I have a stree fracture of my heel so I looked on the Internet for the cheapest mobility scooter, as I must be off my left foot for 10 weeks. I founf US Medical's Traveller scooter (aka GO Go ES) was the cheapest I could find at $550 delivered to NY. Well it is fantastic! I use it all day long in my office, then I pack it up into 5 pieces and it fots into my VW trunk and I walk my dog in the park whiule I ride my scooter! Best purchase I have made on the Internet in 10 years!

WE PURCHASED A GOLDEN TECHNOLOGIES 756MC WAS SUPPOST TO BE THE BEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE ON THE MARKET.(CALLED MAXI COMFORT) MY MOTHER HAS HAD THE CHAIR FOR A MONTH NOW SHE IS STUFFING PADDING EVERYWHERE TRYING TO GET COMFORTABLE. SHE CALL THE MANUFACTURE ABOUT THE TV SITTING POSITION THAT THE BOOK SHOWS AND THE CHAIR WILL NOT DO. THEY GAVE US A NUMBER TO A STORE IN SPRINGFIELD MO. THEY EXPLAINED THAT THEY DID NOT SELL THAT CHAIR AND THAT COULD NOT GET PARTS IF THEY NEEDED THEM.(SOME WARRANTY STATION THAT IS) THEY ALSO SAID THAT IF THEY CAME OUT AND FOUND THAT THE CHAIR WAS NOT BROKE THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE A SERVICE CALL. WE EXPLAINED THAT WE DID NOT THINK THAT THE CHAIR WAS BROKE BUT THAT IT WOULD NOT GO INTO THE TV SITTING POSITION. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANY THING ABOUT IT. MYSELF MY 82 YEAR OLD MOTHER WOULD LIKE SOME HELP ON THIS MATTER.

I purchased a golden technologies lift chair on June 27th. I received a receipt on the 29th of June 2015 stating the chair would be shipped and processed from their Philadelphia store in 3 to four days. After nearly two weeks I contacted them. They talked down to me and were really rude. They said I should never have ordered the chair online I should have called them to order it. Dah why do you allow ordering online? Then they said it would take 23 days to build. The website never said that! On the phone they said they were charging me $250 and then they said in an email it was going to be $50 instead. I elevated my issue to pay pal as I am concerned I would lose all of my money. I just could not get over their total disrespect towards me. Just because I am a disabled senior doesn; t mean I am going to allow people to talk down to me like I am a piece of garbage.
Within 1 day I found the identical chair, with the covering I would rather have, free delivery and I will have it tomorrow. There are too many good companies out there wanting to help others. I wouldn't recommend thsi company to my worst enemy
The measuring and buying process was very easy. Installing quick and professional. I recommend US Medical Supplies to anyone needing a chair lift.

Awful customer service i called last week following for my cgm order after i was on hold for 45 mins someone answered the call and went with her little routine question gave her my info was told she will check on my acct placed me on hold for another 20mins and another person picked up my call and have no clue what im talking about so i went gave her my info again and she told me that my cgm will be delivered in 2 to 3 days because its already shipped out and i had asked her to send a new rx and notes to my provider for a dexcom g7 she said Ok. Fast forward now a week later no dexcom g6 received i called them again following up same routine someone answered i gave her my info placed me on hold without even telling me and rang over to someone else again at this point i asked for a supervisor and was totally ignored and he then told me that nothing shows that any cgm was shipped for me and that they need office notes before sending anything. SO WHY THE HELL I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT ALL OF THIS IS NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD OF LYING THAT THE G6 IS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT. I EVEN TOLD THIS MAN THAT I DO TAKE INSULIN AND I ONLY HAVE ENOUGH TEST STIPS TO COVER ME TILL THIS WEEK AND IT IS NOT RIGHT THAT THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE PATIENTS SITUATION. TO TOP THE IT ALL NO APOLOGIES HE JUST WENT WITH ANYTHING ELSE U NEED. REALLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Ordered and received from US Medical Supplies a Golden MaxiComfort PR505-M26 Power Recliner Lift chair. The ordering process was simple and clear-cut. They even offered a coupon for over a $110 discount while I was in the process of ordering the chair online! Product was delivered in perfect condition 4+ weeks after my order by an excellent shipping service/company. My only concern in the entire process/experience was that the company (Golden Technologies) and seller (US Medical) did not provide any estimated time to manufacture and deliver the product. Luckily I was available when the product was delivered with only 2 days notice. BTW, the chair is FABULOUS! Comfortable, infinite adjustable positions, 26 inch wide seat, and ROCK SOLID! Weight capacity of 500 pounds and solid as any piece of furniture I have ever owned. Warning - you will need 2 strong folks to unpack and place this chair in your home as it weighs well over 150 pounds. Overall, a great piece of health related furniture and a great purchase for my future well-being.
I bought the AmeriGlide 325M 3 Position Lift Chair by phone and it arrived broken. Besides it being broken, it has only two real positions, not three. The third is the "lift" mode. What is missing which makes it truly inadequate for our needs, is the ability to sit up AND have one's legs elevated. Instead, one's legs can only be elevated when one is reclining far back. If only the sales person had explained that to me. Plus, the Operations Manual shows the chair in four distinct positions (the chair lift position is the fourth) including the one we need most of all: sitting up with legs straight out. Incredibly misleading.
The chair comes with a one-year in-home repair guarantee but I have yet to be told when a repairmen will be out to fix this chair that arrived broken (one must snap the head/back into place along two tracks but only one track "clicked" as it was supposed to, indicating it is locked). So my poor mom is still slumped on the couch, we have this big chair in the living room of my small New York City apartment that is useless, and no repairman in sight. I was promised a call or email to tell me when this in-home repair visit would take place but nothing so far. Plus I now have to buy an ottoman to elevate mom's legs.
I am trying to stay calm as, working full time and having just brought mom home to live with me, on hospice, I've got a tremendous amount on my plate. This chair was meant to bring my mom much-needed comfort and make it safer and easier for her aides to bring her in and out of the living room where the light from the windows comes in. Instead mom is stuck in bed or uncomfortably slumped on the couch with pillows bolstering her up, and I am ready to have US Medical pick up this chair and I will purchase one elsewhere and let AmEx know this purchase is now in dispute.

