Ordered a non-customized lift chair on Feb. 7,2017. Sales rep promised that it would be delivered by Feb. 19th. As I write this on Fe. 27th, no chair and NO return phone calls from ANY reps as to what's going on with our chair. I even left a message for the Vice-President.

My Dad loves it.

The chair is excellent. My dad loves it. The fellow who helped me order it was great. He guided me to the right size and chair. Make sure that you order the right size. My dad is tall so we ordered the larger size and we are glad that we did. The smaller would not lift him to the right position.

I rarely write reviews but feel obligated to share my exasperating experience with this unprofessional, unscrupulous company.

I chose a lift chair for my 90-year-old, based partly on the salesman's promise it would be delivered with white glove service within seven days.

During this time, it was impossible track when the chair would arrive as there was no system for doing so. After the chair failed to arrive in two weeks, I tried canceling the order but was told the only way to do so would be for my ailing mother to reject the chair when they tried to deliver it. I spent more than a week trying to speak to a manager but he never returned my call.

While the company claimed a couple days later that the chair delivery had been rejected, they had never tried to deliver it. Nonetheless, I felt good that I'd soon get a refund.

They promised to issue a credit on my card, after withholding $400 for shipping, handling and a nonrefundable white glove service. And that's for a chair that never arrived. It's many weeks later and I'm still waiting.

I urge you to consider my experience before placing an order with this outfit.

Dealing with US Medical Supply was extremely easy. Our Rep (Adam Rogers) was very knowledgable in helping choose the right lift chair for me. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I am on Medicare and Mr. Rogers explained about the forms I would need for Medicare. Not only did he explain them, he e-mailed the forms to me! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of Medical equipment.
The only thing I was not impressed with was the delivery company they used. Without getting into specifics, they were not as professional as I would have hoped.

Stay away, they promised free in home delivery with a lift chair order. The day of delivery, delivery company wouldn't bring it inside. No one was at the place of delivery who could physically lift the chair inside the premises! Had to refuse delivery. Getting through to customer service thereafter and trying to get a refund has been a nightmare.

Let me start by stating the lift chair i purchased for my mother (82 yrs young) is perfect for her needs. Now, initially I assumed I paid for setup with the delivery, however I had not. I contacted customer services thinking this was going to be a bad experience, however to my surprise, the rep I spoke with, WITHOUT hesitation assisted me in putting the chair together, which wasn't difficult at all. I would definitely make additional purchases and recommend US Medical Supplies! It was a pleasure working with them... KUDOS:-)

I was completely stressed out with my dear mother going in and out of the hospital. She needed a lift chair and USMedical supplies was recommended to me. As my good fortune would have it, Chris Johson answered the phone and helped me select a chair perfect for my petite mother's needs. It could not have been easier and the entire process was glitch free.

The chair does everything it is supposed to do and does it exactly right. I have just returned from re-hab and I can do all of my chair exercises with just this one chair. With the heat and massage the chair is so comfortable that it should have a built in alarm as falling asleep is inevitable, but not dangerous as there are automatic shut offs on the heat and massage. Thanks for producing such a wonderful chair and thank you for the courteous and professional service from everyone involved with getting the chair to me.

Terrible

As of right now neither product is working or functioning. We bought a stairlift and lift chair. The installer broke the lift and the second one had to order parts. He installed the parts and it's still not working. The cost is an additional 250 to come to fix a chair that never worked. Also the lift chair came in pieces and the heat and massage were never placed. The customer service is poor when it comes to fixing problems. No one answers the phone. And they've called my elderly parents and asked her for money. Shame on them. The only recourse is to get the credit card company to get the money back.

Site was easy to navigate. Cameron Bright was extremely helpful
Answering questions about the shower chair and Chair Lift.
Instructions for measuring stairs were clear.
The installer Andy Anderson was personable, arrived on time
And was most professional. I'm extremely satisfied with the Chair Lift
And would recommend US Medical Supplies to others.

Fantastic in every way...
Purchased for my 90 yr old father who suffers from chronic Sciatica in both legs and hips.
I went to a well known medical supply store in Fort Myers and although they were great talkers. The price was higher than any other place I contacted by phone for the same lift chair. And they wanted a delivery charge of $60.00 to the curb.!
Us medical was great!, over $150 dollars less than anyone else, delivered in less than three days from my order date and more... Free delivery!
The delivery guy could not bring into the apt, as agreed, but did bring it to the 2nd floor apt and un-crated it for me. I offered him a tip for the great delivery and help, but he wouldn't take it. He wouldn't even give me his name or anything so I could send something to him by mail.
Loving your job, your neighbors, and giving 110% is something forgotten in today's "Overcame" world.
I would highly recommend usmedicalsupplies.com and their trusted delivery services.

Lack of follow through
December 4, 2017

Purchase chair and head pillow and lumbar. Chair arrived before schedule date which was good. After setting chair up found the control box that lights stay on all the time. If we leave the control in the chair the cushion and control get warm. One night the control was under the back. When remove the whole area was extremely warm. Pillows to large for chair and not the same color as the material on the chair. Tried numerous times to contact salesman no reply. Talked to couple other salesman and they and transferred me to parts. Parts does not answer or return call. Very disapointed

There was confusion on the exact delivery date. There needs to be a follow up e-mail to track the time and date of delivery. I wasn't told the 7-10 day window.
My mother said the person who delivered the chair was not friendly.

We had a great experience overall with this company. The sales reps were wonderful, very knowledgeable and experienced about their products. We are general contractrators who installed the stair lift for the homeowners and they are very happy with the product. We would highly recommend this company.

The chair works great, however, the delivery process is functional. Please keep in mind that your sending these chairs LTL by a over the road common carrier thus when the chair arrives on schedule (another issue) there needs to be two people available to unpackage and set up the new chair as well as accomodations for the removal of a existing piece of furniture. The actual set up was simple,

I am power wheelchair bound and I can only travel to a store on the Paratransit bus that has a wheelchair lift. The bus limits the amount of packages that I can carry. I needed a large backpack to carry large amounts of groceries. I ordered the Monster Bag. I received it quickly. The size is ample and it is made of very durable material. The straps have a anti slip piece on each to keep it from slipping. My only suggestion is that it have a mesh sleeve that slips over the back of seat and is secured with headrest grommets like a smaller bag I have.

All the other lifts on the market were over a thousand dollars more then the Ameri Glide. I received superior support in ordering my lift and received it in perfect order about four days after ordering it.
From the time i opened the boxes to the time i was riding it was about three hours, and most of that time was going over the instruction booklet, which was quite simple,
It worked perfect from the very first time i tried it to the present.
I would recommend it to anyone..

My husband was having mobility problems, and I purchased a scooter from usmedicalsupplies.com. It arrived within days of the promised delivery date, and the rep that I spoke with was very knowledgable and helpful. One week later my husband had a stroke and the scooter has been a god send. He is able to be independent, and the ease of transporting it is fantastic. I would recommend this scooter to anyone.
