We love the chair, especially how it helps my husband get up. It is so comfortable to sit in and looks great in the brown fabric. The chair came early which surprised us. It was delivered when they said it would be. A neighbor helped us get it set up and ready. Have not had a problem since.
I have been trying for over a month to switch to US Med for insulin pump supplies.
Can't reach customer service on the phone. Online chat is almost no help. Now I'm down to 7 days of supplies and the chat says they can't reach my doctor for prescription. How about keeping me in the loop!? I think I made a huge mistake changing suppliers!
Will not ship Libre Freestyle continuous glucose monitor sensors until 2nd day before current supply runs out. This has resulted in a gap between need and receipt. Unresponsive to questions regarding my purchase of sensor(s) apart from insurance in order to assure my having a sensor available when needed and/or when I will not be home for a few days around the time when they are willing to provide a prescription refill.
Excessive wait time on phone 35 - 55 minutes of hold time per call. Response to every inquiry is "we are waiting for authorization" Most recently, while on hold I contacted my insurance provider to get some answers and the insurance agent was put on hold for over 45 minutes! And thats the provider line! Don't waste time trying to order on line. You submit form and promised a call back. Still waiting!
The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. My supplies not shipped on time because they say my insurance hasn't given them authorization, yet they sent me supplies the previous month... this is only my second order... insurance says they have, no idea why they aren't sending... now I'm without supplies. They notify me of this via email AFTER 3 weeks of placing my order. Just getting things set up with this company was such a cluster. Go elsewhere if you can! Fair warning!
Order 16 cases of infant formula, received 16 bottles instead, comprising only 15% of the order, but paid for 16 cases. Support telephone is non-operational and unattended. Email support is dismissive. Don't order from this scan outfit unless you want to be ripped off.
For my diabetes supplies they charged me $1500 upfront and now, 3 month later, the claim is denied... they sent the paperwork twice to the wrong address... they still did not sent all the necessary documents to my insurance to get reimbursed...
When you call them, they have no clue how the status is and are unable to provide me with information or unable to help to get things rolling. Unbelievable.
Now, they text and email me to reorder even I did not check the box to allow to contact me and I just saw they charged my credit card AGAIN!?! I will never ever order with them again. Edgepark told me it takes just a few days and never had trouble with them.
Had a lot of trouble with getting supplies for my cpap machine in 2018 and 2019. Always had to wait for supplies to come in for pick up, even when i called a month ahead of time. Was given what looked to me like used or demo equipment- discolored, dirty, ect. Thinking back i should have not accepted it but i waited too long to get these things and i do remember questioning these issues but getting nowhere and between waiting too long and driving out to get them, it just wasn't worth the effort. Today in 12/20 i found out that back in 2017 when i got my first cpap machine, they gave me a dated machine instead of a current one. I feel like i feel like i just cant trust this company and want to warn others. I just do not recommend at all.
Want to set up Dextron 6. Gave all my info. First told no charge. Latter told $45 month. Ok understand. Gave my credit card info. To them. Was told it would ship out that day. Four days latter no word. Tried to us there portal to check order never worked. Not surprised. Called again was to I said I would pay later.?
Then told my card was declined. No reason for that so called usaa no charge ever made. I just keeping getting the run around. Called another supplier will have my Dextorn 6 by end of week.

I don't want to deal with your company anymore you guys are all fake no products at all so on the other hand l found (ganja-estates.com) and the gave me all the products you guys failed to deliver to me so the are legit and trustworthy
They are slow. It would take me 10 minutes to get my CGM supplies at CVS or Walmart. It takes me two weeks to get them through US Med, if I get them at all without follow up, which involves sitting on the phone for half an hour until I receive an unacceptable response. Then, the price is three times what it would cost at CVS, but that is probably a function of collusion with my insurance company. This makes no sense.
Very upset with US Med and disappointed. They shipped out a prescription without first checking with insurance if it was covered. Turned out they sent out before being eligible (still had supply on hand), and now the claim is being denied, so they canceled us! They said they can't know if it will be denied until they bill, yet they bill one month later! Any other prescription before it even gets dispensed first goes through insurance to make sure covered, and that is how they know how much to bill. Incredibly irritating. And to top it off, the customer service representative (Minush) was incredibly rude and actually yelling at me that she can't help me.

The most abysmal customer service I have ever encountered. This company is more interested in sending you emails concerning coupons for your next purchase than they are taking care of the purchase at hand. Trying to find out a delivery date is impossible, and twice I was cut off and switched to another number without notice before I was able to posit another question. After leaving a message with Karen, it took her two days to return my call. Week days. At which time I was informed that my order had been cancelled. No effort was made to contact me concerning this. Their excuse, my credit card may have been declined and perhaps the notification was in my junk file. Neither is the case. This company is the most poorly run I have ever encountered. Especially given the fact that we are dealing with products of such expense. So, thanks to them, my Mother will have to wait for her much needed lift chair. Which most certainly will not come from them.
This company redefines good customer service. We are totally satisfied with every aspect from the very first phone call, to ordering, to shipping, to tech support. Your team makes it effortless. Even the used system is like brand new, that is delivering above and beyond what you promised.

I ordered this chair for my 79 year old Mother. She had a total hip replacement and suffers from arthritis. Her other chair quit working after 11 years of daily use. We wanted another one the same brand. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone to place the order, Taylor, was so very kind and helpful. The chair arrived right when they said it would. It was free curve side delivery. The gentleman who brought it (can't remember his name) was very kind and polite. My sister and I (both in our 50's) got the chair inside and put together in just a few short minutes. It is very quiet and smooth, comfortable too. Thank you for a great product and very knowledgeable employees. And I might add that the price was less than half what we had paid at the pharmacy 11 years ago for the same brand.
The sales person was very helpful and the chair arrived as promised with no issues. This is the second char that I have bought for my mother in two different locations. She enjoys both of them very much and I would recommend US Medical supplies to anyone who need a chair for their loved one.
I ordered a stair chair from these folks in September 2016. It didn't get installed until 11/16. Problem after problem. They finally sent some one 4/16 to have it checked out. It was determined that it had been installed incorrectly and had to be replaced. It is 6/16 - still waiting. Save your money and order equipment from a local vendor. Excuse after excuse - horrible customer service. They blame their problems on someone else. Don't waste your time with this company!
A horrendous company to deal with. My diabetes supplies are always delayed by weeks, sometimes month. Truly a disgrace when you consider I need these supplies to live. Every time I'd dealt with them I've had issues and in the past I even had to take the liberty to do their job for them. I'm having delays on my latest order because they are not proactive in asking my doctor for documents until I've already run out of product. Stay away from this company!