"Horrible service. No follow through and no service. I purchased a stair lift on May 5th and was told would ship next day via UPS. Called on May 8th to get tracking #, 2 different times, left messages with rep that answered they said sales agent would need to get tracking #. No response. Contacted the rep assigned on the invoice on May 12th after no responses via phone. No response. Called again May15th and got original sales rep., she assured me item had shipped and she would get tracking #. Oops, item not shipped still in warehouse. Processing error by employee. She Said would ship on 15th, I would get on 21st. Item finally shipped on 18th for earliest delivery on 26th. She said item was shipping via Air due to delays, but no, it is actually shipping via ground. Unbelievable incompetence and poor business ethics. Asked for shipping refund as consideration for horrible service, misrepresentations, no responses, no refund. Obviously this item was needed quickly for elderly parent with health problems and the reps promises are why I purchased from them. Not a reputable firm. Still waiting for item."
We have been waiting for over a month for this company to return a Golden Lift Chair. Seems like nothing but a run around.
I ordered my scooter and it arrived within the week! I didn't hear anyone ring the door bell, but the dogs let me know somebody was there. The large box was sitting on the porch and the delivery person was gone! My neighbor across the street came running over (about as excited as I was) and she helped me pushed it through the front door and into my living room and lay it down so that I could cut it open and remove my scooter parts. The instruction sheet was glued to the tape so that I cut them in half (it couldn't be avoided) when I cut the box open. I had it mostly together by myself except for the positioning of the arm rests, which my son helped with later when he came by. The directions left a lot to be desired anyway. Nerve damage keeps me from walking far or standing for long, but I can get around inside my house for short periods (thank goodness). The battery was fully charged and I tried it out inside the house, terrifying my pets! LOL! After riding it in the dark to the local Heritage Festival and almost being run over by trucks twice on the way there, I got the Police Chief to follow me home with his headlights on so that I could be seen. I've since purchased a clamp-on flashlight to attach to the front of the basket and a little flashing red light attached to the back of the seat for being seen in parking lots at night or any further sojourns around town after dark! I just love this scooter! I must take most of it apart to put it into my small SUV and then reassemble it when I get to where I want to use it. The parts are a little heavier than I'm supposed to lift, so hubby is making a "lift" to assist me with that. Oh, and the picture doesn't show that there is a pocket on the back of the seat with a flap closure that attaches with velcro. I find that very handy to keep my flashlight in when it's not in use!
I like the chair very much. It does what I need it to do, which is help me transfer to my powered wheelchair.
Placed order a month ago, didn't receive, called and they told me they needed insurance information. I asked why didn't you get in contact with me? Requested over-night shipment of diabetic supplies, they denied. Still did not receive. Called again, they told me it was shipped. Still didn't receive it. Called again and was told it was "in process". I asked to speak with a manager and after a long wait was told all the managers were in a meeting. I requested a call that day. Never received a call. I called, finally talked with a manager who did apologize and told me it was shipped and I should receive it today as it was shipped from Wisc. I received a tracking number, but UPS could not confirm they received it. I called again and confirmed the number, and they said I should receive it on Saturday. I asked to have them remove me as a customer. I am through with US Med for very poor service and for being lied to more than once. I WOULD FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER UNLESS YOU WANT FRUSTRATION UPON FRUSTRATION.
