time sensitive issue that now I ONCE MORE have to request and HOPE it MIGHT get to me before the time runs out. This is unacceptable. If the person dropping the mail is just going to hand out 'missed you' slips, that aren't even filled out by the way, then what is the point in having them run deliveries? This is why personally I have almost stopped using USPS wherever I can. Its become so entirely untrustworthy. Very disappointing.

Crappy service

I sent my mail thru USPS International Priority to Philippines Aug 17,2022 and supposedly will arrive in 6-10 days and until now it did not arrive. Poor delivery service. I don't know what happened to my documents as it was important documents. Dont use their so called priority mail its worthless. Take your business to FEDEX they will secure your mail. It only takes 3 days to expedite and secure and it will arrive.

USPS, read your reviews! Better yet, listen to the consumers you put on hold and tell us it will be a 2-3 hour wait. Bet you ain't never been called names like we give you. Hey, all I want to know is why my package doesn't show any tracking other than the origin PO for 30 days.
There is no one to hold USPS accountable. All guaranteed deliveries are suspended as of March and that means we can't even ask for a refund for your stinking over inflated shipping fees.
I'm going to spend my holiday break trashing USPS on every site I can find.
Rename yourself to The Grinch who stole Christmas!

Now I don't believe that I'm a genius or very smart for that matter, but I do know that lake Jackson and Spring are two very separate cities. They're an hour and a half apart, and the zip codes are not even close to the same. So why is it that my package gets delivered to lake jackson when I live in Spring? I put the address in correctly, and I made sure that I got all of the information right. I've been failed twice now by usps for getting my packages delivered to the right address.

Missing mail

I simply want to give accolades to Mary Beth as a Mt. Vernon illinois post office for assisting me with a problem of unreceived, mail and packages. She went out of her way to assist me, solved the problem, and was very courteous and professional. Thank you, Christie Massey.

I had several items delivered during the holidays. All the boxes or packages had holes, tears, or cuts in it to where the items were either destroyed or stolen. And the usps won't give me a refund back at all. Definitely not worth having USPS around anymore.

I ordered 5 products, which it was supposed to arrive in 2-3 business days! And that was on December, we are now on March. Received one reply basically saying "were sorry". And obviously never got the product or a refund! DONT CHOOSE USPS!

Terrible Service

USPS should be delisted as a a postal service. Terrible service, and will do anything to not offer a refund. I payed priority express international on an item, for it to arrive in 5 to 7 days to Australia from USA. It somehow got stuck in Chicago for 2 weeks then went to Tokyo Japan for a week before coming to Australia. 4 Weeks to get my item, and the customer service was disgusting. Never again USPS

Delivery Better than their Communications

As I previously mentioned, I received notice that my package was available for pickup, because it couldn't be delivered for some weird reason. So, I rearranged my work schedule so I could get by the USPS to pick up the package. When I approached the counter, I told the attendant that I thought there was a package for me, and gave here the tracking information. She rolled her eyes and said,"I'll go look, but I know it's not here. They do this all the time..." As she walked away. After about a solid 10 minutes or more, she returned to tell me the package was out for delivery. And she basically said, in the future just ignore those messages. The item I was waiting for I needed for work, and had a value of about $200. So, I really didn't want it laying around somewhere. Anyway, that late afternoon the package was delivered to my residence. Why it was flagged as an exception, and stated it was available for pickup remains a mystery...

Package Delivery - Not!

You know, I know the current administration is gunning for the USPS. But they're not doing themselves any good by accepting payment for delivery of packages, and then not delivering them. Recently, our household has purchased items vis the internet - but from different venders. And we have received notice that the packages are out for delivery, and then the status is changed to: "Delivery Exception, Package available for pickup at the Post Office."

My problem with that is, they have received payment to deliver the packages, and now they have reneged on that promise, and require that we pick these packages up. If you're a vender beware, as the USPS is not honoring their commitment.

My name is Kara Lewis and USPS Keithville,LA ******* is steeling goods.Today Dec.22,2022 USPS was supposed to deliver my starter.Carrier brought a empty box that was opened with no starter,mind you time she delivered package I walked outside and checked box nothing inside,because I had already been waiting going on 2 weeks for package.Went directly to post office and talked to manager and she said it's Amozon fault and had to call them.This is the third time this has happened with stolen package with USPS Keithville,La.*******.A investigation on who is steeling these packages needs to be done.I have complained repeatedly and nothing done.

Always Disappointing!

Every simple transaction is difficult, takes too much time, employees always exhibit a "I Don't Care" and "I'll get to it after my break" attitude, more complicated transactions like PO Box rental require an unreasonable amount of time, multiple forms of ID which most of us don't carry, and may not be approved if you have another address (of which you may not receive your mail). You can count on a one hour wait if you call "Customer Service" and if you can understand them, are just not helpful. I can learn to live without it just like other service providers with the same level of service. Bye-Bye...

Shipping to expensive

I recently took a package into the post office to mail for Christmas. The package didn't even weigh 2 pounds but because the box was bigger, they tried to charge me almost $43 for priority mail. So I picked up my package and left.

My review should be a 0, but unfortunately that number is not there. When a customer calls with concern, customers service show no acknowledgement of careing they just wants to get you off the phone. I would say because this company is so big in the United states, management does not care of how there workers treated there customer. But I just want USPS to know that there a two other reliable service which is FedEx and UPS that's out there that we as a customer can use to send or deliver packages from. Even though they are more expensive I rather pay more than treat like nothing from customers service.

Always Late

They are never on the set time, every single time they are late. I've had packages be delivered to my state and I thought I would get it sooner, then I check it again and its across the whole US. Packages are always damaged and never taken care of. A terrible delivery service and they need to get their $#*! straight

I haven't received my mail for several weeks but junk mail repeatedly. Missing my health insurance card, gift card and a W2 and some very important pieces of mail, informed delivery shows it will be delivered. Well I was told by USPS employee that she returned my mail to the sender. Then her manager came to speak to me as if she has all the right in the world to tell me the mail carrier will call me when my mail will be delivered still waiting for my mail and phone call. They even returned a Christmas card to sender. This has been happening for almost 2 years or more. I will find a way not to use USPS any more. No customer service etiquette. If USPS want to survive in this new day and age do more customer service trainings.

I had an issue with an employee at a specific location. I put in a formal complaint on the website and get a phone call today from lo and behold… The person that I was complaining about. They told me they didn't appreciate me putting in a complaint about them. Wow, this is disturbing on so many levels.

Small envelope was mailed on February 8,2024, and was not received until February21,2024 at Blackstock SC. Cost--$5.40 Tracking # 9500 1139 7746 4039 2095 71 Why did it take 10 business days to arrive at the destination? I really do not understand what has happened to the post office. I used to mail a letter from my mailbox in Blackstock SC to Columbia SC and it would get there the next day. Not now! It takes 3 days or more!

Went in to pick up my fathers mail and was told by the postmaster Elizabeth and window clerk that the power of attorney just had his mail forwarded via a phone conversation. Police called and they contacted the person who stated over the phone that they where the power of attorney for my father. The admitted that it was untrue. The postmaster Elizabeth knowingly and willingly forwarded his mail to her house. Identity theft? Very rude and unprofessional. Her boss Corey is also unprofessional and lacks people skills.

A first class small package was sitting in Richmond VA for one week without showing any movement. It finally got to Brandon MS after another week. So far for first class USPS service. It cannot get any worse, or maybe it can, they don't care.
