I have been caught in a loop between my physician's office and these so called Suppliers! I have had documented proof that they have received faxes for a new RX from my doc. They give me the run around every time I chat or call. "We are still waiting on a response from your doctor." So despite actual telephone conversations with the office staff and multiple confirmations of the correct PH # and FAX# to use. Still 6 weeks out and I still do not have a critical piece of equipment! SO, I am going to tell you this. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. They give absolutely NO F*CKS for the patient. If I could give them a ZERO they definitely earned it. Go somewhere else if at all possible.

Don't count on this business if you rely on the product for your well being. You might find out just how little they care!

I have never received the insulin pump controller that I need to use the Omnipod 5 system. Despite multiple attempts via Chat or Phone call, I have been in a loop between my doctor's office who faxed at least three times and new RX and the phone calls directly from the office to USMed, I am still 6 weeks out and NO INTRO KIT with the control device that is 100% necessary to use the Pods I already have. I have been "transferred" to one useless idiot after another for SIX WEEKS!
