They give phone numbers and emails for questions and follow-up. However, they DO NOT respond. Don't waste your time or money with this sorry excuse of a company.

So helpful and nice. Go my order done completely and I spent less money than shopping locally (sadly). My chair arrived earlier than expected which gave me much freedom. Product itself is Wonderful and now my hubby wants one. Will shop with them again

Avoid if possible

Our insurance company switched our type 1 diabetic supplies to this company in Dec. We still have not received a single item from them. When I call to find out why, they blame the insurance company for not having the correct authorization. I've been round & round for 3 months and it has started to really effect my son, not having his equipment that he needs. I am supposed to be getting a phone call today with a date his equipment will be sent out but I'm not holding my breath.

Well, the ordering & paying part was easy. I was sent an email saying it was being shipped After 6 weeks & 3 phone calls I was finally told that my chair would not be available to ship for another month. NICE! Why did they wait until then to tell me. I asked for my money back & was told it will be up to a week to get my debit back. We'll see what happens. Never will order from here again.

Don't buy this stuff online

Chair was terrible. Cheaply made was not the right side and only had one pocket. The make it look real nice online but it's junk. Don't make the mistake I did by ordering a chair online. They will take it back but you have to pay 200 fee. So yeah

Whole experience was great!
Made contact by phone and Dylan could not have been more helpful.
Chair arrived ahead of expectation and in perfect shape. Color and fabric were both right on. Few extra dollars for the massage and heat elements were well worth it.
Assembly was a snap.
From there on it was ease back and relax.

Amazing!

I found them in a google search looking for a reclining chair for my husband who fell and broke his hip. They answered immediately, discussed and explained the chairs and were still there after I asked my husband about it. Great price. Free shipping and so love the chair. It is exactly what he needed: well made, easy to use going up and back and is now his best sitting/resting place as he continues to recover. A godsend. Cannot praise them enough.

It takes a long time to receive your product and then 3 weeks after you receive your product they finally decide how much they will charge you for shipping in addition to the $9.99 you pau at check out. And yes as customer service stated shipping is estimated... however their shipping is way over charged. I ordered two items they came separate and I got charged an additional $14.99 3 weeks after with no notice what so ever. Taking in the extra charges, find a website with legit shipping or free shipping

My mother loves it!

Chair was delivered within a week as promised. Color was very true to the one online. The size is perfect for my short but rather heavy mother. The various positions are very comfortable for her when she reads or watches TV. She spends many hours each day sitting there. The controls are very easy for her to use. She's had it a month, so far no issues.

My dad loves his lift chair! Makes it so much easier for the caregiver to transfer him to his wheelchair. The chair arrived sooner than expected! Not being able to see it before purchasing made us a little uneasy but the chair is great! Will recommend this site to friends whose parents are in the same situation!

Needed a very short chair and this one works. I still need a pillow behind my back as the shape of the curve is not quite correct. I have to figure out how to get the feet above heart level. Ordered that feature and not seeing instructions as to make it do so. Shipping updates would have been helpful. I still need help transferring from chair to mobility scooter as I cannot walk/stand. But being closer to the chair and ground is easier on my family.

I purchase a new mobility scooter every year (some years I purchase 2) and US Medical has become my preferred vendor for the scooters. They are always friendly and very helpful. The scooter ship very quickly, sometimes I receive the scooter the day after my order is placed. They respond quickly when I have issues or need something repaired under warranty. There prices are competitive with all the other vendors on the internet. I will continue to go to them for my scooter needs.

First off, they failed to mention that they were removed from my insurance company network in the previous year so I paid $900 out of pocket for my first order of diabetic supplies. Insane. First order went ok. The second order they invoiced me multiple times for the same order. It was maddening. They arent able to track what was paid for by insurance vs what you pay for with co-insurance. This led to a multiple weeks long, several phone call, many online chat sequence where I was the one who had to explain to them how their accounting was wrong and I had in fact, paid the invoice in full. I mean, they wont even ship me the supplies before I pay so how could they possibly think I still owed them? I had to to do the investigative work FOR THEM and match up invoices and receipts. If that wasnt bad enough, this morning they sent me another "unpaid invoice" for supplies that were bought and paid for IN FEBRUARY! How do you keep making these mistakes? Luckily I have kept all my receipts and sent them back to cust service. Avoid doing business with these people if you can.

I have been caught in a loop between my physician's office and these so called Suppliers! I have had documented proof that they have received faxes for a new RX from my doc. They give me the run around every time I chat or call. "We are still waiting on a response from your doctor." So despite actual telephone conversations with the office staff and multiple confirmations of the correct PH # and FAX# to use. Still 6 weeks out and I still do not have a critical piece of equipment! SO, I am going to tell you this. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. They give absolutely NO F*CKS for the patient. If I could give them a ZERO they definitely earned it. Go somewhere else if at all possible.

I try to order my diabetic supplies and they keep giving me a run around. They keep tell me that they are waiting on my Doctoor to send them a purscription. I had to buy my supplies on line. Andd I have Medicare.

I purchased a Pride lift chair with double lift motor from Pride. The chair was delivered on a Monday and unfortunately had a manufacturer defect. I contacted Dalton on the following Monday and the response and resolution was beyond my expectations. There were immediate responses and resolution within 48 hours of my expressed concern. A new chair will be delivered after the standard 15-20 day period to build the chair. I would recommend working with US Medical Supplies to anyone and highly recommend Dalton for his professionalism and customer service. I was weary initially about such an expensive purchase online but am absolutely satisfied. Now for the chair, the chair is wide but the seat of the chair is not adjusted to sit comfortably at stationary position. Also the user must be tall. It sits deep. Looking forward to experiencing the product in 20 days. Thank you the great pricing and customer service.

My 88 year old mother-in-law suffers from osteoarthritis, plus recently fell and broke her leg. Getting up and down from her chair has been difficult, and caused undue strain and pain on her back. Since using her Pride chairlift her pain has been much less and she absolutely loves it. Just as important to me was the ease of purchase, the customer support received when choosing the right chair for her body size and needs, the incredibly good price as compared to other vendors, and the rapid fulfillment and delivery of the chairs.

Only took about 5 minutes to order. It came a few days later, as scheduled, and was just as easy to put together & install as claimed. My Mom is extremely happy with the product & we would recommend it to anyone!
