Name was given to me by my insurance company Emblem and after waiting a week after placing an order for a cpap machine I called to see what was up and they said the order was cancelled because they no longer take Emblem. They should have called to let me know.

I have Vertigo, even at that it took me say 3 hours to assemble the kit, no problem.
My recycle trash can is overflowing for a few weeks however, ha ha. There are no instructions on how to install the must have optional flag. There is small plug in a tube right next to the saftey tip over wheels on the back. It takes a alen wrench to install it. The metal bracket is not used. Maybe it would be used it the flag were used on a bicycle? In haste I purchased a seat belt at $31. You don't want it.
If it is going to tip over, I want to stand up and stop it. You can also stand up and lift the front over "lips" in the surface, if you do have a running start at them.
I wish the GO GO Ultra X has some springs, or rubber tires. But, the kids in the neighborhood like it the way it is! I should have thought about buying one of these units years ago. Finding someone to drive you around is a real pain.

I received the stair lift chair within a week of my order. My son and I did the install in about 4 hours due to the instruction gave us a step by step procedure to follow. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a stair lift and US medical for the super service.

I recently purchased a Golden Technology 505M "Lift" Chair. It does everything they advertised well but it tilts instead of lift. I have elevated it on 2x4's but I still need 2 strong people to help me rise when the chair is "Lifted" to it's maximum. If there is some way to trade a degree of tilt for an inch of Lift I'll buy 3 degrees!
Otherwise its fine.

Wonderful table

My husband and I both have one of these tables by our recliners. Mostly to put our laptops on while we're doing things, and to eat from if we want to. They are easy to put together, and easily height adjustable. After having one, we came back to buy a second one. I really recommend them.

I ordered a Lift Chair from US Medical. I used this site because they had both the largest variety and the best prices of the many sites that I checked. My chair arrived sooner than I expected (less than 1 week) and was exactly as advertised. I am very pleased and would order from US Medical again.

Chair is everything the manufacturer said it is! We like it because it is made right hear at home in the USA.It performs well and is comfortable for my wife, for whom it was purchased. It cost a little more than we were going to spend, but after receiving it we are satisfied with the quality and usefulness and comfort.

The Pride lift chair arrived in a timely manner and lived up to expectations. Custom fabric order only took 2 weeks from order placement to delivery. Pretty good. Beware the delivery seem to be "at the curb" only and it's up to you to get the chair inside.

The "personalized service" you supposedly get by ordering via phone versus online is a joke. My order was incorrectly entered. The salesman never responded to my calls to get the order corrected. I finally talked to a different person to get the order corrected. Save yourself the 3% and order online. Don't fall for the "personalized service" lie.

Purchased a lift chair for my mother. When I called to inquire about status of chair, I was given a number to call regarding the delivery. They gave me another number. Once chair was delivered I was told that white glove service included set up and demo of chair. Not true. Delivery person did not demo chair. Heat and massage not working. I called to inquire about assistance and was provided with the number of the company who built the chair. I called them and when I said I was not provided with demo of chair they said "oh, it doesn't include that - we cannot control what our distributors say to make the sale." Terrible customer service - these people sell you the chair, make false promises and then you are on your own.

I could not find the product locally that I was interested in so I had to depend on the sales representative to give me an honest answer. I was interested in the LC 525L because of its rating for tall people. They offered a footrest extension for an extra fee. Three different times I asked the sales person if the extension came up parallel with the leg rest, or stayed down below it. Each time he assured me that it went out and up, extending the chair. It doesn't (confirmed by a call to the factory) and by observation of my chair. The chair is well built and comfortable, but I was charged for something I cannot use.U.S. Medical is not interested in my problem. Returning it is not an option to me; I need the chair NOW, and I am totally disabled and could not package it up for return if I wanted to.

I have used my tub chair lift several times already. I love it! I have taken off the revolving seat (not because I don't like it, but) because without it I can get farther down in the water. I am happy I can take soaking baths again. I wish my tub were deeper, but I am still happy with what I have. It does help my aching legs.

The sales person on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered a lift chair with heat and massage and they said it would take longer. They gave me an accurate timeline and the chair was delivered when anticipated. I had the "white glove" delivery so they delivered it and set it up for my dad without me having to be there. I am very pleased with the whole experience!

The "Golden" wheelchair that I purchased has given me the mobility around my house, that my 4 wheeled walker couldn't provide. The wheelchair is easy to use, and more importantly, does not allow me to fall over backwards, as I have a severe "balance" problem.

The employees are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I accidentally used the wrong credit card and they were able and willing to change the order to show the correct credit card. Great quality chair!

I purchased the Golden MaxiComfort 505 Small Lift Chair for my 93 year old mother's birthday. This was the perfect gift because it was comfortable for her small frame. The deilvery was impeccable! The chair arrived with the specified timeframe, one day before her birthday and the delivery men were very nice and professional. This chair is highly recommended for anyone who needs assistance with getting up and sitting down as well and relaxing. I am very happy with the customer service assistance and delivery.
